In this store in Cleveland, I saw their chocolates (e.g., truffles, clusters, caramels, meltaways, creams, and barks), fudges, candied apples, chocolate-covered strawberries, cookies, candies, ice creams, and even dog treats. Initially, only one employee was serving customers, and a long line of us were waiting for many minutes. This employee called out for a colleague to assist, and she came out to serve us. Both flavors were excellent, and the texture was delightfully creamy. The key lime pie had a natural-tasting, tart lime flavor that complemented the sweet ice cream and came with plenty of graham crust bits. The black raspberry chip came with a bunch of chocolate chips, and it's easy to see why it's one of the chain's signature flavors. The location had a few tables if you want to dine in as you enjoy your ice cream. There is also a water station in the front of the shop.
