The previous 2 visits have been terrible. Arrogant, incompetent and rude service folks. I can handle a mistake or two in transferring title docs, which were corrected before completing the transaction, however rudeness I will not tolerate. The last visit in September of 2025, the service rep said to me "if you are going to argue with me, you can leave the store" when I politely asked a few questions about getting a copy of the current title before transferring to the new owner. The new owner and I were courteous, however Heather had a real attitude. I won't be doing business there again.

It was a weekday afternoon and it was fairly busy, but efficient. I took a number for each of the things I needed and waited for my number to be called. I had to go to several different windows, meet with multiple people, show some paperwork, pay, get a photo taken, get another photo taken, etc... This stuff wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. I did feel a bit like I was in squid games waiting for my number to be called and then not knowing how many more times I would have to wait to go to another window, etc... In the end it all worked out and I now have a real ID and a new registration. You will pay a bit of a surcharge by going her vs the DMV, but I have a feeling it saved me a good amount of time as well. I wish you luck getting your stuff done if you end up here as well!

I went online to see how long the waits were for a smog emissions test. Every single location had…read morea 10 minute wait. Great. We headed to the one closest to our next destination which is off Raintree and Northside. You must drive up to a gate where you will take a ticket. Follow the road to the building where smog checks are done. We didn't even wait 10 minutes before our turn came up. Staff motioned us to drive forward when they were ready and took our ticket. The staff has you turn off your engine and restart it again. You are asked to leave your car running and to leave the car momentarily. There are small rooms for customers to wait while the test happens. It took maybe 3 minutes at most. We paid the test fee, passed the test and drove away. Smog test results are sent electronically to MDV. All we need to do is renew the registration. Staff are super efficient.

Since the business is a third party establishment, there's a $15 convenience fee with the MVD fee, and if you pay with a credit card there's a surcharge fee. I received my renewed license in the mail in a week. Best of all, I met their dog, a golden doodle named "Giselle"!

Needless to say, I wasn't super psyched to have to find time in my already busy days to figure this out, but I sucked it up and searched for the nearest emissions testing and found this place. I headed that way late on a Monday afternoon and was pleased to see that the line was not long, and it moved pretty fast too! I was in and out quickly and luckily my car passed the test. If you're in need of emissions testing, this place is fast, efficient, and the staff is friendly enough too.
