On 7/22/25, I request items to be removed from my home. They were not able to, but said they would go back the next day with the necessary equipment. In the attempt of bringing down a sofa , they broke a light cover and drywall from two different areas. The guy did mention he broke the light cover, but I didn't make a big deal out of it and say it was ok. Yet, he didn't mention the damage on the drywall. I actually saw it when they left and I went downstairs to the second floor. A side from the damage, it did not bother me. What bothered me is they said they would go back the next day and they didn't. The next day came and no calls.. so I called more than 5 times to the number that called me on 7/22/25 and got no response. The issue here is, if you can't go or you aren't able to remove the items, just be honest with your customers and say it. Don't lie and say you'll come back and then not respond to any calls. Communication goes a long way. It's sad because the guy who went was really nice. So maybe this was not his call. Maybe it was management. But it does not matter, they should have communicated. I don't even want to give the one star, but it's required. Go outside Home Depot, there's always people with trucks willing to help at a way cheaper price read more

Don't be fooled with thinking you will get immediate pricing for your items, you will only get bad customer service who I'd rather talk to a BOT than the woman that answered and then hung up on me. But that's not the point here. I filled out the inquiry online which is totally misleading because you think you will get some kind of price range or rough estimate. You get an appointment for them to come out and estimate onsite and they bank on you saying, well you're here so do the job. I called and explained that I wanted some kind of rough estimate upfront and the woman said it would be a volume load and they wouldn't know until they got here. While they are a bit more expensive than the local junk hauler, they always show up! I've hired multiple people to help take away dead tree limbs & vegetation who never showed up & ghosted me when I tried to call & ask why. These guys always show up & can really load a truck! They not just picked up everything I asked them to remove - THEY SWEPT THE DRIVEWAY!!! Trust me, I never do that! read more

Didn't even use because on the consult call after being told that they needed to come over to give an estimate on the removal of a bed that we already had sitting on the curb, I said "give me just a second to think" and they hung up. read more

When they arrive, they always give an estimate of the cost for the items to be hauled away, then you can say yes or no. I needed to use these guys to clean out in apartment because of a move that I'm doing right now. I have used them before in the past but didn't have any complaints back then except for the price. I can guarantee that they will be the most expensive of everybody that you query. when I use them before, I had a hard time justifying the price they were asking. they have now dropped the price to something more reasonable in my opinion, and now the service is above reproach. Bill and his newbie showed up on time, and they were accommodating to the fact that I was clear across the city. They got the junk hauled out quickly and efficiently, even the heavy stuff such as the mattress. they even went to the detail of cleaning the carpet as best they could before leaving. They also offered to assist me with other things such as packing or moving which I had declined. Overall, excellent service, and if I were not leaving the state, I would use them again. Had a great experience from the phone call, to same day assessment. They arrived late (as requested and was informed) was dark and they provided estimate. I let them know that I had another quote elsewhere and they matched them. Spencer and Jeff we're great guys and we're a pleasure to work with. When I called they were rude and said someone came but no one answered. They were clearly lying since I was home waiting for them. Awful. Terrible, terrible service. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I had scheduled a job for a Wed, when they showed up at the end of the work day, their truck was completely full and they could not complete my job and had to reschedule. No problem, I understand but I expected that they would come back early the next morning. Nope, the next time they could come back was Sunday, three days later. This despite the fact that this had to be rescheduled due to no fault of mine. I said no thanks, and called JunkMD+ instead. JunkMD+ did a great job and has been my company of choice for junk removal ever since. read more

We recently moved out of our house and had some extra furniture that would not fit in our new home. Some was clearly destined for the landfill, but other items were in good condition and could easily have found a new home. We chose to use this company based upon their advertisement that they made every effort to donate items first, and only if they could not be donated they took them to the dump. This could not have been farther from the truth. Two men showed up, put our items in their truck, then smashed them to smithereens. Absolutely nothing was getting donated. I felt sick to my stomach. I never would have used this company had I known this is what would have happened. If you only have things for the landfill, this may be the company for you. However, do not believe their false advertising that they will make any effort to donate any salvageable items. read more
