Absolutely disgusting company - woman at the front desk is not only rude but claimed she never received my zelle payment for the tow charge when I had the confirmation number on my phone from the transaction I did there, she refused to look at the transaction. They came to tow my neighbors car and drove over my lawn with their big and heavy ramp truck causing damage to my lawn and sprinklers. I called the office and they assured me that the owner would contact me. He never did even after I called the office the following day. I had to replace my sprinklers and repair my lawn. My car needed towed to the dealer. After a horrific morning in dealing with other companies I was fortunate enough to receive a phone call from Ashley at ZUCCALA wrecker Service. Ashley was empathetic, professional and thorough in finding out what my needs and problems were so everyone is on the same page. I will update the site after the pickup however I am so grateful to Ashley. When everyone else was not doing; she has taken the reins and I believe she will get results. So far they are 5 stars. Posting review again due to lack of response from owner... The car was taken into the lot at this business, and I was not notified for over a week. When I received the notification, I called immediately (on Saturday) and was told that I would have to wait two additional days until Monday, for which I was also charged fees daily. The person I dealt with at this establishment was absolutely awful. She had a nasty attitude and even more despicable behavior. She was incredibly rude from the moment I arrived, and it only went downhill from there. She eventually progressed to screaming and cursing at me, and refused to let me speak to anyone else, owner, supervisor or otherwise. When I asked why, she said, "Oh are you gonna cry about it?? Wanna tell me another sob story about your dead dad?" This is due to the fact that while explaining why the car was registered in my mother's name, I mentioned that it used to belong to my dad, who unfortunately passed away. After obtaining a notarized letter from my mother releasing the car into my care, she still refused to release the car to me. I had the police come and a tow company arrive to pick up the car just before 6 pm. She then notifies me that I can only pay in cash, and won't accept any other form of payment because the car is "not mine", even though I obtained the notarized letter releasing the car to me. I had to drive to the atm to get the cash, I was gone for 3 minutes getting the cash, and she charged an additional day and a gate fee due to me going to pick up the cash to release the car. Absolutely sickening people. Just when you think people could not possibly be so cruel. Today as you all know we were met with a tornado warning and told to take cover immediately so I took my 10 month old son who I had with me at the moment on the road to a girlfriend's house. We pulled up to the unloading doc I took my son upstairs in the rainstorm waited 15 minutes for it to die down, then went downstairs to retrieve my Tahoe and it was gone. Now, this is screwed up enough, but when I reached the towing company, I was met with cursing aggressive behavior, not to mention males who guarded the lot as they watched me leave and cursed me on my way out calling me a bad mother for having my son out in the rain. Here is the kicker instead of letting my family friend pick up my car with proper identification (my ID ) they insisted I need to travel out during a TORNADO with my son to pick up my car. I feel completely insulted and disgusted. As for the behavior of the 4 men and pregnant female who you would think have a little sympathy; they will be reported to the police for there indecent, abrasive and not to mention aggressive and unprofessional behavior. My semi and my trailer was towed by this company who who didn't have the equipment for heavy duty towing. They called priority towing to tow my vehicle from Delray Beach to their yard without my consent without my permission. Before I realized it they had put a lien on my equipment and sold my equipment without my consent. I am a disabled veteran with medical issues and they pulled the rug right out from underneath my bread and butter. So essentially they stole approximately $30,000 right from under my nose and I was helpless to do anything about it. And they told me at the office any damages happens to the car while it's getting towed is on owner experience ( I'm not sure if this is true) . So never used this company for their service, but just this experience alone will make me stay far away from this company. I was at the wawa on lake worth filling up my car when their employer came into the gas station and decided to go down the same part i was filling up at with a big ass tow truck and he ends up hitting the front of my car. My fiancé and i were both in the car when this happened my fiancé even honked at him as he was pulling in closer and closer to us and this dude didnt stop until he hit us. Guy denied everything as soon as he got out of the truck saying the damage on my car was "old" when i have paperwork stating that the car on that same spot and side was just fixed a couple weeks ago to look like new. He said "there's no paint swap" and when my fiancé pointed it out to him he proceeded to whip away my grey paint from my bumper off his tow trucks bumper. I was standing in front of his tow truck telling him he cant leave and he proceeded to try and run me over with his tow truck just to fill up the damn truck. He proceeded to verbally harass my fiancé and i calling us the retards and morons for him hitting a PARKED CAR!! He lied to the cops all the way till we were done with the reports and the cops looked at the footage from the gas station and confirmed and vouched for us that he did in fact hit our vehicle. After we were all done with the officer he proceeded to flick us off and make an angry face towards us and drove away. Real professional. Called this "professional" company to let them know i need to talk to a higher up boss in regards to the damages to my vehicle. The receptionist was extremely rude and i had to call them three times asking for a number to her boss. First time receptionist told me they would get back to me and she took the case number and all the information then when i waited awhile for her boss to call he never did so i called a second time and she told me "i cant give that to you" when asking for the bosses number then goes "you might not even hear from them till monday" I proceeded to tell her "i will have to take legal action if this doesn't get resolved" and she goes "you gotta do what you gotta do" the third time we called she denied the driver of the truck ever trying to run me over and denied that he was being verbally abusive towards us then proceeded to hang up on us. This company is nothing but a joke and they have lots of legal claims against them DO NOT GO HERE!! Its 8:30pm and i have yet to hear anything from a higher up. We have footage of what your driver did, we have proof of what your driver did and we have the police on our side through this accident. If this company thinks they're going to get away with damaging a PARKED CAR they have another thing coming. This guy was dumb enough to hit a parked car and scrap his own truck on the curb when parking it away from the pumps DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! This could have all been resolved if they we're mature enough to deal with the situation, but since they refuse to do so i will do everything i can to make sure this company learns their lesson and learns to not hire absolute idiots for their towing company. read more

I was in a car accident yesterday, the police called Zuccala's to tow my car to their location in Boynton Beach. The tow truck driver "Jose" could not have been nicer or more of a gentleman. He was so thoughtful and kind, asking several times if I was OK, explaining every few minutes where we going and telling me not to worry, they would be sure I got home OK. As I had just purchased a new phone, had not time to install new apps, was very rattled over the accident, once we arrived at Zuccala's site, one of the mechanics helped me to install Uber on my phone. (He was very careful to hand the phone to me for password information). The lady in the office was very kind, empathetic and professional.
