Just dropped by husband off at the airport . Driving home and pressure on front tire started to drop rapidly. Pulled off the 215 and tire was almost all the way flat. I live in the northwest so was not making it home and all tire places were closed since it was 5:30 on a Sunday and a long weekend. Tried to call about 5 other companies no one was answering. My daughter did some research and send me the number for 1 Touch they answered right away and could have someone there with in 45 mins. What a life saver! I called my tow pick up at 9:03am I was told the tow truck would arrive shortly after about 33 mins I went ahead have them a second call to get an eta. They said three mins away. After 46 mins no tow truck no communication I asked to speak to a manger he was not available. Here's the worst part I speak Spanish... the amount lies that was coming from the front desk was ridiculous... i work front desk I know managing is difficult sometimes but they hadn't even left for my pick up. He claimed it was a "gps issue" when I distinctly heard the gentleman say no one had left for my yet now I'm quoted at a extra 30 mins wait on top of the 46 mins. I don't mind waiting I just wish there were honest about the timing.. read more

My car had its alternator fail the day prior, called this place after the many positive reviews. Mike, the owner promptly answered my car and was very clear with his arrival time and cost. About halfway out he called me telling me he was halfway there and when he got to my car the whole thing was loaded and we were on our way in under 10 minutes. The truck interior was very clean and he drove us safely and quickly to my requested destination. This was the first time I've had to use a tow service and am so happy I chose these guys. Imagine driving to work at 6:15 on a Saturday and the second you exit the highway and are stopped at a light your car simply shuts down in a way that you know means it's destroyed. Then calling 10 tow companies that don't answer while hoping you don't get hit by a drunk driver and pushed into the intersection while listening to cars honking at you. Finally someone answers and it's the most warm and caring voice you can imagine. As I frantically tried to determine exactly where I was at in the midst of this chaos he (can't remember name) is so helpful and was able to help me determine where I was and calm me down. He arrived promptly, with such a positive attitude that I really needed. He knew exactly where the nearest dealership was and gave me their contact info and took care of the rest so I could get to work on time. I cannot express my gratitude for him! I explained (abruptly) that I was only calling for a quote because I had already called several other towing companies. Michael gave me a quote and explained how the process for picking up my husbands totaled vehicle. The price was far less than the rude, competitors I had spoken too and Michael even placed our vehicle in a difficult spot and towed it differently at my husband's request.
