The steak and eggs did not disappoint! The meat was cooked to our liking and the eggs had the perfect yolky center. The shrimp cocktail was good for the price. It had enough flavor and did its job. The service was great. Our waitress was kind, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and helped my husband sign up for a player's card, so he could earn points for the dinner. The restaurant is spacious and very well lit; there are plenty of booths and tables; there is also a bar placed near the entrance. Overall, I would recommend dining here. Been to this Brass Fork Palace Station location numerous times in the last couple of years. From a service perspective, it can be hit or miss and mostly a miss the last few visits. However, the food quality and portions, are great and push from three to four stars. Especially when factoring any Boarding Pass (players club) earning and redeeming opportunities. Menu is somewhat limited in overnight hours, but this balanced by exceptional value pricing on a handful menu items between 11 PM and 6 AM. There a cheeseburger special available 24/7 for under $6. I was seated quickly, my Server Cycie came with a vibrant, pleasant Hello, and a smile. I love it...placed my order Deuces Wild $4.99, Wheat Toast, Eggs (scrambled soft) but not runny, Bacon extra crispy, with Hash browns. This breakfast was just okay, plus I was entertained by the table of much younger people chatting so openly LOUD asking one another, You never tried LSD in College?? I'm so glad these types of connections never crossed my path. I can only imagine how many young folk got influenced to try certain experimental drugs and became addicted. When I think that my life is so troubling drug free. I'm always reminded that it's not. You seriously cannot beat a $2.99 shrimp cocktail and a $5.99 burger in this economy especially with how massive the portions are! Left the strip to play some slots and the first Bingo session at Palace Station. Breakfast was a must so I walked up to the Brass Fork. I actually was turned away the first time I tried to be seated as they were short staffed and it appeared they were only using a smaller section of the restaurant. The screen kept saying errors and to go to the rewards center. Lame! It was late and their rewards center didn't open 24hrs. While walking back to the restaurant, my nephew texted me saying that the waitress asked someone to come by to help create the card since none of the kiosks worked. Like why didn't she do that in the first place????!!!!!!??!!! Why expect a customer to walk out of the restaurant just to become a member when it could be done at the table??? Ridiculous!! Back again at the Brass Fork for the morning specials but I must say ALL the food no matter what time of day is really good. Ivy, Eduardo, Matt, Cisco and the whole team are amazing. Food is made fresh, served hot and they aim to please. A few of my favs are the fresh cut fruit plate, pancakes (some of the best I've had in Vegas!). Steak & egg breakfast, Cobb salad with the creamy garlic dressing, Steak, salmon and the turkey dinners too. For Xmas day they offered a full prime rib dinner that was amazing!! I took one of their whole decorated cakes (6" Candy Cane) to my get together and it was one of the moistest cakes we ate plus the frosting was so fluffy and not too sweet. Brass Fork Late Night Manager needs to step it up. I've recently moved to Las Vegas from LA and have made Palace Station a frequent destination to stop by to gamble and eat at night. I come about 4-5 times a week to eat and every time I watch this man let his FOH team drown. By example, full floor, servers are bussing/resetting on top of serving with extremely large sections and I watch this manager just stand up at the host stand not helping his staff and rather mope around the entrance of the restaurant. If this guy wanted to look good in a suit, there's plenty of Marketing Host positions as a promoter at the clubs he can apply to. This manager does not do "table-touches" nor pays attention to if FOH needs any support with food running, pre-bussing, or even checking on guest experience. Station Casinos needs to do a performance review of this manager and a more thorough performance review. The difference in staff and management performance between Palace Station and Red Rock establishments is night and day. I continue to support Brass Fork because the serving staff is extremely nice and do their best to keep up while having no support from upper-management. Hopefully this helps make some changes or I'll continue to make more reviews regarding this manager. read more

I get it. Its a lower tier casino. I wasnt expecting a Michelin star experience. I was, however, expecting palatable sustenance. This place did not deliver. The service was fair, our waitress probably should've retired in the 1900's. She wasnt horrible, tho. Just real slow. I had the double cheeseburger and fries. The orders came out in a reasonable amount of time. My burger was the worst one ive ever had. Bun stale, patty burn, cheese was...idk...off. I ate two bites. First time, trying The Brass Fork inside the Palace Station Casino in Las Vegas. This place is open 24 hours and has a pretty good menu. They have great specials between 11 PM and 6 AM, including steak and eggs for $9.99. I dined with my parents, and the three of us sat at a table that accommodated my mom's wheelchair. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our dining experience comfortable. The restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating and can accommodate large parties. There is also a bar That has quite a few seat seats and they provide full meal service. I ordered the steak and eggs and they were delicious. The steak was medium rare and it came out so tender. The hashbrowns were amazing. Their coffee is pretty good and they offer a variety of creamers, such as plain half-and-half and hazelnut and vanilla creamers. My parents ordered the American breakfast plate. Their portions are quite large and that plate included two scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. We really wanted to try the pancakes, however, seeing that they were as large as our heads we decided to do it next time! What is unique about this places that they offer a dessert bar that also serves donuts. If you have a sweet tooth anytime of day or night, this would be the place to go. They have a ton of options and they are freshly made onsite. I definitely plan on returning to this place to try other menu options. My sister and I needed a sweet treat after dinner at another restaurant inside Peppermill. It was late, but fortunately, The Brass Fork is open 24 hours. We went up to the counter and the staff greeted us right away. The Brass Fork offers pastries such as donuts, brownies, mini cakes, and more. We opted for a chocolate popper (donut) and an Oreo brownie with cream cheese icing. The pastries are large and great for sharing. We nibbled on them for two days. They hit the spot and satisfied our sweet tooth. However, the Oreo brownie was a bit tough. We only had plastic cutlery available and that couldn't even cut the brownie so we literally had to bite it. Probably not a fresh brownie, but to be expected from a place that's open 24 hours. Inside this particular one is a bar and they also have an area at the entrance where you can buy assorted sweets and desserts. If you wish, you can play Keno as well. Food-wise, this spot delivers. Breakfast combos are fantastic--especially the pancake combo. The Reuben sandwich was a standout: meaty, flavorful, and not too salty (a rare find). Only downside? I wish they offered a potato salad option instead of fries. I've always found the service to be friendly and quality of the food is very good. It is open 24 hours a day and they have a nice selection of baked goods up at the front where the cashier is. This visit we had the fish and chips and the turkey dinner. The fish is always nice, crispy on the outside, not dry on the inside! The turkey dinner as you could see in the picture has a lot of turkey! It's a very comfortable setting, always kept clean, and the tables aren't on top of each other. To get the discounted prices, customers must get a player's card from the kiosk across from the restaurant's entrance by inserting their license, and it's free. The discounted prices occur from midnight to 6:00 a.m. daily. I planned to order pancakes and eggs, but I added the Deuces Wild, which comes with sausage, your choice of toast, and hash browns. In hindsight, I would have stuck with the pancakes and eggs only because I wasn't impressed with the Deuces Wild food items. I chuckled when I saw that the sausage had a (0) located next to it on the receipt. I said the sausage had to be a throw-in-for-free item because I didn't like it at all. The pancakes were mammoth and tasty, and I would return for them. At 3.99, they provide excellent value. I had to get a to-go box to take the pancakes home. My server, Ana, was nice, and security patrolled around the parking garage and greeted me as I walked to my vehicle. I would return to try other specials and order pancakes. I did ask for some mayo to mix with the ketchup, a habit I picked up many years ago dining with my buddies eating french fries. On top of that, it was tough and chewy like it had been sitting around for hours. Prime rib should be tender and hot. This was neither. My son and father ordered chicken strips. What arrived at the table was alarming. The chicken was cold, wet, soggy, and visibly undercooked. You could clearly see pink inside. Not "juicy" -- pink. Undercooked chicken is a serious food safety issue, not just a preference. It never should have left the kitchen like that. We sent the food back, and instead of correcting it quickly, we waited nearly an hour for replacements. There was no sense of urgency and no real apology. Our server could not have cared less. He acted annoyed that we questioned the food and treated us like we were stupid for pointing out that the chicken was pink. When he finally brought the check, I told him the food was terrible. He literally dropped the check on the table and walked away while I was still talking. No response. No attempt to fix anything. Just walked off like we didn't matter. The total bill? $98.53. Nearly $100 for cold prime rib, undercooked chicken, terrible service, and zero accountability. Save your money and your stomach. There are far better places to eat than The Brass Fork. read more
