I spent about an hour here a couple of weeks back when I realized my car registration was expired and that I still needed to get a "real ID." It was a weekday afternoon and it was fairly busy, but efficient. I took a number for each of the things I needed and waited for my number to be called. I had to go to several different windows, meet with multiple people, show some paperwork, pay, get a photo taken, get another photo taken, etc... This stuff wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. I did feel a bit like I was in squid games waiting for my number to be called and then not knowing how many more times I would have to wait to go to another window, etc... In the end it all worked out and I now have a real ID and a new registration. You will pay a bit of a surcharge by going her vs the DMV, but I have a feeling it saved me a good amount of time as well. Super speedy service! I came on a Friday afternoon.. Convenience the pay isn't bad. I paid $30.50 for a new I.D. Elizabeth was helpful. Quick to the point. The female taking my photo did a nice job. She even retook the photo when I moved. I liked that the photo setup was able to be moved to height. When I went to the regular MVD the camera was angled high and obvious in my photo. I have gone here twice now to get the travel ID and getting my title changed over. Both times I had Frances and she was awesome. Both trips took about 30 minutes between waiting and being at the window which I think is great when you dont have an appointment and there's lots of people there. They are super friendly and definitely trying to be quick to help you get in and out. My DL was about $60 foe travel ID and title and registration change was just $75. I will never go back to the regular MVD again! read more

I came here on a weekday afternoon. Everyone was really helpful. I got assisted right away. The person who helped me was Cindy. She was quick responsive and clear in the payments that were required for registering a new car. The cost itself was really high, but that isn't the fault of The agency. You grab a ticket when you walk in and then announce when your number is ready to be assisted. I'm guessing it gets very crowded on weekends as well as late evenings so I would recommend taking some time out before the workday ends. Nevertheless, this was so much more efficient than any DMV I've been to in other states!! read more

Honestly, people who gave a 5 star reviews here have no idea what great customer service is. It's not the short wait or how convenient it is. It's how the people treat you. I came in for my MVR because I was informed by an insurance company that I had 2 speeding tickets I didn't know of. I only needed record to go back 3 years but Miguel said the record might not go back to August so I have a choice to get the 5 years record or pay more later if it didn't go back far enough. Total came out to $17.50 and he made me sign a copy of invoice that said $5 and I ask what's that for. And he said that's the payment they pay DMV so I asked it would have only cost me $5 if I went to DMV? He said yes, we are a third party and the $12.50 is the convenient fee. I don't need convenient!! I had all the time in the world today to wait in line! He then condescendingly ask me you having a bad day?! F@&$ you!!! Oh, when I drove off and looked at my records, it only went back 36 months which is 3 flipping years!!! Miguel, you're a disgrace and liar!! I just left this location very disappointed. I went in to replace a Drivers license, and they did just that. what they didn't do, was include a motorcycle endorsement( which was on my misplaced drivers license). I was told basically if I come another day and pay for it, it'd be added. but Selina (my service "agent") said she couldn't do it at that moment, which I'm under the impression so she can go home early. Don't ask these people questions, they don't know or will say come another time to have someone else do it. read more

I had to get a car registered in my name. They did an amazing job at helping me accomplish that in less than 20 minutes. The lady that helped me was really nice.
