Today was my first cleaning with Exclusive and I am beyond impressed. The team arrived on time, was courteous, professional, positive, and incredibly thorough. My home is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. Every room received attention to detail that I haven't seen in a long time. The office staff was also wonderful--friendly, informative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. For Christmas this year, I decided to have a once over deep cleaning of the house. I reached out to Lisa and was able to explained what I wanted done and by when. We were able to schedule something right then over the phone. When the cleaning crew came it was a group of 3 ladies. I explained what I wanted completed and also emphasized that we have a religious alter (we're Buddhist) that we absolutely did not want touched but wanted the room cleaned. They followed the instructions to the tee. The ladies started from the top and worked their way down and was done after 3.5 hours. Our house is around 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a furnished basement. Within those 3.5 hours they were able to clean all the bedrooms, bathrooms, windows in the house, vacuum, sweep the floor, dust all cow webs, and even clean out oven/stove top. I was really impressed with the quality of work. There wasn't a spot that they missed. They only thing I will say about the company is that it can sometimes be hard to reach Lisa however, that was made up with the quality of their work and the customer service they provide. It was nice that Lisa sent a confirmation of the cleaning the evening before and even offered the option to text me when her crew was on the way. Will definitely be using LMC again when we need cleaning!
