Really appreciated how the Hot Chicken was pan seared and kept more of the traditional Korean spices. We did find out that the Spicy Pork Bulgogi is not available anymore , but remains on tee menu as sold out. Service Get there early! Waited in line for a while and also not much seating inside or out. We were lucky to grab one open table outside. You grab a number after ordering and they bring the food to you. Self serve drinks. Ambiance The interior is small and it can be difficult to find close parking. If you don't mind walking from the next parking lot over, then you're good. Would I go back? Absolutely! The food is just too good.

Soy Bistro seemed to fit that bill perfectly. We arrived for an early-ish dinner on a Friday and got in before a big rush. The restaurant is somewhat small but has patio seating and a handful of tables inside. You order at the counter. Employees were working hard during our visit carefully cleaning, sanitizing, and wiping down each table as guests left, which was nice to see. The single person bathroom was also very clean. Service was alsopolite and personable. I ordered the bibimbap skillet and my husband got gochujang chicken. Our food took a short time to be prepared but came out piping hot and fresh. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. My bibimbap was a fantastic blend of flavors and textures and I thought the different items were balanced well in terms of quantity. The rice got EXTRA crispy, which is just how I like it! I only wish I could have gotten more gochujang to add on top, as I like mine with a little more spiciness than what the amount it was served with allowed. Husband also liked the gochujang chicken. The egg on top was cooked perfectly, and the slaw-like salad on the side was crisp and fresh. The chicken was also sliced into tender chunks. A very high protein meal that was super filling! He did say he thought I out-ordered him because his meal was just a bit more basic/simple in terms of flavor than he expected. Still, he ate most of it and enjoyed it overall! Definitely a worthwhile stop for a tasty meal in a very clean environment, served by pleasant and hard-working folks. I'm glad this was our stop!

I came here on a quiet weeknight after running errands with my partner nearby. We were seated immediately by the bubbly host and our server was attentive. The lighting is low and the hanging pendants above the bar are all illuminated in different hues, setting the vibe. I started with the sparkling sake, which was tasty but a little sweet for my palate. We ordered 3 types of nigiri: tuna, red snapper, and salmon. The salmon was definitely the freshest and most enjoyable. We also ordered an order of gyoza which was savory, crispy and steamed to perfection. My preferred bites of the night came from the rolls we ordered. The Brentwood roll was my favorite with its unexpected sweet "chef's sauce" which compliments the spicy tuna and special crunch from the tempura flakes. We also enjoyed the sunflower roll with creamy avocado and shrimp on top. Would come again to try the hibachi and a different roll!

I think this one of my first date spots almost 15 years ago, and has now become a reliable spot for dine-in or takeout on nights I'm too lazy to cook but still want comforting, filling food. Almost every time I come in, I'm delighted to see one of my regular servers who remembers my favorite items, makes friendly banter while I order, and overall makes this an incredibly welcoming experience. There's a lot of regulars like me who have been coming here for years for some of their staple favorites: green curry, red curry, fried rice, pad thai cashew chicken, and truly any of the soups are always hits to me. I always get an appetizer as well with my favorites being the chicken spring roll, the fried tofu, and the small wonton soup. Nothing is spicy unless you request it so, and my meal is always about $14-18, even if I order an appetizer; it's truly one of the few remaining inexpensive spots in the area. Even my parents still request to come here, which is wild as they are truly some of the world's pickiest eaters; there is really something for everyone. Sushi is not my favorite here and I wouldn't call this the most authentic Thai food, but that doesn't make it any less delicious. Easy parking in a plentiful lot, thanks to the shopping complex it's located in. Welcoming atmosphere, comforting and delicious food, and the opportunity to support a longstanding local business - it's truly a no brainer to come and eat at Jasmine.

I like coming with a group because if you order Japanese food, you get miso soup and a salad, but if you order Korean food, you get a ton of banchan delivered to your table. I like a bit of both, so having multiple people at my table increases my odds of sampling the whole menu. The bento boxes come with endless food: entree, generous portion of veggie and shrimp tempura, sushi roll, gyoza, rice and orange slice. Not to mention the miso soup and salad brought out before the box. My favorite is the dolsot bibimbap which comes out sizzling in a hot stone pot. This creates a crispy rice edge and keeps the dish hot the entire time you're eating. I always add a healthy amount of spicy gochujang sauce to my bowl to add warmth and depth of flavors. This makes it one of my ultimate comfort food dishes. We typically come here on a weeknight and are usually seared right away. The staff is always super welcoming and friendly.

I have NEVER had so much volume in a bento box, I ate 3 meals from it, 1 there and 2 from the take home I had. Not only did they serve soup AND salad, but there was a choice of California roll sushi, or another, I tried the other. Usually, it is a couple of pieces of sushi pieces in the box, but here it was a whole roll - 8 pieces - served between the soup/salad and the entree. The entre had a large portion of chicken terriyaki on a mixed vegetable stir fry. Plus 2 gyoza, plus rice, and orange slices PLUS tempura of 4 vegetables and 1 shrimp. Midori surpassed all the other restaurants I've been to when ordering a Bento box. The lady serving me was very professional. This is a modest restaurant with an ambiance good for casual dining, not my choice for anniversary celebration. I had lunch solo (there are no lunch specials offered). My lunch was $18.99.

You must order the wings!!!! Sticky, sweet/spicy, juicy, and crunchy. Everything you can love about wings in one satisfying bite, the wait is worth it! We also ordered gyoza, beef pad kee mao and a pokeman go roll to sample the different Asian cuisines available on the menu. Our favorite was the Thai drunken noodles, but nothing was a miss. Although I probably wouldn't come here just for sushi, I need to come back to try all the interesting menu items like the bulgogi burger, and the Korean fried chicken sando. Our server Michelle hooked us up when we realized there was a bucket deal on drinks after we hastily ordered one beer each. She was so sweet, even though we came in near closing. The wings and beer were a perfect accompaniment to the first half of the NCAA championship game we watched during our visit. Can't wait to eat those wings again!

The Korean fried chicken wings take about 20 minutes to come out, but trust me, they're 100% worth the wait. The wings are crunchy on the outside, packed with garlic, sweet, savory flavor, and somehow still moist and juicy on the inside. Perfect texture every single time. No soggy wings here just crisp, sticky, flavorful goodness. They are also best leftovers perfect for the air fryer! Every friend or family I bring ends up loving the wings long after we leave. Bonus tip: the sauce table has plenty of sauce and spices if you want to heat up your wings further or want to check it out.
