This is SUCH a wonderful place! Quirky, cute and fun. You walk in and are transported into a whole new world. Strawberries EVERYWHERE. It's a mini strawberry museum (actual title, not just my words). There are strawberry decorations, strawberry pins, stickers, bags and clothes, strawberry ice cream, strawberry art to buy, and plenty of non-strawberry goods as well. They even have a take-one leave-one installation for PDX Sidewalk Joy. We bought our goods and decided to hangout to eat our ice cream. There are a few tables, so it has limited capacity, but I also like that it's small and not crazy busy. Very chill. Soooooo sweet in every way. Like walking into an artists daydream where you get to enjoy an incredible ice cream sundae experience on top of it. My sundae was layer after layer of flavor and texture and I was scraping the glass at the end to get every last bite. There are artistic details and touches everywhere - including the scalloped edge on the frame of the bathroom door! Go in the late afternoon if you can, the light at that time makes everything extra sparkly and sweet. Handmade strawberry-themed treasures are for sale all over the store, I came in on my birthday and found a pair of earrings that made my 13-year-old daughter day "They're so perfect for you!" And they have vegan gelato too, so I can bring my best friend here and we can both enjoy something sweet and spend a little time browsing together. Suuuuuuch a cute store! Zuckercreme makes my cottage core, goblin brain, trinket-loving, foodie self very happy. This woman-owned store has curated such an amazing assortment of goods - from stickers to clothing to trinkets to cookware to snacks, many of which are made by local makers. I absolutely recommend stopping in for a coffee and pastry, then shopping to your heart's desire! It's a great place for gifts, especially for any food-lovers in your life. Last time was here I shopped a sale for a watermelon gift basket (watermelon shaped bag, with watermelon candy and soda, plus a watermelon themed trinket). I don't know why this spot still has so little reviews! It's probably one of the cutest coffee shops/stores I have seen in Portland and I love it so much! It embodies much of the fun spunk that Portland has, yet puts a pink, cottage core twist and I don't know know... just gives off such good vibes. Before you get to the cafe portion (which is actually a very small section, with limited seating in the back), there's a novelty shop in the front with all kinds of items from clothing, to knick knacks, to snacks. You could find so many fun things here. And, for the cafe portion they have a small menu of drinks (and if you want a milk-based drink, such as a latte, there's only oat milk) as well as a bunch of pastries and desserts! They're all delicious. Highly recommend you to check this spot out! read more

Such a cute place! I saw a local influencer's post about this place. Upon entering, I saw a lot of pinks and colorful items being sold there. The stuff they sell are priced kind of high. Anyway, I came for the ice cream. They have some not so common flavor selections. I remember I had a cherry / chocolate flavored one. It was delicious. We grabbed a seat and enjoyed our ice cream. This was a pretty spectacular shop in Portland that my daughter brought me to when I was visiting. We stopped on our way to Mount Hood and I am SO glad we did. There was an incredible and carefully curated collection of hand made crafts, clothing, stickers, jewelry and much more. When I walked in and checked in, it turned out that a free coffee or tea comes with a check in, which was a delightful surprise. I ended up picking a coffee with oat milk and added a vegan carrot cake muffin, which was so delicious, i'm still thinking about it I also ended up buying a few Halloween stickers and the most incredible candy corn cookie for my dog! read more

Zuckercreme is an upcycled vintage clothing, local artisan, cute ness overload treasure trove of goodies. This place is so much fun. I have gotten some really excellent baked goods here, like next level. I love that they have local bakers and the items change. They are also known to have a decent selection of vegan or gluten-free items. I also got an incredible coffee mug here, my favorite! This would be a good place to get a gift and a cookie for a friend. It always puts me in a good mood to stop by. read more
