I love this place. The service is excellent and the food is exceptional. I have had the two same dishes everytime I've visited, the spicy peanut wonton and the black pepper udon with beef (they say steak). They are both so good that I haven't ordered anything else. My very favorite part is the chili oil they have at every table. It is the best I've had anywhere.

It's been a long time since I reviewed 107 Taste and a redo is due. This local spot is a Brickell gem. Their story is sweet and we love a family owned spot! The menu hits the highlights from around Asia, including Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese dishes. The variety is lovely and you can really try something new each time. They do all of it pretty well too, impressive since they make so many things. Service is good and the ambiance is nice, modern and chill. Pricing is also fair. One of my favs in the neighborhood!

What a great experience I had here! I've only ever ordered from 107 taste in them more suburban areas and it never disappoints. I'm so happy I got to come here because boy was it delicious. For starters, the staff was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and our whole visit was less than an hour. The spicy peanut wontons were to die for! Though smaller than expected, they were a great way to get started. I was so obsessed with the sauce, had to tell staff twice that leave me the leftovers haha. The pad Thai was incredible! I got with no noodles so that I could add the peanut sauce to it. Let me tell you, that was a game changer!!!! It added a kick and moisture to it. The yaki udon was also very good, the noodles were huge! Finishing off strong was the taro Brulee cheesecake. It had a spongey and jello-ey texture but it tasted so good without being overly sweet or having that slimy feeling cheesecakes often do. Overall, great experience.

Just like the movie title Lost in Translation, that was exactly how I felt during my latest visit to 107 Taste; surprised, delighted, and transported back to that very first bite that made me fall in love with the place. From the moment I walked in, Valeria and Tom greeted me with smiles that stretched from ear to ear. We were immediately escorted to our seats and served chilled water, a refreshing welcome in the middle of that ever-moist Miami heat. They kept our glasses full all night, MVP-style. As I savored the lingering creamy, mildly spicy aftertaste of one of my favorite starters, the Japanese classic Takoyaki, I couldn't help but marvel at how this little cabbage-and-octopus puff can hit so many notes at once. Think of it as Japan's answer to the Spanish croqueta, only creamier, funkier, and topped with edgy fish flakes and smooth, umami-packed Asian mayo. Total flavor bomb. Next came the Blue Crab Rangoon, a Chinese-American fusion filled with crab stick, scallions, cream cheese, and served with a sweet-and-sour sauce. It's another must-try starter; comfort food, but with flair... The entrées arrived with perfect timing. This time, I went with the lighter, silkier cousin of the Pad Thai: Pad Woon Sen, made with stir-fried glass noodles. We added shrimp, and honestly, it dethroned the Pad Thai, from my top favorite. A can't-miss dish if you want the real "107 taste." Our second entrée, the Black Pepper Yaki Udon, was solid, a good shift in flavor from the Woon Sen, but a bit safe overall. It's one of those "only if you're really into it" kinds of dishes. Not bad by any means, just not the showstopper. (Also, don't be intimidated by the "pepper", it's really not that spicy.) The cherry on top? Fried donuts drizzled with condensed milk. I missed them last time, and I'm so glad I didn't this time. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and indulgent, the perfect crunchy Thai treat to end this flavor-packed journey. Arigatō, Xièxiè, Cám ơn, Gamsahada, Khxbkhuṇ, and a big thanks to all the culinary cultures that come together at 107 Taste to keep the flavors bold and the standards high. You've still got it: same quality, same heart, and still full of surprises. Till next time...

I came here with a group of vegetarian friends, and we found the menu to be very accommodating. We ordered the Singapore noodles, pepper udon noodles, pad thai with shrimp, and pad thai with veggies and tofu. The Singapore noodles were definitely a hit -- perfectly spiced and full of flavor. My pad thai was just okay; I've had better, so I'd say it was average. The pepper udon noodles had a nice chew to them and weren't too spicy, which worked well for our group. Our server was attentive throughout, and the total bill came to just $96 for five people and four entrees, which felt like a great deal.

Recently had lunch here with my coworker. It's a short walk from the Brickell metrorail station. They have lunch specials for $17.99. I had the tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. It came with a salad and two fried pork gyozas (or a vegetable spring roll or chicken gyozas). Will be back to try other items.

I had a nice time here for dinner Sunday night. Food was quick and service was overall good. They refilled our water without asking. I liked my pad Woonsen. Very classic but nothing special. I asked for mild but I guess I should have asked for moderate since it didn't feel spicy at all. It was pretty busy for a Sunday night. I like the food overall. Decor was cute. A good casual spot for something quick. May try a different sister restaurant next time.

If I could give ten stars I would . That's how flavorful there food is . If you ask. Me what I recommend I would say everything lol but the pineapple rice is yummy , the lucky Buddha comes highly recommended by my partner. Cindy is the best ! Happy Mothers Day !

Stopped in at this fast casual Miami Taste of Asia chain. The chain serves a variety of Asian dishes. We called ahead and made a reservation and then walked to the restaurant from our hotel as it is on the walking trail that winds through Brickell. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host and seated. The decor is both booth and table seating, we got a table for 5 that was marked reserved. It took several minutes for our server to make her way to the table and water glasses ran dry. There were only two servers working and one was doing counter duty. They also do a brisk take out business. We ordered 2 kids chicken lo mein, General 107 chicken (think General Tso), pad thai with shrimp, chicken and pork and black pepper udon noodles. Along with gyoza and crab Rangoon starters. The food came out piece meal, we got the starters and the kids meals first, then my wife's black pepper noodles, then my pad thai and lastly my oldest son's 107 chicken. His chicken came out way past everyone else's and when I asked the server about it, she said it was bc it was fried. All the food was delicious and well cooked, I really liked the ability to pay $5.50 get three different proteins for my pad thai. My wife's black pepper udon was good but had a weird after taste (not her fave). My kids crushed their food. While I am aware that food in Miami can be expensive, I was not prepared for $126 for 5 for Asian. They charge extra when you add proteins and they place a gratuity of 18% on parties of 4 or more.

We were staying one night in Miami for a cruise leaving the next morning, and found this place in walking distance from our hotel. It's on a corner, staff was friendly when we walked in, and I really enjoyed how the menu was different types of Asian food, which they put a pic of the flag next to the diff selections. To start we had pork bao buns, which were very good, and the avocado/crab spring rolls which we both enjoyed. For dinner, my friend and I split the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, which was very good. We had a couple of drinks, I can't remember the names, but both were good. Overall a solid place and if I was in the area again, I would definitely come back!

This was our first meal upon arriving in Miami for vacation, and man did it set the bar high. Maybe the best Asian fusion I have ever had. We ordered two noodle dishes, a ramen soup and crab rangoon, and all were fantastic. Friendly, good service too. Highly recommend! read more

So I went here after shopping in Brickell and I thought this place was very cute. When you went inside, it wasn't that many people in there just a little family and two couples in the back. We sat down and the waiter gave us water, which was good because it's very hot. We ordered the bao buns which was really tasty. The buns were very soft. We ordered the crab Rangoon and oh my God these had to be the best crab I've ever had. They are made with real crab, which fantastic because most places it's made with imitation crab. We ordered Ramen, which was Szechuan. I didn't read the menu when ordering the Ramen. I looked at the picture which was a mistake because that Ramen was very spicy and it was a weird reaction I had from it. Szechuan which causes numbness and it had a weird taste. I was able to exchange it from the waiter and they brought it out to me five minutes later which was very good because it was my fault that I ordered the Ramen. I must say that the appetizers was good, but the Ramen was decent. I've had better Ramen. We ordered the chicken wings and they were very tasty. If I were to come back, I would come back for the wings and the crab Rangoon. read more

My husband and I came here on a Monday evening. It was nice and quiet. There wasn't a lot of people dining in. We got the tonkatsu ramen, pad thai, and strawberry crepe. I thought everything was good. The ramen and pad thai were filled with flavors. I like that the ramen noodles they used didn't look like the instant noodles. Love that this place finally opened up within walking distance! Between my husband and I, we've probably tried just about everything on the menu over the last few months. My favorites? The spring rolls, the Japanese donburi, and the mango ice tea (with added tapioca). They are always extremely fast, attentive without being overbearing, and delicious. Tried this place and must say it's was beyond worth the walk for us. The setting is nice, service was excellent, and the food was beyond our expectations. When I took a bite of the shrimp I knew this is a place that takes pride in its culinary work. The shrimp was just perfect, not overcooked, not half-cooked, just perfect. 107 Taste in Brickell delivers an impressive house-made tonkotsu ramen that showcases a well-balanced, flavorful broth rich in umami without being overly silky. The noodles are perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chew, complemented by beautifully prepared egg, standard toppings, and playful threads of hot pepper. To be honest, the chashu was dry and overcooked, but everything else was so amazing that I'll let that slide. While the menu is Asian fusion, the tonkotsu ramen stands out, which I find to be unusual in a place where ramen isn't specifically the main highlight. We decided to try this place out since it was nearby, we had a ramen craving, and we've driving past this place a dozen times and it looks good! 107 Taste is located under the Maizon building near the Exxon gas station. There is plenty of street parking available and it's nice that it's not located on a busy street. This location is opened until 10:30 PM and we visited around 9:30 PM on a Tuesday. The staff is super attentive and very friendly! We were seated right away and given waters and menus. After placing our orders the waitress let us know those were her two favorites on the menu to we were excited! The menu contains a good amount of appetizers, noodle dishes and rice dishes leaning more towards Thai food. They have a handful of ramen options. For the entrees and ramen, please note that protein is not included in the price! We had a good experience here, I think the ramen was very tasty and the pad Thai came with a good amount of shrimp! Can't wait to try other items on the menu, I was eyeing the bao! read more

It's not often (ok, it's NEVER happened before) that I order uber eats and leave a review on yelp. This food was stunningly good! I ordered udon, and 2 types of ramen. The udon was the black pepper yaki udon. It was rich in flavor and brightly black pepper tasting. The standout was the Szechuan La Ma Noodle Soup. It was tasty with great texture, and the soup was an amazing broth with the perfect amount of Szechuan peppercorn (a rarely used seasoning in the US), adding a umami tingly saltiness that makes this a real Szechuan treat! It has spiciness without the burn, and a unique and irresistible deliciousness... I will DEFINITELY be ordering again next time I'm in Miami! read more

Some of the worst Asian food I've ever had. They have a mix of different Asian cuisines ranging from Southeast Asian food to East Asian food. I've come here multiple times and gave them chance after chance because of the scarcity of Asian food in the Miami downtown area, each time ordering something different. They've disappointed every single time. The taste of everything is as if minimal effort was put forth towards making each dish. I found a piece of plastic in my food one time which suggests that they get their meats or sauce from a bag. Would not recommend. read more

Came here for a quick to go order! They told me that the Singapore noodles with no egg is the best thing to order for a vegan so that's what I went with. I added tofu! It was my first time having these noodles so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The tofu was cooked perfectly. The noodles have a lovely curry flavor, loaded with lots of veggies, and the portion is amazing. I was able to have dinner and lunch for the next day. I have went 107 Taste in different locations and this one is where I went most recently. They do update menu sometime so my latest favorites are this black pepper beef and spicy Mayo shrimp. I ordered double beef without zucchini - call me a picky eater but I personally prefer zucchini to be somewhere else like the sweet sour chicken. Black pepper, green pepper, onions, a little bit carrots plus the beef are the best mixture here. If the plan is only about some snacks, then this spicy Mayo shrimp is a must order. The name might sound plain but the taste is actually surprisingly rich. During the time I came in mostly John and Wenjie are my servers. They introduced the two dishes to me at the beginning which is absolutely a success. Service is always nice - they get everything you might ask for. :) Just swing by and give it a try. read more

We enjoyed a Christmas Dinner at 107Taste and they were busy! Two servers work the dining room and to go orders. They stayed busy - pack your patience. My dining partner had Singapore noodles - yum and not too spicy. I enjoyed the Black Pepper Udon - it had a slight bite and I kicked it up with the hot chili oil. Don't be fooled be sise this is a chain restaurant that the food won't be authentic - It's freaking delicious ! The appetizers we had the honey roasted bbq pork ended up adding some steamed rice and using the chili oil with it what a great combo ! Some of the best ramen I've ever had - I had the miso ramen with chicken - first the broth is beautiful so much flavor and the chicken is almost braised it's tender and delicious , I added the chili oil which is basically like chili crisp freaking off the hook spicy umami bomb. My partner in crime had the hells ramen just the right spice and the Nitamgo eggs cooked to perfection ! And the unexpected was our free dessert - A beautiful basque cheesecake with Taro - I am a super fan a basque cheesecakes but they are hard to find and usually not done well this one was perfection and who would of thought taro...amazing and great service! read more

Service was great but I was disappointed by the food. We got the spicy edamame, pad Thai, and steak donburi. Everything was over seasoned, the rice was drowning in soy sauce and the pad Thai had way too much peanuts it should have been called Dan Dan noodles at this point. The edamame was wayyy to salty and was covered completely with garlic and black pepper. Maybe I'm too picky with Asian food as I was traveling from Houston, TX but I was very disappointed. My stomach was not ok after this sodium overload. read more

I ordered the Szechuan Ma La Noodles, and was very pleasantly surprised by the complexity and flavor of the broth and the freshness and crispness of the ingredients. Our server Oscar provided quick and excellent service- our table never felt neglected, and we were given the space necessary to enjoy our meals once they arrived, which was quickly! Love this place--especially their pad thai for a quick bite or takeout when I don't have time to cook. Unfortunately, they just raised their prices so be aware when you go. They also recently got rid of the japanese curry on their menu which was one of my favorite dishes :( Their staff is incredible though. Such kind people and such fast service! read more

This place is ok I really wanted to love it because it's super cute and has my favorite drink but it honestly left a lot to be desired :/ Please note we ordered take out so maybe it's much better eating there. Appetizer: Gyoza 10/10 delicious crispy amazing filling just great! Spicy Shrimp: 4/10 it was definitely shrimp and it had potential to be much better but I think it should be removed from the take out menu the packaging makes it arrive soggy and it just tasted like spicy moosh. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place in Brickell. They are new to the area but not new in south florida. To my surprise the establishment is very nice and they have many options. Started with the bao buns and edamame which were very delicious. Then graduated to the pad Thai and the bulgogi with beef. The pad Thai was very good with hints of peanut and spice! Quality, comforting Asian food in Brickell! Between two people, we tried the karaage, pad woon sen, hell's ramen, strawberry crepe cake, milk tea boba tea, and pot of oolong tea. I was most pleasantly surprised by the pad woon sen! The flavor tasted like a cross between pad see ew (for the smokiness) and pad thai (for the sweetness). But I loved how much lighter and less oily the glass noodles tasted. The karaage and hell's ramen were both solid as well. The ramen noodles were perfectly thin and chewy and the broth had a rich flavor. I like moderately spicy food and it was just the right level of heat for me. The strawberry crepe cake was pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend the boba. The tapioca pearls didn't seem freshly made. The teas were good though. In terms of portions, they were great! I'm super happy finally there's an authentic Asian restaurant in brickell! We have been here for several times since it's open, sometimes just grab a bubble tea on the go. All the dishes, ramen we had so far are so delicious and authentic. Their takoyaki is the best that I had in United States, even better than the one in Japanese market, Industry City, Brooklyn,NY. Love their bubble teas, finally there's one won't put loads of sugar and has soft but chewy tapioca. Great fast service, friendly and warm waiter and waitresses. Highly recommend! read more

I thought it was strange when the server said tipping was optional after the tap, and the options were 1%, 3%, and 5%. Since the food and service were great, I wanted to tip 15%, so I changed it to a custom value and did my own math. However when I got my printed receipt, there was a 20% service fee, plus my custom tip of 15%. Being from LA, when restaurants have the mandatory service fee, they usually tell you at the host stand or after you just sat down. I felt like this place was shady although it is in their fine print on their menu. What the server could have done is said "service fee is already included," after the tap, not "tipping is optional." I did like the service, but the 35% tip was not well deserved. I didn't feel like they went above and beyond and like I said, there's a special type of mannerism that I feel was a huge miss about the service fee, which could of been handled more professionally.

Then the mushroom rice hot pot came out and became a table favorite, only to be topped by the last dish that came out a sweet tangy shrimp vermicelli noodles. This dish was my favorite. They have a nice drink selection which were reasonably priced for miami standards, as well as a mocktail list. Drinks and dinner came out with nice plating and we had great service the whole night. Highly recommended and would return.

I can't bring myself to order any other dish because it's so delicious. Dish flavor, look and texture are consistent too, not just within the same restaurant, but at least across those two locations I've visited, and I've attended twice to both locations ordering the same fried rice - it is always 'identically delicious'. I tried my friend's dishes, and they were all good, and while they wouldn't be my choice, they were all yummy. RESTAURANT: I just know that this location is going to be beautiful. Chef Morimoto restaurants are worldwide and so I was not disappointed to see how beautiful this restaurant was and how perfectly complemented the vibe of the Wynwood scene. The restaurant doors open to the street, which was perfect during our winter visit. Inside is an open floor plan with a variety of seating options from the izakaya style table, banquet dining against the wall, to the huge bar. There are even covered seating outside that reminded me of New York. Decor is both minimal but with burst of colors with his signature wall art and backlit panels against the wall. And ofcourse, it won't be an authentic Japanese restaurant without the a display of hyper-realistic food models which can be found as soon as you enter the restaurant to entice your taste buds. Then my friend ordered some Yakitori fresh from the grill: chicken, pork belly, shrimp, wagyu. They were simple, fresh and so fingerlicking good. Then the ramen; tonkotsu and gyukotsu. On this cold evening, it was exactly what we needed. These two huge bowls we passed around our table of six. The broth were divine! The pork belly was so delicate that it melts in your mouth. The beef falling off the bones were so tender and delicious. Sushi rolls: spider roll and the surf and turf. The spider roll with that soft shell crab was bomb. But the that A5 wagyu surf and turf was the star of the show. It comes out as raw slices on a roll and Chef Morimoto came out and torched it himself next to our table! I don't know if it tasted spectacular because it's wagyu or because the chef himself had torched it but this was my favorite! Overall, this was the most memorable dining experience I've had in a long time. I am sure that fangirling over the Iron Chef was the main reason but it seems that everything just fell into place for us that evening. Parking was literally next door in the garage, super easy no drama. Service was next level, maybe because the boss was there but we were not going to complain. And the food, impeccable! Pricepoint is just reasonable considering the quality, quantity and the location. It is definitely worth the trip coming here and I can't wait to visit again soon to see if everything will be the same without the Chef Morimoto around. I have a feeling it will be just as wonderful.

I was excited to dine at 107 Taste because I heard the food was good from a few of my Asian friends! The restaurant is lively and decorated beautifully and the menu looks amazing. We were disappointed, when after being seated, nobody came to the table to greet us or take our order. There were a couple of other tables dining, but they were definitely not busy, in fact the staff were standing around talking in Mandarin amongst themselves. After 30 minutes of being ignored, my friends and I got up and walked out. I guess I'll never know how the food is because I would never go back to a place where the staff are so rude and seemingly racist (my husband and I are Latino and our friends are African American). From the moment we tried the delectable Takoyaki appetizer, accompanied by the delightful Karen Ichiban beer and the refreshing Lady Face lychee Sake cocktail, we knew we were in for a treat. The restaurant is very clean and hygienic. Wenjie provided us with very good service. She enthusiastically recommended Shrimp Spicy Mayo and Pork Belly Bun.
