I ordered a Cuban sandwich and a cafe con leche. Cafe: Strong but very good taste! Very similar to La segunda Kennedy. 9/10 Cuban: Nicely toasted with thick cut pickles. Great amount of roasted pork and fresh ham. One of the best I've ever had and definitely the best in the USF/north Tampa area! 9/10 Open Sundays but closed M/Tues No complaints! I think I'll try it for breakfast next time since I usually don't like having coffee after noon.

Tables weren't being cleaned. Was told a 15-20 minute wait for a table...was more like 40 minutes. Got coffee while we waited. Again, took like 15 minutes, but was very good. When ordering, was told they had no pork, which goes on their Cuban Sandwich, the "award winning" sandwich they are known for. Not sure how this happens when it's your "thing". Took over an hour to get food. The side salad was not good. It had lettuce, a few shaved carrots, and that it. The burger and chicken cordon bleu sandwich were good. Place will be good once they get their act together.

It's very white and beige like a Miami Beach feel. They no longer have the bright green accents. Their outside is as nice and even more spacious since they took the smaller tables away. They also brought in new chairs to match the inside beige water decor and bring it outside. We also love the outside patio lights at night which they have always had. Our server was bubbly and helpful which was very nice and welcoming. We ordered the Mexican and the Hot and Crunchy Bowl with Chicken and Ahi Tuna Respectively. We made some modifications based on our preferences. Our bowls were very tasty. We love that spaghetti squash is a base option here. These bowls do have upcharges with any protein and the spaghetti squash. That does add up and the bowls end up being more than other places. Two bowls for almost $50 is a lot in my opinion and we just had water. It was still a good bowl and great service.

There are a ton of baked goods that smell SO good, I unfortunately did not order food, but next time I sure will! The service here is awesome, Cameron is a sweetheart and really funny and fun to talk to. If you need suggestions Cameron is more than willing to help there. For my coffee I got the specialty spring break in Tokyo, iced which was a nice light refreshing drink that I thoroughly enjoyed but the menu has a lot of options which makes it really hard to pick. The boutique items while few are super cute, from clothes to cat clips, pins, stickers and jewelry, definitely a lot of fun to dig through. For seating they have a good amount of seating, but the place does get filled up quick. There is also very little parking right infront but there is overflow parking in the lot next door. Too bad this cute little gem is so far away from me, if it were closer, this would definitely be a go to spot for me!

You'd never guess busy Fowler Avenue and all those shiny new businesses are just steps away. This is free-spirited, relaxing and zen. You can study here, chill-out and reset. It's colorful and very sunny, but it would also be the snuggliest place to sit while it's raining and just sip away and read. There are so many drink and food options here. I had the pistachio matcha with strawberry cold foam and a spinach/feta pastry. Both were good choices. You can order at the register or from a QR code and they'll call you to come get it. It's so casual and laid back. This adorable hangout would melt away any work frazzles I could possible walk in with. I love the low ceilings and the vintage hardwood floors and the slouchy couch and the eastern light streaming in the front window of this older, repurposed home. There's original artwork everywhere, including the ceiling (some of it's for sale). There's also a rack of clothing items, jewelry, scrunchies and other items for sale. I love the eclectic vibe-and the guitar propped up by the front window. Phoebe could definitely sing "Smelly Cat" here. Heck, they're so welcoming here, Ross could probably set up his keyboard and share "the sound." They DO have live music here-and a side patio. There's some parking up front and extra parking in back. And the service is friendly. I'm so glad I found this spot. I'll be back to try the apple fritter croissant and soak up more relaxation. Happy days from Felicitous!

We had a Sunday brunch reservation for 9 AM so we were the first people in the parking lot and thought that the restaurant didn't exist at first. As you walk down along corridor, you will see subtle signs that lead you to the center atrium where the hostess stand is. The hostess is were super friendly and sat us promptly. The atmosphere in this odd location is absolutely divine. It feels like luxury clamping as you enter and Oasis of Flora and Fana through a small mirrored hallway and led to the center of the restaurant with canvas tips set up, decoratively on the outskirts of the restaurant with beautiful outside decorative lighting the first thing I noticed, as we sat was the deco glassware for the water glasses, and the carafe of water. We started with a cappuccino and a café con Leche in the candle butter croissants! The creative ingenuity to put a wick inside the butter to perfectly melt your croissants was genius. For the entrées, we chose the campfire French toast and the sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich-I forgot the same of it! The eggs on the sandwich are called French eggs and they are to die for! Fluffy creamy and decadent. We also want everything with cream cheese. Next time would opt pass on the bagel. It was a bit chewy for our liking and perhaps boiled a bit too long- that is if they are making them fresh in house. The service was okay. Nothing wrong, but the server did stand or try to go above and beyond to create an experience to remember. She checked on us regularly with generic "is everything OK?" questions but did not offer dessert or ask if we wanted a second coffee. The cappuccino and cafe con Leche were absolutely delicious. We maybe would have bought a second one if offered. She waited for someone else to clear extra plates off the table and the carafe of water was empty by the end of the meal and it was not offered to be refilled.

It's not a large restaurant but probably seats around 25 parties of 4 with ability to make larger stables. We didn't take any photos of our food because we were hungry and got right into it lol. The menu has a lot to offer but isn't crazy extensive or overwhelming. They offer your typical brunch fare like omelettes, Benedict's, Sammies, salads, traditional breakfast options and some specialities along with a variety of sides and beverages. Orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. They also offer black iced coffee without stuff added which was a bonus selling point for me. We split a grilled blueberry muffin - delicious, served warm with butter. Hubby got a croissant sandwich with egg and bacon and added extra bacon, daughter got a waffle sausage sandwich (very big for her to eat so a lot came home with us) and I got chicken and waffles Benedict. Everything came out quick and accurate and was served with potatoes and onions. All our food was very good and cooked really well. We will definitely return and bring some friends to share with next time! Heads up though if you use a credit card you will have to pay 3% surcharge of $2.12

This time it was about 1 in the afternoon and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. That was nice. It was clean and cute decor. Our server was very nice, actually she seemed a little over the top nice. I guess that's better than a bad server. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with sausage gravy and I ordered to steak omelet. My husband said his food was great and the portion was very large. I asked for American cheese in my omelet but they put cheddar in it. Also the steak omelette should have had mushrooms so I opened it and no mushrooms. I was given the meat lovers omelet. Everyone makes mistakes so it wasn't a huge deal. The server brought me out some mushrooms and took 10% of the bill for the wrong omelette. The omelet was good, not great. Maybe I just love Waffle House omelets too much. The potatoes on the other hand were delicious. My portion was very large as well. The food was tasty and a big portion but when I get breakfast I don't think of an $18 omelette. I am in no way saying it was in anyway a bad experience and I would go back to try other items. It's just a little pricey.

A bartender greeted me and gave me water. For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. When it was time to check out and pay, I noticed they forgot to charge me for my drink. When I mentioned that, they told me not to worry about it. It was a very nice gesture from them. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog. I am glad I chose this place again as it was near my hotel. Definitely coming back for more great bar food at reasonable prices. Overall: A
