I called many different plumbing companies and was being rejected a same day visit and was beginning to panic I then found Micci Plumbing and Heating on Yelp, and decided to give them a call being that the only reviews they did receive were 5 star and about emergency situations, and I couldn't be happier that I did. The owner Mike was so understanding and really calmed me down and said he could be there within the next two hours. When mike got to my house he was super friendly and reassuring. Was really informative and educating. He was able to get the job done, and turn my bad day around. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure all was well. I woke up to a leak coming out of my water heater that got worse throughout the day. I called Mike on a Saturday at 4pm and he was on his way 20 minutes after. He identified the problem immediately and called in for his partner to bring the appropriate tools and supplies. A torch, bucket, and new valve later, the leak was fixed and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after he finished up. Noticed some leakage coming from our tub that was raining down into our basement. Called up Micci P&H on a Saturday around 1pm after being told by another plumber he couldn't fit me in until the middle of the week. They were at my house by 2:30, diagnosed the problem and were out in a little over an hour (including making a run to pick up some parts). Very reasonably priced and very professional. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be calling them for a quote on a new water heater soon. read more

These guys were great. Had a leak from the second floor bathroom going down to the kitchen and they were able to identify the problem and offered a solution quickly.
