Very disappointing experience at the UPS Store # 0577 located at 7 Switchbud Pl in The Woodlands TX. They gave us the wrong receipt and used a label that did not belong to our shipment. Now the package shows as lost, and the store keeps saying they "can't do anything." They offered no help or solution, even though the mistake happened there. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. read more

This location will lose your package. The employee forgot to put a shipping label on a certified mail, so It was returned to my address. I went back for them to mail it again, and now my package has not been delivered and my tracking number says Additional Actions Required. Now who knows where the package is and when it will be delivered. read more

Always a quick and easy experience at this location. It's in a prime spot, and while the building seems to be undergoing renovations, it doesn't interfere with service. They have all the basic shipping and packing supplies you'd need. Simple, efficient, and exactly what you want when mailing a package. read more

This location likes to close early even though their business hours are clearly stated outside. I've shown up right at 6:28pm and the gates were already down in the front and the gentleman just looked at me and pointed to his wrist indicating the time. I only come to this location for the convenience but will definitely not be retuning as this has happened a couple of times now. read more

Called on Monday to send out an overnight UPS package. The person who answered the phone said that UPS was picking up but only overnight packages. We took the package there early afternoon, confirmed that the package would go out that day. The package was never given to UPS and we are unable to get a refund on the UPS charge because UPS did not get the package. In addition we had perishable items in there which is why we were sending the package overnight. The package still has not made it there, so now the contents have to be thrown away. So we are out the cost of the UPS Overnight as well as the cost of the contents. Tried to reach out to the store was only able to leave a message and no one has ever called back. We will not be using this store in the future as they are unreliable. Very disappointed. read more

These guys really don't want to be in business. Usually their Internet is far too weak to use the Internet in the store so if you want to show them a label, you have to go outside and wave your phone around for a while they could easily fix this but they just don't bother this time I went and they had no Internet at all. I had printed barcode so they could've just kept the packages and send them later but that would've been too much of an inconvenience for them. Like I said these people don't want to be in business anymore so I would go to some other UPS and not waste your time coming to this one. read more

Great UPS Store! We have one located closer to us in north Woodlands, but prefer to come to this one. Staff is always friendly and fast, efficient service! Not only do they ship, they take Amazon returns and do public notary services plus more. Some other UPS stores are closed on the weekends, but this location helped us out with public notary services on the weekend. Best services found here! Highly recommend! read more

Nathan is wonderful, my packages being given to another customer and vice versa, not so wonderful. Since day one, this has happened, over and over and over and over. I am only 8 weeks into a one year lease of a a box and I have to do a change of address. In the case of a large order I had placed, it was given to another customer who returned it, only to have this UPS store then give it to another customer. Nathan very graciously reimbursed me, but this problem continues. I am tired of my packages going missing and being given other people's packages. It's always the same numerical mistake and it's been discussed, but still not resolved. I cannot recommend this location at this time. read more

Although several UPS stores are located closer to my home, I always drive the extra distance to go to this store on Switchbud Place in The Woodlands. The clerks here are the most courteous, are the fastest, and have the most expertise about my shipping needs. They are never impatient with my questions, and their business offers just the supplies I want. The store is also nicely comfortable--it's not a sterile environment like the other stores are. It seems to be a real part of the neighborhood. I think most of the customers come here because it has such a homey feel. I love that they'll tape up my boxes and stuff them so whatever I'm sending doesn't arrive broken. I think the number of this store is 0577. Give all these employees (and the manager who carefully hired great people) a raise! read more

Great place to drop off packages. I come here often as it is close to my apartment complex in The Woodlands. The staff is friendly and is available to accept package drop offs even if there is a line, which is usually what I need the place for. Amazon returns and eBay sales let you print at home, so a good drop off is all I need, and this place is great for that. Good hours, good staff, good location. I was on a time crunch, I completely forgot about a ticket I needed to pay and needed it post marked that day....and it was 5 PM. I wasn't near home and I also needed to make a copy and print something out online to send in this payment. I went into this location nearly in tears and they jumped to my rescue. They even let me use their computer to print out the form, made sure they post dated my letter, made copies for me and only charged me under a buck. It was the most amazing service I had ever experienced and they saved my day!!! I hope everyone in the area uses them! read more

Nathan and Will are great and super helpful. They took care of a very difficult package for me and charged me under 3 dollars for all of the shipping boxes I needed. I came home and forgot to place a very important piece of paper in the box. They were more than happy to have me e-mail the document to them and they re-opened the package to make sure it was in there before UPS picked up! Very happy and I will definitely go back! Great story with knowledgeable, caring employees. They can handle your shipping needs all the way from small packages to freight shipments on a pallet. They can handle all that of your printing needs. Plus, there is always a notary in the store. Easy parking and short lines make for the store to go to if time is important to you. This is a lovely store and quite convenient. I usually have a very pleasant experience here. However, I recently encountered an older gentleman working there and he was very rude. I did nothing to deserve his irritable manner. There are many other options for shipping in this area, and I hope this gentleman is given some customer service training. My printer decided to run out of ink as I printed off the last items for an out-of-town conference. I found this store was the closest to my hotel and asked if they could save he day. Thanks to Will and Nathan, I received all of the color copies I needed well before my event started, and they even delivered to my hotel at no extra charge!
