By me knowing it was a holiday weekend, I wanted to mitigate any risk of them being sold out, so I called again on Sunday morning at 11:19am: ME: "Hello I'm interested in picking up a sack of crawfish today around 1:30pm-2pm. Do I need to purchase them over the phone, or can I just walk in around that time?" YOUNG LADY: "You can just walk in around that time." ME: "Okay thank you, I just wanted to make sure you all would still have them at that time. I will be there around 1:30pm-2pm." I arrived at Crawfish Nick within the time frame that I mentioned above. As I am approaching the garage area, a man gives me an uninviting stare: HIM: "You have a reservation?" ME: "No" HIM: "We're all sold out" ME: "I called and you all told me that I could come around this time" YOUNG LADY: "When did you call?" I proceeded to explain the above phone conversations and was met with oblivion. Somehow there was no recollection of me calling (281) 806-6515 and having conversations with anyone. It was as if I completely made up this story lol. The lack of accountability was appalling. I was then told by another lady..."Well if someone doesn't come and pick up their order then you can get theirs." WHAT??? So you mean to tell me that preordering is an actual thing? That's interesting as this was the question I asked over the phone, and I was never provided that option. The lack of regard and the poor customer service via phone was very disappointing. I arrived and the constables were friendly in letting me know the process where to park giving me my number ... everyone from the ticket taker to Collin that helped me pick my sack out and seasonings , sausage etc to Jessica the cashier was extremely helpful and friendly . I called this morning and whoever I talked to said they had crawfish to sell. It takes me no less than 10 minutes to get there after I hang up. As we get there and park, they ask if we have a reservation and tell us they "are all out." But then they tell another man who arrived at the same time that they have a sack left. So even when you call before and they assure that they have it to sell, make sure you ask if they will take a reservation. Otherwise it's just a waste of time coming out. I arrived at 9:45 the other morning, and waited another 10 minutes for them to open. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I bought two sacks of XL crawfish that came out to around 35lbs a piece. They had all the great stuff in stock, Cajun land seasoning!!!!! ALL the crawfish were alive when I purged them!!!! Not a single dead one. EVERY crawfish was over the size of a dollar bill!!!! My god you have to go here for your crawfish needs!!!! There was no fooling around here with dead or tiny crawfish. They were so helpful even after the sale. They put the sacks in my truck bed and even put a five gallon bucket of ice over them for me as it was a hot summer day. Went to Crawfish Nick on Louetta ( http://www.crafishnickseafoodco.com ) to pick-up 50 pounds of Crawfish for my Son to play with. He likes to play with his food ... some kids never grow up (I'll post pictures after posting review, hopefully). But that's okay, cause he knows how to prepare these Monsters ... and that they are. 'Crawfish Nick' has some Delicious Looking Monster Crawfish. They placed the 50 pounds of Live Crawfish in Big Black Bags, loaded them in my car and made sure the Ice was properly placed on the Crawfish. Everyone there were AWESOME. read more

REAL GULF SHRIMP and FRESH! They keep strange hours but I guess I get it when you're selling the real deal and seafood markets are usually open only early. Wonderful to work with! Very friendly! Worst experience ever. Called on Thursday and put 25 lbs blue crabs on hold they took my name and number. When I called on Saturday to arrange pick up the first call they told me they had size 1 although they were sold out. I usually come here to get all of my crawfish and for the most part not disappointed. Went last year toward the end of the season paid over $100 for a sack and it was trash. Told my coworker about it and she said the same thing happened to her. I asked several times if the sack had been frozen, if they were La. crawfish and was told no and yes.. Honestly it was my fault because they just did not look right..Also purchased some of that creamy looking seasoning and the expiration was the following week. I had a crawfish boil and was looking around a week before for prices. Most places only sell it on weekends and prices are atrocious, not here. I got 60 pounds of beautiful crawfish great size for what I paid. The only time I could pick up was after they were closed and they so generously stayed for me. When I got here, the lady in the front was so nice to help me look for the perfect sacks and the perfect amount of shrimp!
