Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of Florida towing laws at this company. Donald, an employee at Becks Towing, does not represent the company in a professional manner. He was argumentative and dismissive toward both my husband and me on two separate occasions regarding my husband's vehicle. Our vehicle was involved in an accident and is not drivable, yet we were told that we would have to pay money and remove the vehicle in order to retrieve my husband's valid Florida license plate. Under Florida law, the registered owner is legally entitled to retrieve their license plate without reclaiming the vehicle, even if it remains at the tow yard. Instead of assisting or providing accurate information, Donald continued to argue and insist on payment, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time following an accident. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, customer service, and understanding of legal requirements. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, compassion and concern I was granted by Beck's Towing and Recovery. The day after a horrific accident which totaled my car, I called Becks to see about coming in to clean out my belongings. Although they were closed at the time, Stephanie answered all of my questions and displayed compassion for my situation. It was clear, she cared about me as much as my car, or more. On Monday, which was a holiday where many companies are closed, Becks was open and I was able to go and retrieve my belongings before the insurance company picked up my car. This is when I was blessed with two incredibly professional and compassionate employees of Becks, Donald and Merit! The ordeal of the accident and fear of what comes next was overwhelming but these two gentlemen made me feel safe and cared for. They went above and beyond to help me get my belongings while displaying true concern for me. This is amazing! I've never been treated with such kindness at a Towing company or impound lot. Whoever they have answering the phones needs to be fired. We got into a not at fault accident in the morning and the police called Beck's towing. We called over 10 times before she finally answered and told us to call back another day, if we get charged for the car sitting we will sue. Never use Beck's for any services. They are unprofessional and don't seem to care about anything other then dirty money. read more

I was in a terrible accident on 95 and there was something wrong with AAA computers . i called them over and over till finally all the EMT's and police left me alone . Scared I was afraid to call tow companies I didn't know. I started calling and no one would come to 95 then a friend mentioned Becks towing to me and they were my guardian angels. they came and towed my car , were so kind to me in my panicked condition, made me feel so safe and drove me home. My car broke down they were very quick to come and get it. However they dropped my car off to the wrong place and then when I called because I needed to understand why my mechanic had not received it yet they did not tell me they lied to me and told me they dropped it off at the correct place. My car was missing in action for almost 2 hours I finally called about 10 different places to see if they had my car and I finally found where it was they advised me that the tow truck man was coming back inside and I told them to please give the keys. I would've assumed that as a company they would have at least called to apologize for the inconvenience but that did not happen. read more

**WARNING**. If you are involved in an accident do not let these fools tow your car. They gave mine up to the "at fault" insurance company without my knowledge and consent. And now I have to fight with the insurance company which they are not telling me who has my car. Beck's told me that when I went there to take pictures and remove some personal items that was my consent. I was never told this nor is it in writing. Either they are incompetent or there is something more sinister to this. Either way, a police report will be filed and a lawyer involved. read more

I was stranded on congress ave for 5 1/2 hrs waiting for AAA to find a tow truck company from 9:45 to 2:30 2a. I finally called 911 and Boynton Beach police came. She helped push my vehicle to a safe location and had me call Beck's to come pick the truck up. The female that picked up was so unfriendly. Once I told her the police officer instructed me to call her to send out a tow truck for me... her attitude went from unfriendly to very annoyed and indignant. She didn't ask for an address at all and was going to hang up the phone! I asked how are you going to send a trick and not know where to send him? I told her the address. She was very short. And hung up. I called again and asked for an eta. She got nice nasty then started out with Ma'am... and answered 30 minutes and hung up. I called again and asked for her name. It is Stephanie. I am not sure if that's her real name. But, because of her attitude and stoic attitude of the driver that came, I will tell everyone never to use Beck's Towing Service. I was treated like I was a criminal, especially after the night I had. Unacceptable Service Period! Horrible Thank you to the Boynton Beach Police Officer for all of her help. This tow truck company was called to the scene of the accident and the driver Audwin Delo Santos was unprofessional. He mistreated my parents and didn't allow them to take their personal belongings out of their vehicle. He kept rushing my parents and acted like he was with the police force. He threatened to arrest my father because he didn't want to use his tow services. My father wanted to use his own tow company. Perhaps if Audwin had been kind, my parents would've felt more comfortably using his tow services. Instead they were harassed. read more

If you are in an accident in the city of Boynton Beach and they call Beck's towing to tow your car...do not let Beck's workers steer you to R & R auto clinic or R&R auto body and collision center(the name varies)...they all worked together to defraud me and Geico insurance company....the owner or face of the company was Zack Zakir Rahman now Reazz Rahman(per sunbiz)...but the Becks tow company truck was always there when I was there...the driver of Becks tow company truck is the same one that steered me to R and R Autobody. Once my car was there Zack met me on my job and I signed authorizations....two hours later I changed my mind and they told me I had to pay 800.00 in order to have my car released, so I was stuck... Rand R did a terrible job in my opinion...my car still has problems 2009 toyota with loose front end and traction problems(very dangerous)and they do not guarantee their work. They won't return calls and Zack literally left out back door as came in the front door. They were paid $11000+ and I believe Beck's got paid part of that. read more
