I LOVE blue sushi saki! They have a variety of sashimi and nigiri options and if you go during their happy hour, a lot of their sushi is half off! This is great to try a variety of sushi on their menu. The ambiance is so fun too and looks like Godzilla inside! I love the service, the first time I went it took a long time to get our food but the manager came over and gave us a gift card to use for our next visit!

Ambience 4/5 customer service 5/5 sushi 3/5 I landed on 4 stars although I feel like 3.5 would be more accurate. We ordered 6 rolls of sushi and they were all mid...but our server, Isaac, was fantastic. Overall we had a nice experience for a date night out. Prices are totally reasonable for sushi.

Went here for lunch with colleagues. We sat outside with the weather being perfect. The waitstaff was super friendly . Very knowledgeable of the menu and the slight differences in the rolls. We were focused on Eel rolls. Each of us ordered 2 rolls each. It was pretty fast actually. Sushi was as good as expected. Nobody got sick. I always say that after sushi. We will be back!

Recently came here with a few friends to celebrate a birthday and we were all very happy with the all-around experience! The drinks (both alcohol and non-alcohol) were beautiful, delicious and unique. The sushi rolls (I believe we all tried 7 different rolls total) were all delicious, unique and fresh -- rivaling the quality of sushi I've eaten in places like Hawaii and southern CA! Their charred edamame appetizer was also amazing. We were there early enough on a Friday evening to also get to enjoy Happy Hour pricing on a lot of items, so that was a plus. The ambiance is fun and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have both outdoor and indoor seating options! They do take reservations, there are multiple parking lots for this and the surrounding restaurants, and there is a park area (with dessert options if you've still got stomach space!) right across the street. Overall, I will be going back and I would highly recommend to any sushi lover!!

Special lunch last Monday afternoon selling our house. Shishito peppers were a good app, a bit salty. The sashimi was great, sushi roll was good, lettuce wraps were also good.

We really loved this place! Very clean, big menu, awesome happy hour offerings, and amazing service!! Courtney was the best- so sweet and helpful and she made our visit perfect! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to locals and visitors!!

I took my wife here for Valentines day to break the tradition of a steak dinner since we both love sushi. We have been told to give this place a try by 3 different people. Food was delicious, presentation was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was open and relaxing. Price is great for the level of service and food quality! It is now in our biweekly rotation of places to frequent.

The sushi itself is 3 stars in regards as quality and quantity. Everything else is great = drinks, happy hour (all day on Sun) service, all other non-sushi items (brussel sprouts, calamari, dessert egg rolls). Pricing is also nice (well coming from CA--so it is all relative). Would come back if in town again.

My family and I have come here for happy hour a few times and it's been a good experience. We love that there's a sushi spot now in Franklin and we really liked the ambiance inside. There are some items we didn't love but some that were really good. The happy hour deals were at a really good price point and is definitely worth checking out. Our favorite rolls were the tidal wave and the lion king. We didn't love the crispy tuna rice or Hawaiian and would recommend skipping out on those.

Stopped in for a BD Celebration! I will say the atmosphere, staff/customer service & drinks get a 4 ! Food is a 3 ! When we ordered didn't realize that most of the items were fried. It was okay sushi but we have had better. The best was a fresh roll we had and their Crispy Rice Cakes are great! Blue Kani was good but the Hawaiian Roll was meh. Drinks are always good here! Wish I remembered our servers name - she was great and on top of service!

Amazing sushi with fantastic happy hour pricing. Service was really fast and atmosphere was super cool. Definitely going back!

Another amazing sushi spot....and I'm from Florida so this is saying something. The inside of this restaurant is so unique and fun. It makes you feel like you're stepping into Japan with authentic artwork and light fixtures. I started with Saki which was warmed perfectly and tasted delicious. I then got a lion king roll (if I remember correctly) and it was very fresh and tasty. 100% going back.

We went early and snagged seats at the bar to kick things off with cocktails, which turned out to be a great move. The bar staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel welcoming right away. I started with an Old Fashioned made with Sazerac Rye--excellent. Smooth, well-balanced. In the summer months, the outdoor seating is a great option too. Once seated at our table, we dove into appetizers. There were four of us, so sharing was the name of the game. The White Truffle Garlic Bread was a standout--warm, aromatic, and downright addictive. We also ordered the Italian Meatballs (two per order), so naturally we got two orders. Big flavor, perfectly cooked, and definitely worth it. Add in the Wild Shrimp Scampi and the Calamari--both cooked just right--and we were off to a strong start. For my entrée, I went with the Ricotta Cavatelli. It was rich and comforting with just a subtle hint of lemon. I usually lean toward spicy dishes, so this was a departure for me, but as a crab lover, I really enjoyed it. That said, if you're looking for heat, this isn't the dish for you. We also had the Sunday Night Lasagna...on a Wednesday. Rules are meant to be broken. It was hearty, flavorful, and absolutely delivered. Dessert was a must--and North Italia did not disappoint. The Tiramisu is non-negotiable. The Salted Caramel Budino was so good. The Hazelnut Torta? Fantastic. And the Salted Caramel Gelato--just get it. Trust me. Last but definitely not least, our server Matt was amazing. Great personality, attentive without hovering, and really added to an already excellent experience. North Italia delivers great food, a fun atmosphere, and top-notch service. A place I'd happily return to again and again.

Our server was great but the management really needs to get servers better aprons. I looked around and most servers had holes in their waist aprons and they were really dirty. Also one of the dishes was so hot, the server was covering her hand with her sleeve to place the dish on the table?! It was odd that her sleeve was inside our dish bowl - very odd. The food itself - was okay. We had the Shrimp Scampi and Beef Carpaccio which was good. Arugula and Avocado salad was nice. We had the Ricotta Cavatelli dish with shrimp and crab, it was tasty. Drink wise, had the Neapolitan. Love dirty martinis and thought it would be similar - nope, it was okay. All in all, it was a decent meal but for the price it was just okay. Also be prepared that flies love to come in when they open up the large door for the patio.

Very nice restaurant!…read more We had reservations at 7:45, checked in early and were seated on arrival. Upon entering the restaurant it seemed swamped but the staff was well prepared for the guests. Our server, was amazing! (I'm ashamed we didn't remember his name, Paul maybe). Nonetheless, he knew the menu, the specials, the drinks, and suggestions! We loved each and everyone of the suggestions and choices we made. Our dining experience started with the signature old fashion followed by a bottle of Heitz Cellars Cabernet! We ordered the lamb and brisket buns. Both were savory, delicious and well prepared. Followed by their Sushi Roll. It was described as "if you love sushi, you've never had anything like this." (I've had a ton of Sushi all over the world, and this was a spectacular Hamachi Roll.) we rounded out our meal with the Butternut Burrata and bread basket and a Beef Tenderloin. It was cooked to perfection and able to be cut with a fork. (I am salivating thinking about how perfectly it was prepared.) Just when we thought it couldn't be any better our server suggested we look at the dessert menu. He tempted me with a blood orange sorbet followed by a peanut butter chocolate pie. AMAZING! The fun thing was, I consumed the Heitz Cabernet throughout my entire meal - all the way through dessert. My high remarks to the chef and the staff because this team knows how to please and perform flawlessly!

The place is beautiful, but we were seated in the least interesting area. My friend said it used to be an open patio and was renovated for more indoor seating, which makes sense, but it lacked any real atmosphere. When I am spending this kind of money I want a slow, leisurly pace, and this felt rushed. Yes, we probably could have asked the waiter to slow things down, but we didn't. I ordered a specialty cocktail - the Midnight Sun that was delish - it was layered and around $16. The waiter then brought out what ended up being the highlight of the meal, a little treat from the chef. It was a creamy gnocchi dish to share, about three pieces each, super rich and honestly I could have eaten 20 more. We also spilt the bread flight. The bread was good but I wasn't a fan of the spreads, I'm a BUTTER person, these were more like bean spreads. The brussels sprouts with pork were also really good. Hubby and I split a mixed green salad that was pretty mediocre, and the croutons were almost too hard to chew. Then came the pork, which was a dissapointment. It was so tough it actually got caught in my throat a couple times despite chewing it well. We didn't even finish it. For the price, it should have been tender and full of flavor, and it was neither. My friend ordered the duck pasta and said it had "weird pieces of meat" in it. Her husband got the filet and loved it, so at least someone at the table was happy. We skipped dessert after most of us had disappointing entrees. I guess the good news is they rotate the menu every few months, so maybe it would be a totally different experience next time.

The steak sandwich is served on a ciabatta roll. It has Filet mignon, Gruyere cheese, grilled red pepper & onions, garlic mayo, and creamy horseradish. The house salad has Romaine, arcadia blend, heirloom cherry tomatoes, carrot ribbons, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic croutons, and watermelon radishes (which are an added bonus because they aren't in salads I've ordered at other places. ) The house roasted jalapeno honey vinaigrette put this salad over the top. I was hesitant to order, by the name of it. I thought it may be too spicy, but it's not spicy at all. It has the best flavor, and I have to admit I order the salad sometimes just because I have such a craving for that yummy dressing. I've never had anything like it, anywhere else. The grilled cheese sandwich is different too. It's served on Challah bread with garlic butter. It has bacon, roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and avocado. I wouldn't normally order a grilled cheese at restaurants, but I look forward to eating this one! My friend ordered the garlic bread appetizer for us, which was good too. It was Sourdough bread with garlic, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. It was served with house-made marinara. The marinara made me wish I had more of it and some pasta to serve it on. We finished our meal off with crème brûlée. Yum! I've never ordered anything at this place, and it not be delicious. I hope I can eventually venture out on the menu, because I'm sure every item I try will not disappoint. To add, if you want really good service in a very nice atmosphere, go here.
