In this store in Cleveland, I saw their chocolates (e.g., truffles, clusters, caramels, meltaways, creams, and barks), fudges, candied apples, chocolate-covered strawberries, cookies, candies, ice creams, and even dog treats. Initially, only one employee was serving customers, and a long line of us were waiting for many minutes. This employee called out for a colleague to assist, and she came out to serve us. Campbell's Popcorn found locally is so so so much better but a few years ago left Lakewood so I guess I'll have to go to West Side Market or their other Ohio City location. The chana masala tasted like dirty masala... like the spice mix wasn't fresh or something was just off. No depth, no warmth, just bland. Indian food is supposed to hit you with flavor. This didn't. Maybe it works for some people, but if you grew up eating real Indian food, this probably isn't it. Wouldn't go back.
