    Hansons awesome gutter install

    I had all new gutters installed on my home in Troy in April 2022. all the corner pieces installed wrong and leak. I actually had ice cycles hanging from the corners over the winter. I have been waiting since February 2023 to get it rectified. They have been out here 4 times and each service rep give me a different diagnosis and solution. meanwhile ZERO has been done to correct their crappy installatio. I could have kept my old leaky gutters and saved 5k!! I wish I would have read all the terrible reviews before writing a check. lesson learned. who can recommend a good roofing company??

    No slot to lock the screen door.

    I requested to have a new sliding door installed. They manufactured the sliding door with a wrong orientation, according to the installer. They made promises that they would come back and installed the correct one and they never did. It took a couple of months before it was sent to a regional manager, Garry Sherman, at 2485813030 x1050 and somehow my call is being dropped. At this point it's very aggravating to deal with this type of business ethics. Seven grand for this type of business is just terrible. It has no value. I will never do business with 1800hanson.

    Windows don't fit. Just shoved them in place with foam and left me hanging for going on two months now with no communication at all.

    No communication. Mis-measured non functional windows for 2 months now. another business who doesn't have a concept of taking responsibility and saying two simple words when you screw up royally. Guess what they are?!

    In keeping with the terrible reviews Hers' another. I contacted Hansons through their online form where I stated to only email me because I have a severe hearing disability. So my phone shows they tried to call me several times. My outgoing message also explains I cannot hear! I made an appointment but got no confirmation until 10 minutes before. I have not taken possession of the place and was not waiting around on a maybe. The confirmation could not be replied too. The text that was sent could not be replied too. They only accept phone calls. this is discrimination and I'm sick of these companies that get away with it. since Hanson's does not all your to reply in Email or text. I'm replying here. Have a nice day. Shop elsewhere

I personally had a contractor BEFORE CHIP NWO RENOVATIONS THAT I SIGNED WITH AND THE COMPANY AS IT TURNED OUT SUB CONTRACTED WITH A CONTRACTOR JESSIE WHOM PROCEEDED TO RIP ME OFF FOR $2,600.00 for a window down payment I Never got the window. Then I called Jessies Boss in Hudson Mi. only to discovered Jessie was going around doing this to others in my community. Unfortunately, Jessie was not the only one! . I really do not care if Jessie ever sees his name here as he has a-lot to answer for. Then a true God answered prayer I found NWO Renovations and Chip. It was then that all the repair work went so simple and well. I could not believe that there really are Honest Good People in this World. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NWO RENOVATIONS AND CHIP OWNER. They kept me updated about the install date and the installer called before they came. They were friendly and professional. They put down covers to protect the floor. The install was completed the same day which is a plus. The only issue was that my bushes in the front were somewhat damaged. They did clean up the areas inside and out. The windows look great.     We are writting in reguards to what we strongly feel are bad business practices and taking…read moreadvantage of consumers. Our main issue of contention is lack of return communication once money was received, not advising of a flaw and thus placing us in a position of losing a large sum of money or potentially having an inferior window installed and causing furture structural damage to our home. Let's start with the "Poor Construction Waiver" which makes us give up all recourse for any type of window failure. Why was this waiver necessary when you personally saw the area, took photographs? At no point did you let us know there may be an issue, not even when you asked for additional photos. You didn't explain that there were concerns with the existing construction or that a waiver might be required. Based on your appointment at our home, shouldn't you have been able to identify and clearly explain any concerns before moving the project forward? Instead, after receiving Wallside's opinion, we were informed that we had only two options: sign the "Poor Construction Waiver" which we would give up all recourse if anything fails with that window or lose all our loan funds. We were not afforded a reasonable opportunity explore alternative resolutions before being compelled to sign the waiver. To independently evaluate your concerns, we asked our contractor to inspect the area in question. The owner of the company disagrees with your assessment and has stated that, if all the windows, including this one, are installed properly, the existing construction should not pose any issues. At this point, it should be clear that we are far from satisfied customers, particularly since this is the largest and most expensive window included in our purchase. The manner in which this situation has been handled raises serious concerns regarding your company's professionalism, transparency, and business practices. As a result, we intend to bring this matter to the attention of the appropriate departments within the State of Michigan, as well as the Better Business Bureau.
