Salted Caramel Cookie, Cranberry Muffin, Buttermilk Blueberry Torte, Cannoli Cupcake, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie
    Agnes I.

I visited this lovely bakery on 31 March 2023 and I bought the following: Buttermilk Blueberry Torte ($5.75) Cranberry and Orange Muffin ($2.50) Salted Caramel Cookie ($2.00) BUTTERMILK BLUEBERRY TORTE ($5.75) -- (5/5) This was my favourite of all the baked goods that I tried. It was not too sweet and it pairs well with a cup of hot tea. It is hard to explain but it tastes similar to a very soft cake. I suppose this was the first time that I've had a torte. The bottom is thicker. The torte was so rich and tasty. I love all the fresh blueberries on top. The bottom was made up of what looked like cake and maybe cream cheese. I will definitely buy this again. CRANBERRY AND ORANGE MUFFIN ($2.50) -- (4/5) I enjoyed this muffin. It was very fresh and delicious. I don't remember tasting much of the orange flavour though. It is perfectly paired with a warm cup of tea in the morning. SALTED CARAMEL COOKIE ($2) -- (4/5) Absolutely delicious but a little too sweet. CUSTOMER SERVICE -- The owner greeted my friend Christina and I when we arrived. She is a nice lady. I will definitely be back to buy some sweet treats if I'm in the area. One of their popular items is their cannoli cupcake which many seem to enjoy and which I received as a gift but the icing was too much for me. **** - 57/150 total reviews in 2023 - 608 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 1 May 2023

    What we brought home!

We traveled all the way from Stow to try this bakery and it was worth it! We had to limit ourselves to what we could eat over the next couple of days but wow, what a selection! Items we got were the Cannoli cupcake: cannoli was CRISP and not soggy. The ganache chocolate frosting was perfect and they yellow cake moist and dense Triple chocolate mouse; yum, yum, yum!! Perfect consistency and all 3 layers were amazing. Classic tiramisu: perfect texture and flavor. I'm from NY and am picky on my Italian desserts but this was authentic tasting. Macarons: crisp almond cookies and yummy flavors. We got one of each flavor. Raspberry, lemon, blueberry, chocolate, peaches & cream and pistachio. The Buckeye Cupcake: yummy buckeye and another amazing cupcake and frosting. The turtle brownie cake: definitely be ready to share. It's a flavor explosion and good for 2! Definitely worth the trip to Cleveland and the extra gym time

My daughter wanted to stop here today there was so many things to get it was hard to choose its a nice small shop I like how the inside is set up she has old school doors hanging as accents and it a pretty cool ideal she was very nice also and we got a few diffrent things to try and I can say all of it was very good the best one was the caramel brownie stop in if you are in the area I defenitly recommend stopping here

Most individual bakery items priced around $4 which is not expensive at all. Wide variety of baked goods from cupcakes and cookies to cinnamon rolls, bread, lemon cake and tiramisu, etc. The huge cinnamon roll was very chewy and somewhat tough to cut, but gave way to a moist sweet delicious roll. It just had layer after layer of cinnamon sweet goodness and wasn't overly sweet or drowning in glaze either. The chocolate chip cookie was soft with somewhat crisp edges- so a perfect texture- but had immediate subtle off flavor and not any sort of rich buttery chocolate chip taste I'd expect.

First of all this place is adorable! I was on my way to visit a friend and wanted to bring her a cupcake so I yelped the closest place that had them and this was it. The setup is simple but very charming. Who I assume was the owner was back working on making cakes I think. They do all kinds of custom cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. The selection of things to try is endless. I think I wanted five different items but I settled on two. The have all types of cupcakes, cannolis, coconut bars, baklava, muffins, brownies, sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, mousse cakes, cake bombs (), and more! They even make homemade bread! I decided on a chocolate turtle cupcake with chocolate fudge frosting and piece lemon cake. The cupcake was good. Very chocolatey. It was kind of weird because it was cold so I'm guessing they obviously refrigerate them. Not my personal preference but it was still good. It had little pecans on top which was a nice touch. The only thing that I didn't like was there wasn't any caramel and I always thought "turtle" type treats meant chocolate, caramel, and pecans but I could be wrong. My friend loved her cupcake! I bought her a classic chocolate fudge which she devoured!! I really loved the lemon cake. It actually sat out for a bit so it was room temperature when I ate it and I loved it. The cake was very soft and moist. The frosting was a lemon cream cheese frosting and had little lemon candies or decorations of some sort on top. So cute and very delicious! This was a great find and I will definitely be returning

Stopped her as a treat for my daughter. What a hidden gem. There is so much more than just cookies and cupcakes. They had pies, tortes, etc. my favorite was my mini french silk pie. So tasty. My kids loved their cupcakes and cookies. Definitely will be back.

Wow! This is a phenomenal place to get baked goods! We worked with Heather and she was so sweet and helpful. They were so communicative and really care about their customers. My sister graduated from Westlake High School and we wanted a nice little cake to celebrate with the family. The cake was delicious and well made. It was exactly what we needed. My mother added on some decorated sugar cookies. These were just adorable! Heather was able to put any picture or decoration on the sugar cookies. She even made some for me and my medical school (they had the medical school logo on them). We hope to be back to try all the other yummy looking pastries!

I stopped into this location a few weeks ago, not really sure what to expect. I had passed it a week prior while taking an odd way home. Don't let the building fool you or scare you away. It looks very ordinary from the street but the shop is very cute inside! Chic/country chic. LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of bakery items to choose and all items were very, very affordable!! My first visit, I settled on a GIANT chocolate chip cookie, cupcake and a few 7-layer cookies. All were excellent. Flash forward to today, I am now addicted to the 7-layer cookies! They are so good! I stopped today to get my fix and decided to write a review after whoofing down two 7-layer cookies. Don't judge me. . . This is definitely an excellent bakery and a small business you should support!

We wanted some sweets, but were pleasantly surprised to see that Chicken Paprikash was also available. It was very good chicken paprikash too. It tasted just like the paprikash my mom made when I was growing up. The young man that helped us showed us the pan that looked like it was packaged to take home. He instantly offered to heat it and split it to so we could enjoy the chicken paprikash for lunch. That was perfect and very appreciated! I'd definitely come back just for the paprikash on future visits home. The baked goods are the ones I remember from childhood, not fancy modern bakery items. The cases were filled with delicious kolaches, poppyseed rolls, pistachio bars, and various cookies. For dessert I had an apricot kolache and really enjoyed it. The filling was minimal, but the pastry had a great texture and flavor. There were many fresh baked items already packaged up for those in a rush. Perfect little trays of cookies to take to a party or the office. The service was great. It started great with the young man that offered to heat up our chicken paprikash. When my mom ordered her poppyseed roll the owner grabbed a fresh baked one from the back. Friendly and accommodating!

My Mom loved their freshed baked Vienna white bread, as she would buy a loaf once or twice a week. She would also buy a dozen donuts, especially when compa y came over. I used to ride my bicycle up close to their store front window and they had a real pretty lady working their named Pauline. If i saw her there i used to wink at her, as i road by the window. So i have very fond memories of growing up with Becker's Donut shop right around the corner on Miles Ave, near East 138st. My favorite donuts were the cream filled ones. Yummy!

Not dry or stale or off flavored but just kinda there and not any kind of fluffy lightness you'd write home about. The crullers here are unique! Very rugated, soft, fall apart in your hand and quite tasty. Best in the Cleveland area and I'm not even a big cruller fan. The plain glazed cake had a great texture. Moist inside, some crispiness outside. But it had an offish kinda almost remotely lemony flavor I am not a fan of.
