    Dragon Roll (10 pcs)

I flew in Miami on Saturday mid afternoon and decided to stop here for a quick bite since I didn't eat since breakfast. I had the dragon roll and thought it was solid. The employees were also very nice. It was not busy but I also had went at around 4 PM.

This place is TINY with only a few tables. We were lucky they had a table for 3! Credit to the waiter for warning us that it would be at least 45 mins for a roll and he wasn't lying! The ceviche empanadas and the lomo saltodo roll were both tasty but a little salty for me. My friend changed the regular seaweed in the rolls for rice wraps and I think they'd both be better as they are supposed to be. The fish was really fresh though! It's a little pricey and likely to have a wait for a table or your meal. Maybe takeout is the way to go for this place.

Service was quick, friendly, and efficient for a lunch escape. Even better are their $14.95 linch specials. For this price you may order a miso soup or salad with ginger dressing, a drink (either a can of soda or green hot or iced tea), and a roll of the lunch menu. The rolls are huge fyi!

Sushi was good- portions are very generous and shareable. Cozy Peruvian Japanese fusion restaurant. Our server Enzo was fabulous!

TLDR: fusion Peruvian Japanese food in downtown! I personally love fusion food because it combines the best of both worlds. It also allows people to try new flavors without venturing too far into it (for all the picky eaters). FOOD Salmon delight: I don't know why I'm so impressed by the little flakes of gold, but it's definitely a nice visual touch. This roll is great for someone who's not looking for too much rice. I was pretty surprised by how much they give as well. Octopus ceviche: relatively affordable octopus! However, I thought that this needed some more acidity to balance out the flavors. Hamachi Deluxe Roll: more of a classic (American) Japanese sushi roll. Though, I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't like heavier rolls because of the sauce Lomo Saltado Roll: my favorite thing all night. It's sushi rolls surrounding a mountain of lomo saltado. Who can say no to that? Thai Donuts: my second favorite thing all night! The donuts were freshly made, and not stale at all. Paired with the condensed milk and ice cream... it was a perfect way to end the meal. DRINKS Lychee Saketini: love this as a quiet night type of drink (I don't know if that makes sense haha) AMBIANCE This is a smaller establishment right next to the metro stop. It had hole in the wall vibes yet still somewhere to take a casual date. SERVICE Great service! The waiter Juan came and explained everything on the menu because we were confused on what to order haha. He made some great suggestions as well. VALUE This is where I'm conflicted. It isn't particularly cheap/budget friendly but it's not a "dressed up" kind of place. However, it is sushi/raw fish and I don't trust cheap raw fish haha. Also, some of the dishes were unique and things you can't find elsewhere.

Decided to stop by here after class. Walked in it was about maybe 3 other people in there. They do have a lunch special for about $14.99, that's what I got. I got the soup and omg it was actually my first time trying soup at a sushi spot( yes I know I've been missing out). The soup was so flavorful I could eat it everyday. I asked for a side of rice to add into it. I got the sushi and it was delicious it doesn't come with a side of spicy mayo so asked for it and it was really good. I also ordered the Thai donuts, they were okay could've used a little more sauce. This is a hidden gem next to Miami dade college. I definitely will be going back before or after one of my classes.

The roll was fresh and eating every bite the flavors burst into your mouth. The roll consists of shrimp tempura, crab salad, avocado, sweet plantains to top it off. The place is good for lunch and dinner for small parties. The staff is helpful and continued to check if we were good.

Great, fast service. We ordered a couple drinks and some food. The drink were delicious and so unique, I'd absolutely order again. They complimented the yummy food and store's vibe so well. You can see the chef from your seat a lot of the time. Great for date night, meeting friends, or taking the family.

New sushi spot opened up. It's a small intimate restaurant. We went because I seen an amazing Groupon deal, soo why not! I had two sushi's and a tostones ceviche appetizer and my bill was still $60 bucks even with a $15 discount. I wouldn't complain if the sushi was spectacular, but the sushi was okay The ceviche tostones was pretty good. The service was amazing!

    Crispy rice and ceviche

Great food. The Empanadas de ceviche was my favorite ! The cooked salmon roll was a little dry but tasty. The service was excellent.

We chose the Oma Deluxe because we wanted the entire experience. Francisco explained each sushi and what part of the fish we were eating. Each dish was brought out separately. There were about 9 pieces of different cuts of fish. They were delicious! My daughter had Sake and I had Non-alcoholic beer. Both went fine with our meal. Afterwards, we were served dessert. Parking is mostly limited street parking though, so plan ahead. This spot is more about curated tastings, sashimi, nigiri, and handrolls rather than specialty rolls, so don't expect a huge roll menu. We ordered the sashimi assortment, white fish tasting, seared salmon, bluefin tuna tasting, unagi foie gras, and a few handrolls including blue crab and negi toro. Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful, especially the bluefin and unagi foie gras. Portions are on the lighter side though, so we left satisfied but not totally full. Cedrick was awesome and really made the experience better. He knew the menu inside and out and explained everything perfectly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Wynwood and want quality sushi without the overly trendy vibe.

We also tried one of their sushi rolls topped with miso and filled with fresh tuna and salmon, and it was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I truly appreciate when servers know their menu well and are able to make suggestions. I can't remember my server's name, but she was just top-notch. We ordered: - Miso soup, (served in a charming, Japanese chawan mushi cup) the flavor was really good and strong. (I hate it when it's weak) - Spicy dumplings. They tasted homemade. Yummy - Shrimp shu mai, good, tasted as it should - Tanaka roll, with extra crispies on top, (I was not a fan because I did not expect it to be deep-fried. if it had not been deep-fried, I would've liked it.) - Peking duck served in an impressive three tier tower that looks like a round Chinese Temple. - Pork Belly Bao bun, this was also a miss for me because I expected it to taste like barbecue, but it was just really salty like they used a lot of brown salty sauce. All in all, I really enjoyed this restaurant, even though I didn't like those two items. Bec But, because of the excellent service, the atmosphere and the beautiful way they served the food, I decided to leave them a five star review.
