I noticed that the owner , Kim, is available to help customers, when needed. I see a great improvement here in the helping attitude of employees and I do appreciate that! Willingness to help is so important to me when I enter any business, do I have been happily bringing my FEDEX to this convenient location. When I arrived, the clerk asked if I minded her helping the people behind me first. I did mind--but I stepped aside anyway. When it was finally my turn, I presented my documents. She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. (I did pay shipping originally) weeks go by with nothing. Was told by auctioneer that they were waiting on pick up. Finally I get emails and voicemails from a thicker accent guy saying he has my package and needs payment to ship. So I ignored thinking it was a scam. Nope it was Romital, after a couple emails he threatened just to take the product to donation since I didn't want to pay shipping again. Then he mentioned he could just take it back to auctioneer but basically ended up paying another $27 bucks to get .5 lbs box the size of a stick of butter. It was also 2 day delivery but took 4. Adam was very courteous and helpful. He even remembered my name three weeks after I called for a quote. Their bid was less than half the next higher bid and about 1/3 of the highest bid I got for this small delivery from the airport. The driver got it all done quickly and with a smile. No complaints from me on this company. I will definitely use Adam and Big Tex again.

Then they disputed their quote and gave me a much higher price than originally quoted, and would not reduce their charge, then they tell you "I don't care" over the phone and hang up on you. They do not honor their rate quotes and charge you extra and they tag additional BS charges to their quotes. Don't use!!
