Service was fantastic, the menu was super creative, including the cutest drink names. The food was impeccable. If this place looked and smelled like a dive bar, I'd still go back for the food. I'm not a raw fish person but my husband got the tuna tostada and made me try it, and it was great! The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and the sauce, carrots, and pistachios were the perfect complement. The steak sandwich was drool worthy as well.

My husband and I shared the coconut shrimp appetizer and the chicken piccata. They were both fantastic. The chicken, roast potatoes and vegetables were cooked perfectly and the flavor was delicious. I hope to return on our travels south one of these days.

They have a very cute patio in the back of the restaurant. I got the Lex vegas, it was thick because of the puree. I didn't think about that, it wasn't as refreshing as I thought it would have been. I really didn't have too much interaction with the staff as we just ordered a drink and then online pickup but everyone seems nice and helpful.

My shrimp were pale and covered in a weird cream sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes. The grits were stiff with hardly any flavor. I had some shrimp shells on my plate too. My husband's Gumbo was just as sad. It looked like cafeteria food. His okra was soggy and flavorless and the rice was so over cooked. 4 stars??? Absolutely not!!! The only redeeming factor was the good service and friendly staff.

I don't know who is really doing the cooking for this takeout service but it is not good.
