Tried to transfer my title, there was a tiny pen mark on the date but was clearly visible and not altered. Andrea insinuated that I was trying to commit fraud and told me she couldn't transfer the title and that I'd have to go through the bonding process. Very rude, and unhelpful. If you hate your job, just change jobs, but don't punish others for your shitty life choices. read more

I went into this place on April 24 to get my ID, on my birthday and they told me to give it up to 15 business day and it's have been the 15 days I give them a call once and awhile they would keep on giving me the same excuse, give them a few weeks to a day, then call them again not giving me an answer about my mail coming in or telling me if it has been sent out yet just terrible service from them. won't go back there again. read more

Semi- new to AZ, thus was unsure how to renew drivers license . Tried ADOT on line, but, man, after 10 or so screens, realized had to go in person 'cause new photo required......Ugh. Called AZ Title, was put on hold for maybe 5 seconds, and all my "what to bring" questions answered cheerfully. When I arrived - was greeted, yes greeted (!) By SALLY, With a smile! We came in to replace our out of state drivers licenses with AZ ones as well is register our car. We decided to come to EZ Title as we weren't able to make an online appointment at the MVD and the reviews seemed pretty decent. We were greeted by Sally who helped us with everything - thankfully we were able to print out the forms and fill them out ahead of time from their website, but even if we hadn't there was no wait and we could have filled them out there. The process to get our temp licenses and register our car was very fast and efficient. The facility itself was fairly big and as customers would come in they were processed in a very speedy and efficient manner. I definitely recommend EZ Title for any MVD services that they offer and will come here again when needed. Came in to register a car I just bought and Andrea refused to do it because she said 'I wrote over my signature with a different pen' and I'd need to have the dealership send me a new title to sign??? She was incredibly rude and combative when I told her that didn't happen. I took it to the EZTitle off of Shea and registered it with no problem. I won't come back to this location even though it's closer because of how I was treated and spoken too. read more

Walked in to convert my current drivers license to a travel license. I was attended by an inexperienced very young sweet African American girl and would've given five stars just for her customer service. But when it comes to the quality and effectiveness, not even the supervisor knows what she is doing. Something so simple that would've taken 20 minutes or less took me two hours because I had to drive to the ADOT in Tempe. I was told by ADOT these third-party businesses create many mistakes. Sure they are convenient but more expensive and today was a proven fact, they made mistakes that had to be corrected by ADOT. I will not be returning. Note: Supervisor, please stop making things up to cover for your mistakes. I was able to convert my license without a problem at ADOT by simply providing my "birth certificate and DL" no additional paperwork was required as you falsely stated. Please educate yourself better with ADOT regulations. read more

This place is a little secret!!! I started at the DMV to get a REAL ID and the lines were at least a 2 hour wait. We walked in this place and to our surprise, ZERO WAIT TIMES!!! Time is money people! They charge $50 extra for convenience fee than DMV, there was a 20 minute wait. No wifi in the place so if you want any service, you have to go outside. Would never go back, waste of money. read more

Went to transfer a title to my Niece this past weekend at the Talking Stick location (12:30p on a Saturday afternoon). Thought for sure we'd have a long wait. We saw numerous people come and go. As soon as we walked in, Daniel at the desk asked us what we needed. He took us immediately. He was very friendly and explained everything. Best experience at a motor vehicles site EVER! Just stopped by today at the new location in Scottsdale off 101 and talking stick.It's beautiful, clean and so friendly. Just purchased a new car and was in and out in literally 6 minutes. EZ Title is a rip off. stay away. The written exam for a new drivers license went well. But finding the location for the practical exam was next to impossible. There are no signs. They gave us a blurry map. She was a nasty tester who did not explain the process clearly. i think she just wanted me to fail so that i pay again for a retest. She was supposed to show me a diagram of the parking requirement. She did not show me and did not read me the rules. if you want to retake the exam 4 or 5 times go to EZ Title.I am driving for 50 years and i know how to park. EZ Title takes advantage. read more
