Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.

I had service writer Jonah, had to reschedule since they didn't have any mechanics day of my appointment.. Didn't get a confirmation for a new appointment so I recalled to see if I could get a confirmation- never got it. Already off to a bad start. My appointment was at 11am for brake pad replacement, requested for both fronts and rears to be replaced when I checked in and was quoted a price. At 1:30pm I get an update to see if I wanted the rears to be replaced for an extra $400... I wasn't quoted any extra charges when I checked in and what on earth were they doing the passed 2 hours if they are just getting to the rear pads at this time??? Ended up telling them to only do the front pads. I didn't get the car back until after 2pm... so the mechanics took 4 hours for replacing ONLY front brake pads?? That's ridiculous
