I had went in here on Saturday to get my nails done. I was first told that they would be $100 because the color that I had underneath wasn't matching the picture. I had told the woman that I wanted to keep the nude that I had underneath and that it didn't bother me that it was different. she was very rude about it and had three employees questioned me about it during my time at the spa. She let me walk out with these horrible nails that look nothing like the picture. I have included the pictures of what I asked for and what I received, and I'll even include the set that I was given previously by my normal nail salon. when I said that I didn't like them, she blamed me for having a darker nude color underneath and that I needed a full new set. She did not understand that I told her it was OK and that I wanted the darker nude. this place always gives issues and have the rudest staff! even my inserted picture of my nails before were done three weeks before the picture was taken, and they still look amazing read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for a few years now and the last several times have been disappointing. Yes, the salon is spacious with many employees but unfortunately they all do not do good work. Also, they are not currently taking appointments. First come, first served. The last several times; my overlay gel nails has not lasted more than a week. Chipped, nail polish peeling, not smooth, etc. My gel pedicure was done very mediocre. Nails cost too much to not receive the services you paid for. There's a few good nail techs but you have to pray that you get them. Coming here has been more about convenience and not about good nail service. read more

This salon is VERY RUDE to potential customers don't even waste your time. There are so many salons that are professional and courteous we don't have to spend our money where we arent wanted. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. I asked when I could be serviced as no one even acknowledged me and he told me it was a 25 minute wait. I walked over to a store across the street and when I came back I was told because I didn't wait inside I would have to wait 45 more minutes. I should have listened to the reviews. My nails came out far worse then I could have imagined and I'm going on vacation. In 30 years I've never had such ugly nails. I could have done a better job myself, it was gel polish and it was so poorly done and to make matters worse she asked me for tip several times before we even made it to the register over charged me (literally) and a frustrated employee just took out 20 dollars and handed it to me in exchange for what was charged to my card. I can't believe this salon still has customers.... You are rarely greeted when you enter the salon and if you are it's from a guy hollering from the back asking what you need. Salon has the space and staff to be able to move customers in and out quickly but does not. If you decide to wait the "estimated" time of 25 minutes it's never 25 mins and then you are rushed to move on to the next client. Guy at the front entered the wrong amount to be charged on my credit card so please pay attention to your receipt and when did a basic toe polish no pedicure or anything become $25???? This place was awful. Never in my life have a dealt with such sloppy work. I got a mani and a pedi and the pedi was so messed up. And left nail polish on my skin and didn't even bother to do multiple coats. And when I came back to tell her it was bad, she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I didn't get a gel manicure cause they don't have dryers and that If I had just paid the 10 Dollars extra in the first place, it would have been fine Wtf is that?!!! This has to be one of the worse nail salon I have been to. It looks lovely when you first walk in. Then when you go back you see nothing but a mess. Boxes,towels,supplies everywhere. Dirty towels,dusty old broken chairs. Used empty bottles at the station. I'm lucky I haven't gotten an infection yet. Don't get me started on how rude the people are. No one speaks English. They talk amongst themselves. Not to the client. Who knows what they are saying about the client's. My nails have fallen off with in a week or so. i usually don't write review but the guy that sits in the front was extremely rude for absolutely no reason at all. I got my eyebrows done and one of my eyebrows didn't match so I was asking him if he could see what I was talking about and he immediately started yelling "I didn't do your eyebrows" and waving me off as if I was bothering him. I said I'm just asking if you can see what I'm talking about Sir all of that isn't necessary (with the confuse face). I just didn't know what all the hostility was because when I came to him I wasn't yelling or making a fuss I just simply wanted my eyebrow fix. With him still all bent out of shape I walk to the back and the lady fixed it for me (I didn't get her name because I'm still confused about the way he was talking to me) but I did tip her because she didn't fuss or argue with me she fixed it with no problem at all. She asked me if I wanted a nail cut down which I honestly did not because my real nail underneath the nail was growing out... My cousin recommended this nail salon. It's oddly located around the corner from America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses and right next to a laundromat. I walked in and was able to get in a chair for a pedicure. They had a lot of workers and numerous clients at the time. I was in and out in about half hour for my pedi. I usually just do my own pedis, so this was a treat. I paid 25$, thought the going rate was 20$. I thought it was kind of steep. I don't think i'd come back to this salon. The decor is run down and messy inisde. This place gets the job done but it's definitely not a pretty salon. I think they need to re-model and clean. The first time I went here last year I was so impressed and finally found a place. However, the quality of the service has gone down hill. Not to mention it is stupidly expensive. I got my nails done in April and not only was it $75 for gel acrylics and toes, it took absolutely forever. Then I went in May and waited 2 hours! Then the lady rushed and wouldn't listen to me. I used to go here all the time and never had a problem. Went last night for a pedi and full set for a wedding i'm in. The girl i got sooooo miserable. I get it she had to stay alittle after close which i would of tipped great but she gave me colored acrylic with gel over which i didnt want and did a piss poor job leaving acrylic all under my nails which are thick anf she checked with me 3 times making sure i wanted them thin. My friends and I were visiting the area and were recommended by a local to try A&T. They were very accommodating, super friendly and really good! We all had pedicures, and even though they were really busy they took us right away and seated us all together. I thought $25. I went to this place with my mom and daughter today cause Wink and Lash at Haddon Heights was packed. I figured how can it be to go somewhere else. Well it was really bad . I was excited to try this place because it's so close to my new house, as well as I had a recommendation. Man, was I let down. The place was huge with at least 20 technicians so I'm sure other people had better experiences as mine review is based off of my technician. She was rude and treated me poorly. I am not someone who normally will say something if I don't like it. I usually just deal with it so for me to speak up numerous times says a lot. First, she rubbed lotion on my legs for maybe 10 seconds. I asked if they typically give massages and she said "yeah I just did it, if you want more you need to get the spa." Now I understand the spa is more massaging, however the standard pedicure ALWAYS has a massage. I've never experience this before. She clearly did not like that I questioned that because then she rushed thru the rest of my services, got an attitude when I told her there was polish on numerous toes, and even rolled her eyes at me when my finger slipped out of her hand! I always get the gel powder nails done. Twice 2 different employees gave me the gel over-lay. I complained but paid and the owner Anna told me to just come to her since she knew me & how I liked my nails. This worked out for maybe 9 months. Since I am older & have little ones at my house all the time, she always let me doze off. Last week I went & she was on vacation. The employee who was in charged knew me & I was assured the man doing my nails knew what he was doing...NOT! They were absolutely horrible, and more than a few times he "corrected" me for dozing off, even after I explained Anna allowed me since she knew it's the only time I get to relax. This time I refused to pay, and when I got in the car, my friend said before knowing anything about what transpired asked "You didn't pay for those did you", that's how bad they were. Besides my bad experience, a customer walked in w/a coupon. The person & employee at the adjoining station started making fun of her. They spoke enough English for me to hear that. I was like why offer coupons if you're just going to make fun of people using them. The reply "I no talk. Nothing to say to you" Sorry Anna, my daughter & I won't be back. Talk in Vietnamese behind someone else's back. We treated you good &^ tipped well. I wanted to get my nails done and was near A & T nails so I decided to stop in. I had been to this salon once before and didn't have a problem with them, I thought they were pretty good. So I chose it again, but this time around I was really upset about the service. First I show the person what I want done. I asked for ballerina/coffin nail shape and they didn't know what that meant. He says "that shape right" so I say yes. Second, he asks me about 5 to 6 times if I wanted gel polish I politely say no I'm ok with regular polish. He goes on to ask if I want eyebrows done I say no. Third, he gets asked while doing my nails to attend another client in the wax room leaving me for about 10-15 minutes while he takes care of the other client. Last, he says pay $25 before I polish your nails so I hand him $40. The owner and/or manger says something to him and now he's telling me that he has to charge me an extra $5 for the shape of my nails. So I say "Of course you do!!" By this point I'm angry and just want to leave. Once my nails are dry I leave immediately. Sad because I thought they were pretty good the first time around.
