I don't have very good fingerprints and the woman helping me really took her time to make sure to get the best possible prints for me, even when multiple fingers needed to be scanned 3-4 times. She was direct, knowledgeable, clear, and was patient with me asking questions or for clarification. I'm glad I came here instead of going to a larger chain store, because I felt I was taken care of and looked after, while still only needing to be in the store for 10-15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the LiveScan service and if I ever need to do it again, I would come back to this location.

I didn't see any workers, but the instructions were listed clearly on the printer. You basically just send an email to FedEx with an attachment of what you are printing. It takes a couple of minutes to get a code to print. Black and white copies were $0.24, color was more. The printers do default to color each time you print, so make sure to update if you just need B&W!

We did walkins for passport photos and was in and out within like 10-15 minutes (depending on how many people they're helping before you get there). For TSA pre-check we were going to do a walk-in due to the site having issues but noticed they didn't do walk-ins but the guy working that day said he can probably help us out. He went as far as check the site to see if it was down and we got lucky that it wasn't! We filled out the application on our phone and immediately got helped afterwards. Was in and out for TSA pre-check stuff in also 10-15 minutes. Recommend coming here for passport photos, TSA-precheck and other needs.

He immediately offered to assist me in finding the best-sized and most cost-effective box for my shipment. As I began packing, he briefly helped a few other customers, and when the line cleared again, he came right back to assist me--especially when it became clear I was struggling to keep the box shut and tape it properly! For starters, the people that work there are really the star of the show. Super nice, very welcoming and make you feel like family. It's nice when you find a business that isn't there to check you in and check you out like the DMV. This is one of the reasons I live this place so much. Another nice aspect of this is the app that they use, even though I live in Las Vegas, our LLC is still in Southern California. Whenever we get mail we get notified via the app. The place is only open Monday through Friday, so you'll need to plan accordingly to get your mail. It works out perfect for me as I come down during the week. Bottom line? If you are in need of a PO box, and really enjoy good customer service, then this is a place for you!
