Dr. Espinet has been her dentist and has been courteous, timely, and professional. She has also been pleased with her hygienist. One suggestion that she did have was that some of the staff at the front desk could use more training because they lacked general information about office procedures. I called to make an appointment at one time, but they do not accept my insurance. I go to someone else. Street parking. I'm not sure if they have parking behind their office.

You do not allow me a professional in my field to leave a constructive criticism of your dental services? I had a Dentist named Ms Pham who did not do the right procedure for extracting a front tooth. You are suppose to give the patient enough novocaine to numb the area so that there is no pain. Well Ms Pham gave me only two shots of novocaine and it wasn't enough. A few seconds later I screamed and told her I needed more novocaine and I started to sweat and she got my blood pressure so high that the rest of the procedure could not be done. Ms Sher was never told of the big mistake and was a covered up. It is shameless that Ms Sher never tried to reprimand her staff and I had to go somewhere else to another Dentist. I went to 2 other oral surgeons before consulting Dr Nassary. Both of the other surgeons were proposing literally multiple unnecessary and unneeded complicated surgical procedures that would have cost me in excess of $10,000. Interestingly, neither of the two other surgeons agreed on what really needed to be done. Dr Nassary did ONE simple cost effective procedure, and my issues were resolved.
