I love this place. The service is excellent and the food is exceptional. I have had the two same dishes everytime I've visited, the spicy peanut wonton and the black pepper udon with beef (they say steak). They are both so good that I haven't ordered anything else. My very favorite part is the chili oil they have at every table. It is the best I've had anywhere.

It's been a long time since I reviewed 107 Taste and a redo is due. This local spot is a Brickell gem. Their story is sweet and we love a family owned spot! The menu hits the highlights from around Asia, including Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese dishes. The variety is lovely and you can really try something new each time. They do all of it pretty well too, impressive since they make so many things. Service is good and the ambiance is nice, modern and chill. Pricing is also fair. One of my favs in the neighborhood!

What a great experience I had here! I've only ever ordered from 107 taste in them more suburban areas and it never disappoints. I'm so happy I got to come here because boy was it delicious. For starters, the staff was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and our whole visit was less than an hour. The spicy peanut wontons were to die for! Though smaller than expected, they were a great way to get started. I was so obsessed with the sauce, had to tell staff twice that leave me the leftovers haha. The pad Thai was incredible! I got with no noodles so that I could add the peanut sauce to it. Let me tell you, that was a game changer!!!! It added a kick and moisture to it. The yaki udon was also very good, the noodles were huge! Finishing off strong was the taro Brulee cheesecake. It had a spongey and jello-ey texture but it tasted so good without being overly sweet or having that slimy feeling cheesecakes often do. Overall, great experience.

Just like the movie title Lost in Translation, that was exactly how I felt during my latest visit to 107 Taste; surprised, delighted, and transported back to that very first bite that made me fall in love with the place. From the moment I walked in, Valeria and Tom greeted me with smiles that stretched from ear to ear. We were immediately escorted to our seats and served chilled water, a refreshing welcome in the middle of that ever-moist Miami heat. They kept our glasses full all night, MVP-style. As I savored the lingering creamy, mildly spicy aftertaste of one of my favorite starters, the Japanese classic Takoyaki, I couldn't help but marvel at how this little cabbage-and-octopus puff can hit so many notes at once. Think of it as Japan's answer to the Spanish croqueta, only creamier, funkier, and topped with edgy fish flakes and smooth, umami-packed Asian mayo. Total flavor bomb. Next came the Blue Crab Rangoon, a Chinese-American fusion filled with crab stick, scallions, cream cheese, and served with a sweet-and-sour sauce. It's another must-try starter; comfort food, but with flair... The entrées arrived with perfect timing. This time, I went with the lighter, silkier cousin of the Pad Thai: Pad Woon Sen, made with stir-fried glass noodles. We added shrimp, and honestly, it dethroned the Pad Thai, from my top favorite. A can't-miss dish if you want the real "107 taste." Our second entrée, the Black Pepper Yaki Udon, was solid, a good shift in flavor from the Woon Sen, but a bit safe overall. It's one of those "only if you're really into it" kinds of dishes. Not bad by any means, just not the showstopper. (Also, don't be intimidated by the "pepper", it's really not that spicy.) The cherry on top? Fried donuts drizzled with condensed milk. I missed them last time, and I'm so glad I didn't this time. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and indulgent, the perfect crunchy Thai treat to end this flavor-packed journey. Arigatō, Xièxiè, Cám ơn, Gamsahada, Khxbkhuṇ, and a big thanks to all the culinary cultures that come together at 107 Taste to keep the flavors bold and the standards high. I came here with a group of vegetarian friends, and we found the menu to be very accommodating. We ordered the Singapore noodles, pepper udon noodles, pad thai with shrimp, and pad thai with veggies and tofu. The Singapore noodles were definitely a hit -- perfectly spiced and full of flavor. My pad thai was just okay; I've had better, so I'd say it was average. The pepper udon noodles had a nice chew to them and weren't too spicy, which worked well for our group. Our server was attentive throughout, and the total bill came to just $96 for five people and four entrees, which felt like a great deal.

Recently had lunch here with my coworker. It's a short walk from the Brickell metrorail station. They have lunch specials for $17.99. I had the tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. It came with a salad and two fried pork gyozas (or a vegetable spring roll or chicken gyozas). Will be back to try other items.

I had a nice time here for dinner Sunday night. Food was quick and service was overall good. They refilled our water without asking. I liked my pad Woonsen. Very classic but nothing special. I asked for mild but I guess I should have asked for moderate since it didn't feel spicy at all. It was pretty busy for a Sunday night. I like the food overall. Decor was cute. A good casual spot for something quick. May try a different sister restaurant next time.

If I could give ten stars I would . That's how flavorful there food is . If you ask. Me what I recommend I would say everything lol but the pineapple rice is yummy , the lucky Buddha comes highly recommended by my partner. Cindy is the best ! Happy Mothers Day !

Stopped in at this fast casual Miami Taste of Asia chain. The chain serves a variety of Asian dishes. We called ahead and made a reservation and then walked to the restaurant from our hotel as it is on the walking trail that winds through Brickell. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host and seated. The decor is both booth and table seating, we got a table for 5 that was marked reserved. It took several minutes for our server to make her way to the table and water glasses ran dry. There were only two servers working and one was doing counter duty. They also do a brisk take out business. We ordered 2 kids chicken lo mein, General 107 chicken (think General Tso), pad thai with shrimp, chicken and pork and black pepper udon noodles. Along with gyoza and crab Rangoon starters. The food came out piece meal, we got the starters and the kids meals first, then my wife's black pepper noodles, then my pad thai and lastly my oldest son's 107 chicken. His chicken came out way past everyone else's and when I asked the server about it, she said it was bc it was fried. All the food was delicious and well cooked, I really liked the ability to pay $5.50 get three different proteins for my pad thai. My wife's black pepper udon was good but had a weird after taste (not her fave). My kids crushed their food. While I am aware that food in Miami can be expensive, I was not prepared for $126 for 5 for Asian. They charge extra when you add proteins and they place a gratuity of 18% on parties of 4 or more.

We were staying one night in Miami for a cruise leaving the next morning, and found this place in walking distance from our hotel. It's on a corner, staff was friendly when we walked in, and I really enjoyed how the menu was different types of Asian food, which they put a pic of the flag next to the diff selections. To start we had pork bao buns, which were very good, and the avocado/crab spring rolls which we both enjoyed. For dinner, my friend and I split the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, which was very good. We had a couple of drinks, I can't remember the names, but both were good. Overall a solid place and if I was in the area again, I would definitely come back!

Saw the interesting dishes the place had so we went there for dinner and had high hopes but was disappointed overall. First we found out that a couple of the items we wanted to try aren't served at this location, like the unagi donburi (eel over rice) and the snowing mountain toast dessert. But there were other items that sounded interesting. For appetizers we got the spicy mayo shrimp which was very good. Also got the avocado spring rolls. They were ok, mainly because since it's fried, it made the avocado hot so that kind of threw us off. For our meals we got the Pad Woon Sen, Cheesy Noodles on Fire, & the Black Pepper Udon. Overall the 3 dishes were good but not as good as we had hoped. Now here is where things wasn't that good. When we got there, there was only one other couple already there, so basically the place was empty. Shortly after we were seated the place started to fill up. Our appetizers came out fairly quick but our main dishes took a long time. Our waiter at one point came & apologized & said it's taking a bit longer because of all the orders. That's understandable, but then we noticed that people who came in way after us had gotten already their food before us. By the time we got our food, some of them had even finished & were leaving. First time visiting this restaurant. The pictures looked great online, so we wanted to try it. Food: - shrimp shumai: loved these, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the taste was just what we were looking for - pork belly buns: very good. Couldve used a bit more flavor on the pork but overall tasted great. - thai fried noodle with chicken: the egg and noodles in the dish were very tasty. Would get again - jasmine tea: excellent. They adjusted my order to charge me for the extra cilantro which I was ok with but the order arrived with no cilantro. So it's not that they just forgot to add cilantro. affordable tasty fresh food! the place was packed. we got the fried pork gyoza, so crispy and light and the sauce that comes with it is so good, the honey garlic wings, wowwwwww TRY THEM the chicken is so juicy and good quality, and the donburi, sooooo good the sauce that came with it was delicious. the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that while the dish is very tasty, you can tell a little that the beef may not be the best quality, but how else would they keep the prices great? the best part of this place is NO SERVICE CHARGE! our bill was 40$ for the two of us. we found parking on the street outside for 2$/hr. definitely worth checking out! read more

I've loved 107 Taste for so many years now. Miami lakes is my favorite location, but I recently visited this location (Brickell) and it's so different! It's so quiet here (which I find so bizarre because this is Brickell) and it's seems pretty empty in the times I've visited. I got the Udon noodle bowl, which was surprisingly delicious - the noodles themselves kind of have no taste, but the egg and veggies definitely add flavor and different textures. my husband got the Japanese Donburi (which we're both obsessed with) it's served with white rice at the base and the. beef on top with a fried egg, we like to get kimchi on top as well because it adds a spice factor, but the donburi is such great comfort food and has a unique taste of its own. and as a recommendation, get the Doburi with beef and kimchi - you'll thank me later!! As mentioned, i do come here pretty often (well to the miami lakes location) and I will always keep coming here, i love 107 taste! read more

I'm a regular to 107 which kills it for both sit down and take out dining. Take out is rapid and piping hot. Food is flavorful, rich, and patently freshly made. Dine in has pleasant service with the same great quality food. I highly recommend the Tteokbokki and Mama Fried Rice dishes. Ambiance is aesthetically middle of the pack, but overall clean with great music. read more

This is some of the better ramen we have had in Miami. Hells Ramen is the best we had and spicy korean ramen is okay! Overall, we were pretty impressed with both. Came here on a Friday and had a mixed experience. 2/5 service, 4/5 food so together average of 3/5. Could have been an off day but can't find it in me to fluff just in case it was an off day. Food: I ordered the pineapple fried rice, wanted to try something simple just to gauge the food. It was okay i would say. Kind of on the bland side so maybe dont order that. However i was able to try some of their other stuff. The spicy sesame noodle was actually tasty! Definitely enjoyed that. Additionally the ramen is pretty good so thats worth it. Service: I was quite disappointed with the service. Friday night so i get it, not as busy as expected (no lines or anything) but still quite a meh service experience. 2 of us got there first, were waiting on the rest of the group and asked to order a drink in the mean time and that was fine. However, when the other 3 showed up it took a very long time for us to flag down someone to let us order. Then when we did order, everything came out kind of haphazardly? The starters were all at the end, random entrees came at random times. I know some places send out food as its prepared but if that was they case they could have told us. Also our bill at the end had 2 extra items we never ordered (or received), but i know this is my fault as I should have checked for the mistake prior to paying. Parking: Street parking all around. its Brickell so you know how it is. Service charge was added for a group of 5* Maybe will give it another try but I am in no rush to do so yet. read more

Tucked away within the lavish high rises of brickell is 107 taste This establishment is rather spacious and offers 6-4 person tables plenty of room for the family or an evening out with friends. Highly attentive waitresses come and go refilling glasses of water Picking up any used napkins unwanted straw wrapping paper that can be quite unappealing. I was craving something spicy so I went with "The Hell's Ramen地狱拉面" with an extra chicken add on for just a $1.00 more Sure why not, They got it out fast and I mean FAST ! , exactly 10min from when we had originally placed our order. Everything about it seemed great for the most part nice savory hot broth 2 pieces of tender Char-Siu pork belly topped with scallions and yellow corn which was pretty tasty; unfortunately I found myself regretting the chicken add on the more I kept digging into this bowl. Its texture was strange and not on the same level of quality as the other ingredients were ; it bothered me to the point where I just wouldn't shut up about it the whole time I was eating lol the dessert options which include a slight variety of crepe cakes definitely made up for it , this place serves as quick bite type of place where you can dress down and not have to worry to much about parking since it's located on brickell's more quiet side. read more

107 Taste, an FIU-area favorite for Asian cuisine, has recently opened a location on the Brickell area! I couldn't be any happier with this news! This is the place to go if you're craving ramen and bubble tea for a reasonable price. Located at the edge of Brickell right before The Roads under the Maizon Brickell condominium, 107 Taste has plenty of parking options and is easily reachable by foot. Though, I'm sure as soon as the word gets out, this place will be packed! We dined in this past weekend for their soft opening after a walk around the neighborhood running errands, and left oh so satisfied and full! The same went for our main courses, which were the Cheesy Noodle on Fire ($14) with Shrimp (additional $1.50) and the Hell's Ramen ($14.50) with Pork Belly (additional $2.50) were absolutely delicious and lived up to the spiciness their names imply. The bowl of ramen was especially huge! We also had the honey garlic wings taste and crunch were perfect. We ordered the following dishes listed in order that we liked the most black pepper yaki udon, Szechuan ma La noodle, pad wood sen and finally pad Thai. I honestly can't believe this place has only been open for a month. I've lived in Miami my whole life, and this was hands down some of the best service I've ever received--and that says a lot! The food was great, but the hospitality is what truly stood out. Every employee we interacted with made us feel like family. The owners are truly blessed to have a team like Andres, Michael, and Jojo representing their business. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

I was excited to dine at 107 Taste because I heard the food was good from a few of my Asian friends! The restaurant is lively and decorated beautifully and the menu looks amazing. We were disappointed, when after being seated, nobody came to the table to greet us or take our order. There were a couple of other tables dining, but they were definitely not busy, in fact the staff were standing around talking in Mandarin amongst themselves. After 30 minutes of being ignored, my friends and I got up and walked out. I guess I'll never know how the food is because I would never go back to a place where the staff are so rude and seemingly racist (my husband and I are Latino and our friends are African American). From the moment we tried the delectable Takoyaki appetizer, accompanied by the delightful Karen Ichiban beer and the refreshing Lady Face lychee Sake cocktail, we knew we were in for a treat. The Kimchi Ramen with extra miso, egg, and braised pork belly was a burst of flavors that left us craving for more. Equally impressive was the Tonkatsu Ramen, simply divine. The restaurant is very clean and hygienic. Wenjie provided us with very good service. She enthusiastically recommended Shrimp Spicy Mayo and Pork Belly Bun. As a main course, she recommended Pad Thai Noodles and Miso Ramen, which were very tasty and generous. We also tried the Japanese soda and my favorite being the strawberry. What a gem!!! We were lucky to find this place out of curiosity. One of the best meals I've had in a very long time. We had the Pad Woon Sen and the Pineapple Chicken with rice -- wow!!
