I must say these people deserve millions, there isn't a single visit I make here without witnessing an ungrateful neighbor treating the staff poorly. I will however say the staff handle all the "better than thou" attitudes so professionally proving they are indeed better than all the mean soccer moms in eternal rushes. Normally, I have pretty decent service at this location. However, on February 1 is was pretty bad. I visited to mail a package to my son. When I reached the counter, Angela did not say anything like, "Welcome or good afternoon, how can I/we help you?" I handed her the box and said I'd like to ship it. She responded by only offering the most expensive option - FedEx. When I asked about other options (USPS, UPS, etc.) she seemed frustrated. I should have requested someone else but the other staff were busy. I finally settled on UPS as it was the most economical for 2-day air. When she printed the label she kind of threw it on the box, very crooked. Normally, people place the label at right angles near the corners or middle. But whatever, I did not want to make a big deal of that. After the transaction, she didn't say thank you, come again or anything. As I exited, another gentleman behind the counter said "Thank you. Come again." That was nice of him. I should have gotten his name. Will I ship anything here again? Maybe, but her lack of professionalism has shifted my business elsewhere for now. Maybe she is a good employee but needs some customer service training. These days, customer experience is a big thing, as it should be always. read more

I have been to this location so many times and they always used to have great customer service. I think they may have hired somebody new and he is extremely rude even the other staff members looked at him when he was being rude to me as though they knew that is not their standard. Whoever is in charge of hiring you may want to reconsider this person. he wanted to charge two dollars to tape a package and when I said I didn't have any cash and wanted to use a card he wanted to charge me five dollars to use my card and sent me to another location I have never seen anyone be more dismissive and lazy in my experiece here. When I brought it up to management to share my experience, he told me it was likely that I misunderstood due to mask wearing and that maybe the employee didn't have enough coffee. It is hard enough for customers to reach out and provide feedback directly (because it takes time and is uncomfortable) so when you receive a gift like that from someone looking for nothing other than to help your business....take the feedback. First of all, I basically live by Yelp but never contributed anything. And today I finally signed up just to leave a 5-star review on this sweet little neighborhood store. That can tell you how impressed I was:) I need to ship some important documents (a little more than 1 pound) to Melbourne and found this shipping center on Yelp based on all the nice reviews. I called up to get a quote on Monday and Joseph was very friendly and helpful. On Tuesday, I went to the store only to find out that DHL/Fedex would not deliver to PO box, which is the company address I had in hand. The store was quite busy at that time nevertheless Joseph checked the company webpage for me to look up the physical address. He even checked what time it was in Melbourne so that I might be able to call them up. It was 7:00am there :( So I decided to check with the company first before I sent out the documents since I just can't trust USPS lol Joseph kindly gave me a DHL envelope and new shipping slip so that I can fill out when coming back. After getting positive answer from the company, I came to the store again. Joseph took care of everything very professionally and patiently and I was able to ship the documents for $74 via DHL. It was a pretty good deal since I got online quote for over 90 bucks from Fedex/DHL/UPS.I cannot be happier with the shipping experience and will definitely come back again.
