Petite filets, one horseradish crust, mashed potatoes and asparagus to share. Bread with deliciously seasoned butter. Chef's kiss.

Every time (which has been many) I'm here, the food, cocktails, service and ambiance are great! The blackened chicken with pasta, scallops, and horseradish filet are favorites!

The service was great, especially handling our large and loud crew. The calamari was super tasty and not rubbery. The baked clams had great flavor. The garlic butter was a little too garlicky for me but others really enjoyed it. The au gratin potatoes were super cheesy and my favorite. The steak was properly seasoned. I LOVED the strawberry blonde martini...I'm not a heavy drinker but this was the right amount of sweetness and alcohol.

Fresh cavatelli

This place was a pleasure. Little crazy but you get what you pay for sometimes absolutely delicious.. The cavatelli was homemade. Could have been cooked a little bit longer so if you order it just make sure you ask them.. But you can tell that the pasta was made that day as opposed to most restaurants that have it sit in cold water... I will be going back

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Friday. There was plenty of seating available. Perhaps because it was early, but the ambiance was very quiet and felt like almost awkward being there until someone put on some Christmas music. The service was great. Our waiter was timely and attentive. We had the Caesar salad, chili calamari and cavatelli. Everything was perfectly prepared. The complimentary bread service with garlic butter was also delicious.

Stopped here during the Rock the Block event. There was no wait and we had a choice of sitting inside or outside. The good- the espresso martini was outstanding! Our server Alexander was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, friendly and got our order right! The bad- my pasta was under cooked. The shrimp I had was good but the plate they served it on was watery due to the ice melting. Not sure where it was sitting that the ice melted before it was served.

This is a very nice restaurant in downtown Elmhurst. When you walk in, you meet with the hostess, to the right of the hostess is a bar and has high tables, to the left is more of a nice casual seating at short standard tables. Our waiter was awesome! Very attentive, always made sure our wine glasses were topped off and was just a very nice waiter. We ordered the Dickie's Salad, which had Mixed greens with bacon, bleu cheese, red onion and a creamy Italian dressing. It was a nice portion. There was three of us and we shared it. There was enough for four people. This salad was delicious! Had a great dressing that elevated the whole salad with trimmings. We then ordered the Portabella Soup. Holy moly I was thinking of committing a robbery and run out with the whole pot of soup. It was soooo good! I love mushrooms and this soup was excellent! Then I ordered the Beef Wellington. I never had a beef Wellington and always wanted to try one after watching Gordon Ramsey and his signature Beef Wellington. So being my first time trying a beef Wellington I was impressed! The filet lignin inside the pastry was beautifully cooked! Medium, tender and absolutely delicious! The pastry was so delicate and so good. I loved it! Overall loved everything here. The service, the waiter, and the food absolutely great!

First time having dinner there and sat down in the bar. The service was fantastic and well attended to. I started with an octopus salad that was phenomenal and followed it up with a Delmonico ribeye done medium rare. I could cut it with my fork. Finished dinner with a cappuccino. Can't wait to come back

Nice restaurant in downtown Elmhurst. Parking is easy to find. The pasta here is wonderful and the calamari is exceptional!

Came here for dinner with some friends and had a really nice experience overall…read more Our waiter was very attentive and informative, which always makes a difference. I started with the Solstice Spritz -- he mentioned it was on the sweeter side, and it honestly had the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. Not overly sugary, just really well done. For an appetizer, we got the best (in my opinion), the wild mushroom toast. This location uses softer bread compared to others, and the appetizer had a slight kick to it that made it even better. Definitely a standout dish. I also tried the espresso martini, which was made with Baileys. It was strong but good -- smooth with that rich espresso flavor coming through. For my entrée, I had the butternut squash risotto. It was okay, but I felt like it could've used a bit more sauce or an extra layer of flavor. I ended up adding more parmesan, which helped elevate it a little. The inside of this location is really nice -- different from the other locations I've been to, but in a good way. The ambiance definitely added to the experience.

Great bar and table area. Drinks: Italian wine Luigi Righetti Valpolicella Ripasso and bread while I waited on my appetizer. Standard Peroni Italian beer. Dessert: apple crostata with vanilla gelato and drizzled caramel. This was good, fresh, and hot. Need a little more apples but delicious. Appetizer: I had Fritto Misto lightly breaded calamari, octopus, and shrimp in garlic. I liked this dish and substituted the cocktail sauce for marinara. I'm not into sweet dips. Entree: Bucatini Del lazio a pasta with lobster meat and jumbo shrimp in a brandy cream sauce. This was delicious and light. I can tell that the pasta was homemade. Very filling but I would have wanted more garlic in it.

The tomato sauce was flavorful, and the shaved Parmesan and arugula complemented the dish beautifully. Unfortunately, the arancini themselves were disappointing, as the coating was much too thick compared to the small amount of rice filling inside. For our entrées, my husband ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken was unfortunately very dry and overly salted. I chose the pappardelle with short rib ragù. The fresh pasta was excellent--perfectly made with a wonderful texture--but the ragù was also overly salted, which overshadowed what could have been a great dish. One of the highlights of our evening was the service. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The hostess, who may have been the owner, also stopped by our table to check on us, which we appreciated. Overall, this certainly wasn't the worst Italian restaurant we've visited, and there were several things we enjoyed. However, the entrées ultimately fell short of our expectations, especially for a special dinner.

I ordered the pollo Milanese. The breaded chicken was good, nice and crispy with decent flavor. The pasta was a bit bland and didn't really add much to the dish. It's a decent option if you're craving Italian food while on the road, but I'd probably try a different Italian spot next time.

It's tomato sauce with sliced sausage. It arrived, and I was met with pure disappointment. Dry pasta, with very little red sauce that also seemed dried out, except for the puddle oil at the bottom of the bowl. The sausage was way too salty, also dry with a grainy texture. My dinner was absolutely terrible. The members of our party who ordered the dover sole felt it was simply mediocre. And the calamari appetizer was a bit skimpy on the portion. Knew the menu top to bottom, answered every question without hesitation, and gave great recommendations. I started with the Spicy Mango Not-A-Rita mocktail. Wow. Every sip had mango, lime, and the Tajín rim tied it all together. Super fresh and a little spicy. For the main, I couldn't look past the Carne, filetto alla Rossini. 8 oz Black Angus filet, ordered medium. When it came out, it was charred on the outside, super juicy and tender. The flavors were insane. Beef, mushrooms, sauce, all working together. The edges had this crispy texture, and every bite had a smoky note. Straight up heaven.
