Service was good but could use more servers at times. Ambiance and decorations were good. There is some glare from the windows when the sun is out. I think this place is worth a shot if you don't have other options/ if you want to have a lot of different food options. Food: 1) tteokboki: tasted really great and had a spice to it. The chicken was okay with it but it did not need it. The egg was interesting to me but it was still good. 2) green tea: very refreshing

It's been a long time since I reviewed 107 Taste and a redo is due. This local spot is a Brickell gem. Their story is sweet and we love a family owned spot! The menu hits the highlights from around Asia, including Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese dishes. The variety is lovely and you can really try something new each time. They do all of it pretty well too, impressive since they make so many things. Service is good and the ambiance is nice, modern and chill. Pricing is also fair. One of my favs in the neighborhood!

I love this place. The service is excellent and the food is exceptional. I have had the two same dishes everytime I've visited, the spicy peanut wonton and the black pepper udon with beef (they say steak). They are both so good that I haven't ordered anything else. My very favorite part is the chili oil they have at every table. It is the best I've had anywhere.

Just like the movie title Lost in Translation, that was exactly how I felt during my latest visit to 107 Taste; surprised, delighted, and transported back to that very first bite that made me fall in love with the place. From the moment I walked in, Valeria and Tom greeted me with smiles that stretched from ear to ear. We were immediately escorted to our seats and served chilled water, a refreshing welcome in the middle of that ever-moist Miami heat. They kept our glasses full all night, MVP-style. As I savored the lingering creamy, mildly spicy aftertaste of one of my favorite starters, the Japanese classic Takoyaki, I couldn't help but marvel at how this little cabbage-and-octopus puff can hit so many notes at once. Think of it as Japan's answer to the Spanish croqueta, only creamier, funkier, and topped with edgy fish flakes and smooth, umami-packed Asian mayo. Total flavor bomb. Next came the Blue Crab Rangoon, a Chinese-American fusion filled with crab stick, scallions, cream cheese, and served with a sweet-and-sour sauce. It's another must-try starter; comfort food, but with flair... The entrées arrived with perfect timing. This time, I went with the lighter, silkier cousin of the Pad Thai: Pad Woon Sen, made with stir-fried glass noodles. We added shrimp, and honestly, it dethroned the Pad Thai, from my top favorite. A can't-miss dish if you want the real "107 taste." Our second entrée, the Black Pepper Yaki Udon, was solid, a good shift in flavor from the Woon Sen, but a bit safe overall. It's one of those "only if you're really into it" kinds of dishes. Not bad by any means, just not the showstopper. (Also, don't be intimidated by the "pepper", it's really not that spicy.) The cherry on top? Fried donuts drizzled with condensed milk. I missed them last time, and I'm so glad I didn't this time. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and indulgent, the perfect crunchy Thai treat to end this flavor-packed journey. Arigatō, Xièxiè, Cám ơn, Gamsahada, Khxbkhuṇ, and a big thanks to all the culinary cultures that come together at 107 Taste to keep the flavors bold and the standards high. You've still got it: same quality, same heart, and still full of surprises. Till next time...

What a great experience I had here! I've only ever ordered from 107 taste in them more suburban areas and it never disappoints. I'm so happy I got to come here because boy was it delicious. For starters, the staff was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and our whole visit was less than an hour. The spicy peanut wontons were to die for! Though smaller than expected, they were a great way to get started. I was so obsessed with the sauce, had to tell staff twice that leave me the leftovers haha. The pad Thai was incredible! I got with no noodles so that I could add the peanut sauce to it. Let me tell you, that was a game changer!!!! It added a kick and moisture to it. The yaki udon was also very good, the noodles were huge! Finishing off strong was the taro Brulee cheesecake. It had a spongey and jello-ey texture but it tasted so good without being overly sweet or having that slimy feeling cheesecakes often do. Overall, great experience.

I came here with a group of vegetarian friends, and we found the menu to be very accommodating. We ordered the Singapore noodles, pepper udon noodles, pad thai with shrimp, and pad thai with veggies and tofu. The Singapore noodles were definitely a hit -- perfectly spiced and full of flavor. My pad thai was just okay; I've had better, so I'd say it was average. The pepper udon noodles had a nice chew to them and weren't too spicy, which worked well for our group. Our server was attentive throughout, and the total bill came to just $96 for five people and four entrees, which felt like a great deal.

Recently had lunch here with my coworker. It's a short walk from the Brickell metrorail station. They have lunch specials for $17.99. I had the tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. It came with a salad and two fried pork gyozas (or a vegetable spring roll or chicken gyozas). Will be back to try other items.

I had a nice time here for dinner Sunday night. Food was quick and service was overall good. They refilled our water without asking. I liked my pad Woonsen. Very classic but nothing special. I asked for mild but I guess I should have asked for moderate since it didn't feel spicy at all. It was pretty busy for a Sunday night. I like the food overall. Decor was cute. A good casual spot for something quick. May try a different sister restaurant next time.

If I could give ten stars I would . That's how flavorful there food is . If you ask. Me what I recommend I would say everything lol but the pineapple rice is yummy , the lucky Buddha comes highly recommended by my partner. Cindy is the best ! Happy Mothers Day !

Stopped in at this fast casual Miami Taste of Asia chain. The chain serves a variety of Asian dishes. We called ahead and made a reservation and then walked to the restaurant from our hotel as it is on the walking trail that winds through Brickell. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host and seated. The decor is both booth and table seating, we got a table for 5 that was marked reserved. It took several minutes for our server to make her way to the table and water glasses ran dry. There were only two servers working and one was doing counter duty. They also do a brisk take out business. We ordered 2 kids chicken lo mein, General 107 chicken (think General Tso), pad thai with shrimp, chicken and pork and black pepper udon noodles. Along with gyoza and crab Rangoon starters. The food came out piece meal, we got the starters and the kids meals first, then my wife's black pepper noodles, then my pad thai and lastly my oldest son's 107 chicken. His chicken came out way past everyone else's and when I asked the server about it, she said it was bc it was fried. All the food was delicious and well cooked, I really liked the ability to pay $5.50 get three different proteins for my pad thai. My wife's black pepper udon was good but had a weird after taste (not her fave). My kids crushed their food. While I am aware that food in Miami can be expensive, I was not prepared for $126 for 5 for Asian. They charge extra when you add proteins and they place a gratuity of 18% on parties of 4 or more.

Food: - shrimp shumai: loved these, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the taste was just what we were looking for - pork belly buns: very good. Couldve used a bit more flavor on the pork but overall tasted great. - thai fried noodle with chicken: the egg and noodles in the dish were very tasty. Would get again - jasmine tea: excellent. I made my order through Uber eats. I requested in the comments some extra cilantro. They adjusted my order to charge me for the extra cilantro which I was ok with but the order arrived with no cilantro. So it's not that they just forgot to add cilantro. affordable tasty fresh food! the place was packed. we got the fried pork gyoza, so crispy and light and the sauce that comes with it is so good, the honey garlic wings, wowwwwww TRY THEM the chicken is so juicy and good quality, and the donburi, sooooo good the sauce that came with it was delicious. the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that while the dish is very tasty, you can tell a little that the beef may not be the best quality, but how else would they keep the prices great? the best part of this place is NO SERVICE CHARGE! our bill was 40$ for the two of us. we found parking on the street outside for 2$/hr. definitely worth checking out! read more

I've loved 107 Taste for so many years now. Miami lakes is my favorite location, but I recently visited this location (Brickell) and it's so different! It's so quiet here (which I find so bizarre because this is Brickell) and it's seems pretty empty in the times I've visited. I got the Udon noodle bowl, which was surprisingly delicious - the noodles themselves kind of have no taste, but the egg and veggies definitely add flavor and different textures. my husband got the Japanese Donburi (which we're both obsessed with) it's served with white rice at the base and the. beef on top with a fried egg, we like to get kimchi on top as well because it adds a spice factor, but the donburi is such great comfort food and has a unique taste of its own. and as a recommendation, get the Doburi with beef and kimchi - you'll thank me later!! As mentioned, i do come here pretty often (well to the miami lakes location) and I will always keep coming here, i love 107 taste! read more

I'm a regular to 107 which kills it for both sit down and take out dining. Take out is rapid and piping hot. Food is flavorful, rich, and patently freshly made. Dine in has pleasant service with the same great quality food. I highly recommend the Tteokbokki and Mama Fried Rice dishes. Ambiance is aesthetically middle of the pack, but overall clean with great music. read more

This is some of the better ramen we have had in Miami. Hells Ramen is the best we had and spicy korean ramen is okay! Overall, we were pretty impressed with both. Came here on a Friday and had a mixed experience. 2/5 service, 4/5 food so together average of 3/5. Could have been an off day but can't find it in me to fluff just in case it was an off day. Food: I ordered the pineapple fried rice, wanted to try something simple just to gauge the food. It was okay i would say. Kind of on the bland side so maybe dont order that. However i was able to try some of their other stuff. The spicy sesame noodle was actually tasty! Definitely enjoyed that. Additionally the ramen is pretty good so thats worth it. Service: I was quite disappointed with the service. Friday night so i get it, not as busy as expected (no lines or anything) but still quite a meh service experience. 2 of us got there first, were waiting on the rest of the group and asked to order a drink in the mean time and that was fine. However, when the other 3 showed up it took a very long time for us to flag down someone to let us order. Then when we did order, everything came out kind of haphazardly? The starters were all at the end, random entrees came at random times. I know some places send out food as its prepared but if that was they case they could have told us. Also our bill at the end had 2 extra items we never ordered (or received), but i know this is my fault as I should have checked for the mistake prior to paying. Parking: Street parking all around. its Brickell so you know how it is. Service charge was added for a group of 5* Maybe will give it another try but I am in no rush to do so yet. read more

Tucked away within the lavish high rises of brickell is 107 taste This establishment is rather spacious and offers 6-4 person tables plenty of room for the family or an evening out with friends. Highly attentive waitresses come and go refilling glasses of water Picking up any used napkins unwanted straw wrapping paper that can be quite unappealing. I was craving something spicy so I went with "The Hell's Ramen地狱拉面" with an extra chicken add on for just a $1.00 more Sure why not, They got it out fast and I mean FAST ! , exactly 10min from when we had originally placed our order. Everything about it seemed great for the most part nice savory hot broth 2 pieces of tender Char-Siu pork belly topped with scallions and yellow corn which was pretty tasty; unfortunately I found myself regretting the chicken add on the more I kept digging into this bowl. Its texture was strange and not on the same level of quality as the other ingredients were ; it bothered me to the point where I just wouldn't shut up about it the whole time I was eating lol the dessert options which include a slight variety of crepe cakes definitely made up for it , this place serves as quick bite type of place where you can dress down and not have to worry to much about parking since it's located on brickell's more quiet side. read more

107 Taste, an FIU-area favorite for Asian cuisine, has recently opened a location on the Brickell area! I couldn't be any happier with this news! This is the place to go if you're craving ramen and bubble tea for a reasonable price. Located at the edge of Brickell right before The Roads under the Maizon Brickell condominium, 107 Taste has plenty of parking options and is easily reachable by foot. Though, I'm sure as soon as the word gets out, this place will be packed! We dined in this past weekend for their soft opening after a walk around the neighborhood running errands, and left oh so satisfied and full! The service and the food were great, especially for the price. The Takoyaki appetizer ($8, brings 5 octopus balls, our first time having this dish) and Taro-flavored Bubble Tea ($5, kind of tastes like birthday cake) were amazing and well-portioned. The same went for our main courses, which were the Cheesy Noodle on Fire ($14) with Shrimp (additional $1.50) and the Hell's Ramen ($14.50) with Pork Belly (additional $2.50) were absolutely delicious and lived up to the spiciness their names imply. The bowl of ramen was especially huge! I'm glad that our server recommended that we go with the "mild" spicy level for our entrées, as this was more than enough for two people who thoroughly enjoy spicy cuisine. Everything was delicious and filling. We will certainly be back and will bring friends in the near future. If you haven't already, give 107 Taste a try-- you won't be disappointed and may even have another Brickell go-to for ramen! read more

This place is amazing. Probably the best ramen that I've had so far in Miami. I got the Hells Ramen and it was divine. It had all the delicious veggies, the flavor was on point, and the portion was perfect. I'm sure their other food options are delicious too, but It was a rainy day in the MIA so ramen felt right. The ambiance is nice too, they have plenty of seating, high ceilings, and a nice clean bathroom. They don't really have any electrical outlets so I would say this is better for the food experience than a post up and work experience. But either way, I'll be back! read more

We took the steak and our cinnamon buns to go since we had been there long enough. The final kicker is they have an automatic 20% service charge in order to ensure the staff is paid enough. Seems like a business problem to me. Service was not up to that high of a standard. If you go during Miami Spice I hope they have figured out how to sequence the courses and get them to the table correctly while still hot.

Mediocre Food, Insultingly Small Portions and Poor Service…read more Unfortunately, Komodo was a major disappointment. The food was mediocre--especially for a Miami Spice menu--and nowhere near the upscale experience we expected. After spending almost $400 for my husband and I, I would have expected more. The portions were insultingly tiny, with the exception of the chicken salad. The salmon tacos contained what tasted like salmon "paste," and each taco shell was barely two inches long. They were so ridiculously small that even our waiter chuckled. The "half Maine lobster" was about the size of a jumbo shrimp, with no claw. The main course came with no sides so for $65 jumbo shrimp that was it. If you actually want a meal expect to pay extra for "fried" rice that was super bland and churrasco 10 oz extra at $12. So my steak meal was $87 and for that I could have had a real upscale experience at Daniel's in the Gables with upscale service and food. The experience started poorly when the four of us were seated at an awkward, cramped table with no legroom. We were positioned facing outward instead of toward one another, making normal conversation nearly impossible. It was a very strange setup for a party of four. Also, it was very warm in the restaurant and I would have asked to adjust but at the look at the servers face and everyone else I was afraid to say anything that something would happen to my food. The hostess also forgot to give us the Miami Spice menu. As soon as we requested it, the waiter's attitude noticeably changed, and the service went downhill from there. By the end of the night, the restaurant was overcrowded, with a very young crowd pouring into the bar area, and everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. Miami Spice used to be a wonderful way to experience Miami's better restaurants. Unfortunately, this felt more like a complete rip-off than a special dining experience. Komodo did not deliver the quality, portions, service or atmosphere its prices and reputation suggest. They should not be participating in Miami Spice as they have no upscale food to offer. My only regret is I didn't take pictures for potential customers to see how terrible this experience was and food looked. This was highly disappointing,,,save your money.

I was excited to dine at 107 Taste because I heard the food was good from a few of my Asian friends! The restaurant is lively and decorated beautifully and the menu looks amazing. We were disappointed, when after being seated, nobody came to the table to greet us or take our order. There were a couple of other tables dining, but they were definitely not busy, in fact the staff were standing around talking in Mandarin amongst themselves. After 30 minutes of being ignored, my friends and I got up and walked out. I guess I'll never know how the food is because I would never go back to a place where the staff are so rude and seemingly racist (my husband and I are Latino and our friends are African American). So amazing Asian foods and I like the dumplings and ramen. They have great noodles. The Pad Thai has a unique flavor. They have lots of food to offer. Great assortment of sides, casual and pleasant atmosphere. It was so fulfilling dining there. Nice experience. read more

One bathroom each for men and women. Somehow lines kept forming for this smaller size restaurant. I honestly think it was just bad timing tonight, not sure why that was happening. The space isn't huge nor tiny, just the right size I'd say. Quality food and flavoring. Parking garage nearby. Knocked off the one star (was almost going to do two) as the Miami Spice this year was extremely disappointing (vs what I'd say was a nicer one last year). I brought friends to introduce them for the first time since I had a good experience last year, and unfortunately I'm not sure they'd go back because of this same intro spice experience. Small miso soup to start (or you could go for shishito peppers). 4 pieces nigiri's (they were out of the wagu one) and 4 TINY but flavorful maki pieces with one "lemon and roe" plus a mochi (or matcha crème brûlée) for dessert. By the time you're done with tax and tip, one spice is about $84. Ouch. While the flavors were nice, it was a huge tease and we were all still very hungry (all of us got 2-4 tacos afterwards + gelato to put it in perspective). This was also echoed directly to friendly and capable management there, who seemed receptive but unknown if can or will evolve it. For a tiny app, an equivalent to one roll and a piece of mochi, $84 felt like robbery. I get this has been a tough summer for restaurants and many are trying to find the right balance, but this left us all feeling let down by the experience. Would I go back? Yes, but not in a rush, the food and design are nice. General menu in the past is decent. I can't speak for updated prices and portionings since I last ordered off it. However, steer clear of Miami Spice 2026. I felt it very disappointing.
