Priti patiently showed us our options and helped us order a custom outfit from India. We are very pleased with the sherwani that we received. It was exactly what we wanted - it was good quality fabric and good design at a reasonable price. I also ended up getting some kurtis and kurti sets from here. Again, good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Also, Priti provided good customer service. She never pressured us to commit to/purchase anything. She definitely made wedding shopping easy for us. This place is going to be my go to Indian clothing store from now on. I no longer feel the need to go all the way to Devon to get Indian clothes! FYI, the boutique is located in the basement of Priti's house. And, for all my fellow Indians in the Yelposphere, prices are fixed! But they are reasonable, do not hesitate to check out this place.

And the group behind the register literally couldn't be bothered to stop chatting to ring me up when I found something. The sales associates used to put the clothes I collected to try on in a dressing room for me. I walked that store for at least half hour without a single sales associate approaching me even though there were 3 or 4 at the register talking and no other customers in the store. Once in the dressing room, not one sales associate approached to see if I needed a different size or if they could remove items from the dressing room, something that would have happened in the past. I checked out, spending about $400, on 3 items. Normally, I would keep my items on the hanger but that's not an option anymore unless you want a drycleaner wire hanger. Unfortunately, my story doesn't end there. When I got home, I discovered I had been charged $59 for a tee shirt that was clearly marked $49. I returned to the store the next day with the tee shirt and receipt and explained what happened. Instead of 'I am very sorry that happened, let me take care of that for you', the women made me feel like I had come to rob the store. After double and triple checking, I received my credit. I never received an apology, just a look of why I would bother for $11. Will I shop at the Eileen Fisher Company Store again? Yes. Will I expect customer service? No. Will I check my receipt? Definitely?

The owner even hung up on her when I tried to escalate the matter. Worst customer service ever.

There were also a variety of matching jewelry and purses that match my dresses. The customer care was very nice as they show patiently at our own pace, the tailoring work exceeded my expectations as the clothes fit wonderfully. I recommend this place very much.
