Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. He was able to do it without damaging the floor, which was a huge relief. I trusted that 1-Tom did the best job possible for me while avoiding major repairs. Second, they picked up window AC units and basically took out the in wall AC units and replaced it with window AC ones. They did not communicate clearly what they were going to do and just proceeded to get started. When I googled it, every link says you cannot do this. This was a clear bait and switch where he confirmed that he would get window AC units the went to Home Depot the same day and bought off the shelf window AC units for half the price. I can still even see light coming through the hole in the walls, because they did not seal it properly. I would NEVER recommend doing business with Dennis or this company. They also go by the name A1 Mechanical Solutions LLC on Angi. It's so bad, I'm now stuck with two window AC units that I don't want and will be redoing the entire job. Don't end up like me and redo their work.
