DeMarco was the first person who didn't rush me, pressure me, or dismiss me when I was nervous and overshared for 2 days prior. He listened. He slowed things down. He made space for me to breathe. LJ was calm, steady, and kind -- even when I tried to haggle (not my strength!). He never made me feel silly or out of place. He just guided me through it. And Zach in finance... he worked magic. He showed me my real credit score, walked me through every detail, and somehow got me the best VW package and LoJack. He made sure my kids and I were protected and set up for success. I made an appointment online for 10am for my 40k service. It was busier than usual but I was greeted and my car taken back asap. Once seated, I was told what was being done for my car and what service was recommended. I wasn't pressured to get the recommended service but was given a quote which is handy for comparison's sake. If you're here for the service department, here's my experience. Zack is the type of guy who hates his life and wants to make everyone else feel the way he feels about life. So, don't go to Zack because of his Condescending attitude, overall racist demeanor, and lack of professionalism. However, Andrea is always a breath of fresh air, professional, and communicative about your car's needs. I've worked with Andrea a few times now, and I've never had a negative experience with her. Everything went well. Angela is great at checking you in and keeping you updated throughout the process. She called with the technician recommendations that afternoon. I was ok with getting my car up to speed. New tires, 60k mile checkup, fresh juices flowing through. Some of my fluids hadn't been changed in 10 years since I bought the car and they took care of that too. Been in the area for four years and have always had to travel further out for the VW dealership. Now I have this one less than two miles away. My car was clean and sitting pretty when I came back. on May 3rd, I bought my 2021 VW Atlas in for an oil change,tire rotation and front end alignment. Upon completion of my ordered work, I was informed by Angela that the mechanic ,that was working on my vehicle informed her that upon opening the hood , the cable broke and that it would cost 500 to replace it. I have had this vehicle since August and never had any trouble with opening the hood. I don't feel that the fault lies with me to repair it. when I get notifications on recalls, Pohanka lets you bring your vehicle on your schedule, the service is usually done quicker than quoted. I'm pleased with the services thus far. Awesome experience at the dealership. Took in my Mercedes for maintenance. It's an older model so I wasn't sure if they were gonna be able to take care of everything but the service advisor Zak was great. I took care of an oil change in transmission service and now my car is running great while I was there. I checked out some of the new Volkswagens on the showroom and was really impressed by the sales associate that helped me.
