The service at this store was absolutely horrendous. We shopped there today, and despite the store not being particularly busy, getting anyone to help us in the shoe department was nearly impossible. Employees were walking around looking miserable and completely uninterested in helping customers. Even once we finally got someone's attention, it took forever just to have shoes brought out for us to try on. But the most ridiculous part was when we actually tried to make a purchase. The shoes we wanted were marked with a "CLEARANCE" tag, yet when we went to check out, there was no clearance price or discount applied. When I questioned it, I was told they apparently hadn't determined what the clearance discount was yet and could offer me 5% off. If you don't know what the clearance price is, perhaps don't put a clearance tag on the merchandise. Offering 5% off at that point was insulting. We walked out without purchasing anything and I'll never return. This is why online shopping is taking over. These stores do not offer any type of customer service. read more

My husband coaches youth basketball for i9 Sports and was buying equipment for his team. At checkout, the cashier immediately said the coupon looked fake without even taking the time to look at it. The coupon literally linked back to Dick's Sporting Goods' website. When we asked if a manager could review it, we were told the manager wouldn't honor it either. After spending time shopping and filling our cart, we left feeling dismissed and frustrated. If you want a bike, this location is amazing. Make sure you see Chris. He took utmost care to ensure that our bike was adjusted and fitted our son perfectly. We took home a mongoose BMX bike and so happy with the results after he took time to make sure that it was perfectly fitted for our son & patiently answered questions/made adjustments & removed pegs for us. This is the first time I've been to this store. My husband was pretty much dragging me in here to try on some sneakers I've been needing to purchase and have been avoiding it. Thankfully Alison was super beyond helpful and friendly!! I felt like we were in and out so quick I was so happy I went. I really hate being I stores and this was such a great shopping experience. I ended up choosing the men's Hokas. I had mentioned to Alison that I tend to like the men's shoes and I tried on both men's and women's Hokas and Brooks but the men's Hokas were the winners!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location was terrible, which explains why the store was almost empty. I drove 15 miles after being referred from another store where the staff was very helpful, but unfortunately, they did not have the item I needed. At this location, however, the employees were simply walking around or talking among themselves. When I finally got someone to assist me, he had no idea how to help and made no effort to find a solution. He just said, "We don't have it," or "I've never seen those here." At the other store, employees were at least scanning items and trying to help me find the right one. That level of effort was completely missing here. This was not an item she was expecting. It was $135 plus tax. I didn't care about the price since it was for her 25th birthday! For a newer jersey it seemed like a good value. I went to the store today at around noon to return a gift that did not fit which was purchased from Dicks. Sadie she said her name was seemed to be put out when I asked for store credit. I told her it was a gift and she said she could not return without a receipt. I asked for store credit and her scanner was not working. I typed in the numbers on Dicks website to show her its sold at their store and asked if she could do the same. She stated they could not type in the numbers. I said it is not the customers fault your barcode is not working. She made no effort to assist me. She was very rude and unhelpful. She had a an attitude from start to finish. If you dont like your job, quit. I went to the warehouse down the parking lot and the gentleman there TYPED in the numbers and gave me the option of store credit. So clearly its not policy like she was implying its a unwant to do her job. I just left the store. There is a sign on the door that says everyone is welcome basically, but as a female customer I felt I was just ignored by the staff. Went to buy my husband a golf gift and no one was around to help, no one came and asked if so needed help, even though at one point a group of three workers were talking about the Super Bowl and did not even greet me or ask if I needed help. Located in the Colonies Crossroads Plaza. My hubby found the Nike shirts that he's been hunting for the past few days. They were on sale at this store for &25 each so he ordered it online. Unfortunately he did a outside pickup. We had waited there 10 minutes after he checked in the app that he was there. Finally he just called the store to tell them that he's been waiting for 10 minutes. We immediately went back to the store, well within 15 minutes, to ask for a reprinted receipt to resolve the situation. A pair of used Nikes, obviously return, sold new for $129.00 and at the outlet were $89.00. The condition they were in I wouldn't pay over $40. In fact they were still there 2-weeks ago. Went in here to try on some running shoes. The person who helped me said he would come back when I said I needed help to see if the size I was wearing was a bit too big on me and he never came back. Walked by me multiple times with another coworker. I waited for five minutes and then I left. when I wanted to try on the Asics Novablast, he told me he didn't have the color I wanted but would get me a different color to try. So the workers on the floor were all great and extremely helpful as they always are, but when we made it to the register the young lady that was the cashier to help us was extremely rude and appear to not want to be working that day. I wish I could remember her name but I don't. As we are paying for our items my 9 year old son noticed a football scarf in the glass case behind the opposite register so we asked if she can open it and grab one for us so we can add it to our total. She closed out the items we had at the register then she walked to the glass case to grab the new item then told us to go back and stand in line because the line was long and for my 9 year old so see how rude she was he said dad I don't think she likes her job.
