Been to this Brass Fork Palace Station location numerous times in the last couple of years. From a service perspective, it can be hit or miss and mostly a miss the last few visits. However, the food quality and portions, are great and push from three to four stars. Especially when factoring any Boarding Pass (players club) earning and redeeming opportunities. Menu is somewhat limited in overnight hours, but this balanced by exceptional value pricing on a handful menu items between 11 PM and 6 AM. There a cheeseburger special available 24/7 for under $6. Players card required for the deals. My favorite non late night menu item is the country fried steak. Bring your appetite if you want to try and complete the entire entree!

Inside the station casinos I Came in specifically for the specials and Brass Fork did not disappoint. You seriously cannot beat a $2.99 shrimp cocktail and a $5.99 burger in this economy especially with how massive the portions are! The burger was juicy, the shrimp was fresh, and the fact that they run these deals 24/7 is a total game changer. Love this spot, will definitely be back. The space is renovated and super clean the staff are nice and friendly

Double cheeseburger with fries

We stopped by for a quick bite at dinnertime and ordered the clam chowder, shrimp cocktails and cheeseburger special. The shrimp cocktails had a ton of tasty bay shrimp with decent cocktail sauce and a little bit of lettuce. The clam chowder was excellent, with creamy base, a lot of tasty clams and not too many potatoes. The cheeseburger was also very good. No gray meet here. It was cooked right, and served with 1000 island dressing, shredded lettuce, pickles and ketchup. The generous portion of fries were also good, with a crispy outside. We were fairly impressed, especially considering it's just a casino cafe. Good service. Decent interior, but nothing special. The cheeseburgers are on sale for $5.99 and the shrimp cocktails were only $2.99 with your player card.

American Breakfast (already broke my yolks!)

Left the strip to play some slots and the first Bingo session at Palace Station. Breakfast was a must so I walked up to the Brass Fork. I actually was turned away the first time I tried to be seated as they were short staffed and it appeared they were only using a smaller section of the restaurant. The manager apologized and so I went back an hour later and was seated. I ordered the American breakfast - classic combo of eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Solid choice, cooked well and tasted delicious! The waiter was engaging and kept the coffee coming. Can't ask for more!

$2.99 shrimp cocktail and $5.99 cheeseburger and fires. That says it all, I am the happy hour hunter but this is an all day special. We found this place and really enjoy the ambiance and the food specials. It's true vegas here. We will come back time and time again. We love vegas specials and good deals

Heard about the $9.99 steak & eggs so decided to drop by to give it a try. Service was whatever. Our waitress told us that in order to get the deal, we must have a member card. She said to go to the kiosk in front to join. No biggie until the machine didn't work. Went to another kiosk, it also didn't let me join. The screen kept saying errors and to go to the rewards center. Lame! It was late and their rewards center didn't open 24hrs. While walking back to the restaurant, my nephew texted me saying that the waitress asked someone to come by to help create the card since none of the kiosks worked. Like why didn't she do that in the first place????!!!!!!??!!! Why expect a customer to walk out of the restaurant just to become a member when it could be done at the table??? Ridiculous!! Finally when all that was done, we get to relax a bit. It took a while for the foods to arrive. The waitress heard wrong and brought out 3 plates of steak & eggs. I was confused because we only ordered 2 with 1 order of pancakes. Then she tried to blame it on us even tho she was the one that heard wrong. However, she did take it back. The steak was alright. Decent for $9.99. I gotta say that the hash browns were amazingly good. I would go back for the hash browns and pancakes. Overall, not a place I will return but if someone I know wanna go, I don't mind.

Back again at the Brass Fork for the morning specials but I must say ALL the food no matter what time of day is really good. Ivy, Eduardo, Matt, Cisco and the whole team are amazing. Food is made fresh, served hot and they aim to please. A few of my favs are the fresh cut fruit plate, pancakes (some of the best I've had in Vegas!). Steak & egg breakfast, Cobb salad with the creamy garlic dressing, Steak, salmon and the turkey dinners too. For Xmas day they offered a full prime rib dinner that was amazing!! I took one of their whole decorated cakes (6" Candy Cane) to my get together and it was one of the moistest cakes we ate plus the frosting was so fluffy and not too sweet. They feature many bakery items and all the ones I've had on my visits were fresh and delicious! My favs are the donuts, carrot cake, tiramisu and mini cheesecake's! The Brass Fork is rightly named and easy on your pocketbook!

We've eaten here twice during our stay at the Palace Station after our wee hour of gambling . You can never go wrong with a late night meal deal of $9.99 steak & eggs! Also their $2.99 shrimp cocktails! Portions were decent and filling and they also make superb delish buttermilk pancakes! Happy tummy!

They sure know how to get people in... I didn't know that they had a late night special on some dishes. A friend that we were hanging out with mentioned it to us. So after a night of gambling, the stomach was needing something to snack on. Late night specials on burgers and breakfast. Checked in was fast and easy. It wasn't to busy which seem to be a thing lately in Vegas's. The menu was limited but the price was very good. Cheap burger and fries and steak and eggs. The locals know about this deal which we found out that a lot of them often visit this place for it. Service was great. Our hostess was very sweet and friendly. Food didn't take long to arrive which was nice when you're hungry. Ordered the steak and eggs. 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. I think it was like 11.00 for that and 6.00 for the burgers. The burger, decent size served with fries. And an order of biscuits and gravy. That was served with eggs and hash brown as well. Food was simple but quite nice. Also picked up a couple of cookies and brownie. Overall, the meal was great and did the trick. The price, can't beat it.

Great plane to eat. Great service and timing was perfect. Fantastic ambience. Will definitely be back on my next visit. Very convenient since I'm staying in the hotel.

First time, trying The Brass Fork inside the Palace Station Casino in Las Vegas. This place is open 24 hours and has a pretty good menu. They have great specials between 11 PM and 6 AM, including steak and eggs for $9.99. I dined with my parents, and the three of us sat at a table that accommodated my mom's wheelchair. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our dining experience comfortable. The restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating and can accommodate large parties. There is also a bar That has quite a few seat seats and they provide full meal service. I ordered the steak and eggs and they were delicious. The steak was medium rare and it came out so tender. The hashbrowns were amazing. Their coffee is pretty good and they offer a variety of creamers, such as plain half-and-half and hazelnut and vanilla creamers. My parents ordered the American breakfast plate. Their portions are quite large and that plate included two scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. We really wanted to try the pancakes, however, seeing that they were as large as our heads we decided to do it next time! What is unique about this places that they offer a dessert bar that also serves donuts. If you have a sweet tooth anytime of day or night, this would be the place to go. They have a ton of options and they are freshly made onsite. I definitely plan on returning to this place to try other menu options. I never got around to trying the $2.99 shrimp cocktail special that is available as long as you have a Palace Station players card. Enjoy!

Pastry case

My sister and I needed a sweet treat after dinner at another restaurant inside Peppermill. It was late, but fortunately, The Brass Fork is open 24 hours. We went up to the counter and the staff greeted us right away. The Brass Fork offers pastries such as donuts, brownies, mini cakes, and more. We opted for a chocolate popper (donut) and an Oreo brownie with cream cheese icing. The pastries are large and great for sharing. We nibbled on them for two days. They hit the spot and satisfied our sweet tooth. However, the Oreo brownie was a bit tough. We only had plastic cutlery available and that couldn't even cut the brownie so we literally had to bite it. Probably not a fresh brownie, but to be expected from a place that's open 24 hours. Regardless, The Brass Fork is a great spot if you're craving something sweet in the middle of the night!

Dave W.

Brass Fork is a cafe brand in Palace, Sunset and Santa Fe Stations....NOT to be confused with the Lucky Penny brand in GVR and red rock. Anyway this restaurant is a great "go to" if you are looking for something uncomplicated and moderately priced. I came for breakfast and lunch and my experience was similar for both. Service was prompt and professional, the breakfast dishes were filling and the burger here is actually pretty good. Food here is a deal and you may find it is busy a lot of the time. Inside this particular one is a bar and they also have an area at the entrance where you can buy assorted sweets and desserts. If you wish, you can play Keno as well. So I'll address the $5.99 burger deal vs the regular one. While both are good, the $5.99 one is super thin. They both come with fries though. As far as i am concerned its a great deal.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.
