    There are many reasons why The Nissan Skeletor is giving #1 COCHRAN a 1-Star Review. Here are just a few; No Code of Ethics.. I was ripped off, I don't know who owns this business, Al Capone, Robin Hood, Pinocchio or the Grim Reaper. Hyper crates masquerading as saints! I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue into #1 Cochran Nissan service department of Monroeville(4) times for the same problem within a 4 week period, and these jokers didn't fix my ride but had the nerve to charge me, and later upper management refused to refund my money. I was pressured to pay for a frontend alignment that the service department techs knocked out when they replaced 2 brand new struts that were on my vehicle, and charged me for parts that were under warranty. And when they couldn't fix a factory defected steering column (pump), they told me to 'buy a new car.' The service department has a big problem of not returning phone calls and bad communication skills. It took them over 30 days to order a part for my vehicle. The service manager has a bad ATTITUDE and a bad habit of not telling the truth, misrepresentation. The service department employees are angry, disgruntle workers who took my Rogue on a 50 mile joy ride, running errands, making pizza deliveries in with my vehicle. When I exercised my rights to get my vehicle fixed, # 1 Cochran Nissan and Nissan USA retaliated against me! No diversity in the work place. You would think that this dealership was in Iceland, No people of color nowhere! Not even on TV, their TV channel is locked onto FOX NEWS. #1 Cochran Nissan Service Department does not have a courtesy shuttle for its customers. #1 Cochran Nissan of Monroeville contracts with Uber to shuttle their customers around town, and the wait time is 2 hours long, 2 mile radius is the limit. They don't give a damn about their customers. #1 Cochran Nissan service department allowed me to drive out of their shop in an unsafe vehicle, a deathtrap waiting to kill somebody. We I reported a malfunctioning steering wheel problem to this dealership, instead of replacing the 'steering column or pump' the service department ignored my concerns and allowed me to drive out of their dealership in an unsafe vehicle, a deathtrap that almost killed me when the steering wheel locked up on me while I was driving. The service department never addressed the defected steering column and never will. Nissan USA don't want to recall their 2019 Rogue so they made an executive decision to hide the truth from the public. The steering column on the 2019 Rogue is defected, loud & noisy, lock up steering wheel that could get you killed. #1 Cochran Nissan put me at risk. I will never step foot in this place again and you can take that to the bank. This place makes a living ripping people off. I am a former Marine Veteran who fought in the Vietnam War. I hope all you vets out there read my review, A. C. today, your ass tomorrow. I paid for a service that I didn't get when has scamming and lying become legit! I been robbed! My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

    #1 Cochran Kia is really #1 for me and my family!…read more I took my 2014 Kia Optima in to have some details looked at and the manager let me keep my car there to check on the recalls. He called me right back to say that my engine had failed one of the test, and that it would have to be replaced! Naturally, I was worried about changing something so important on a car. He let me talk to the mechanic and said that Kia would replace the whole engine, for free, and that it would still be under warranty for the next 5 years. I was happy that they reassured me that everything would be fixed. The manager said that he didn't want me to worry, since I was pregnant and had a two year old, so he put me in a 2018 Kia Sorento until my car was fixed! I have never been to another dealer where they would care about your well being like that. I just got my car back the other day and it is running perfectly!! I would have NEVER known about my engine needing to be replaced if they wouldn't have taken the time to look into the recalls for me. They took responsibility and now I have a dealer that I can really trust and respect. Not only did they pay for everything to be fixed but they gave me a solid rental and had it done in a week. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be purchasing a new vehicle with them in the future.
