Do I need to purchase them over the phone, or can I just walk in around that time?" YOUNG LADY: "You can just walk in around that time." ME: "Okay thank you, I just wanted to make sure you all would still have them at that time. I will be there around 1:30pm-2pm." I arrived at Crawfish Nick within the time frame that I mentioned above. As I am approaching the garage area, a man gives me an uninviting stare: HIM: "You have a reservation?" ME: "No" HIM: "We're all sold out" ME: "I called and you all told me that I could come around this time" YOUNG LADY: "When did you call?" I proceeded to explain the above phone conversations and was met with oblivion. Somehow there was no recollection of me calling (281) 806-6515 and having conversations with anyone. It was as if I completely made up this story lol. The lack of accountability was appalling. I was then told by another lady..."Well if someone doesn't come and pick up their order then you can get theirs." WHAT??? So you mean to tell me that preordering is an actual thing? That's interesting as this was the question I asked over the phone, and I was never provided that option. The lack of regard and the poor customer service via phone was very disappointing. Make sure you get on their "Reservation/Pre-Order List" prior to showing up or you run the risk of wasting your time.
