In both cases, the replacement parts failed in less than a couple hundred miles. And in both cases, the car owners/victims were on their way out of town, either after visiting the coast or moving from the coast. I don't know if Craig, the owner, discriminates in his duping of customers based on whether they're passing through, so maybe you're a local and will be lucky, or you might be like a friend who got stranded, friendless and broke, in eastern Oregon on her way to moving to the midwest. This shop and its practices are, to my mind, criminal.

My husband paid $3900 and they ruined the engine. The mechanic he took the truck to after saw a bolt had been dropped in the cylinder.
