I was aware…read morethat this was a dealer dealing with a subprime client base (I am a cash buyer), but that does not justify the incredibly corrupt business practices of this dealer. I scheduled a test drive and inspection, only to travel to their location and discover a vehicle in such a state of disrepair that it would not start and had flat tires. I was shocked that they were unable to provide a copy of the vehicle history and that they were unable to provide me with a firm date as to when the car would be up and running. I would encourage anyone, no matter how desperate your credit situation, to avoid this dealer. The owner/manager is a liar. I did not arrive to the appointment late, and you can see from other reviews that others have had a similar experience.

Of course i had a few questions to ask before i decided it was worth the drive, simple questions which could and should have been answered truthfully. Q. Are there any lights on the dash I should be concerned about? A. "No, the only thing wrong with the vehicle is that it doesn't have a stereo" Q. Does the vehicle have any amount of rust? A. "Not at all" Q. Is there any body damage? A. "No body damage whatsoever" All reasonable questions that any car buyer would ask before deciding to take a special trip out to test drive the car. All the answers provided my Marcia, Essence, and the owner or the lot himself Ahmad where proven to be lies shortly upon my arrival. The 350z is in a state of despair. The ABS light is permanently illuminated on the dash. There is rust on the Right Rear wheel-well and the frame or the car is starting to flake apart due to the amount of rust on it as well. Last but not least the is damage on All four corners of the car some parts of the body are screwed on with wood screws still sticking out about a half inch, the lid of the center console is broken at the hinges, The reverse lights are inoperable, Passenger side headlight is out, the switches to move the passenger seat are inoperable, the aftermarket gauges on the drivers side pillar are inoperable and not even connected to there respectable wiring. Also the vehicle is not mechanically sound, it may have many aftermarket parts but it doesn't seem to have been maintained at proper intervals. After making an appointment to come and see the car i would expect a respectable car lot to clean the vehicle and at the very least make sure it starts for the test drive. That was not the case here. The car was filthy and looked as if it had not been touched in weeks/months. Reply to Ahmad's comment: I was ready to purchase the vehicle that same day, I would not drive all the way over there if I was not ready to deal. To everyone who looks at this please know that this place will lie to get you in the door even if you ask simple questions they will deflect or blatantly lie. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this place. These guys are a scam, very unprofessional.

We purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been a nightmare since day one. Despite having a 3-month/3,000-mile service contract, the vehicle has persistent engine issues that independent shops have identified as 'patchwork repairs' needing a full cylinder head replacement. We contacted the warranty company and the warranty company confirmed that there was no claim by Adam's to replace the heads. They only kept the car for 3 weeks to make it look like it was being repaired given the length of time. Beyond the mechanical failures, the business ethics are highly questionable. We left the car with them for repairs, and it was returned to us with 600+ additional miles on the odometer and an empty gas tank. They also failed to fix a mirror that was promised to be repaired at the time of sale. If you choose to ignore this feedback please do your due diligence and bring a mechanic with you. Something I now regret not doing. We have officially issued a demand letter for a full rescission of the sale ($10,134) due to their inability to provide a safe, reliable vehicle.     I'm a fan of this place! Not that I had any major bodywork or anything but I bought a brand new car…read moreand the dealer wanted $500 for a spoiler and $620 for side body trim (to avoid door dings). Well I bought my items direct from toyotapart.com for $189 plus shipping (side body trim and spoiler) and I came here because they work on Toyota dealership cars. For those of you who don't know, not all toyota dealerships have body shops and places like these get contracted and you get charged more. Well, I brought my stuff here and they charged me $150 to install everything. Great service and friendly staff to assist you. They did a pro-tastic job on the little work they did on my car but it seems like they will do an outstanding job on your car should you choose to wrap it around a pole.

I had an oil changed and the brakes repaired. At the check out time sticker shock, I was presented with the 4% service fee because I chose credit to pay. I was livid because I was not aware of this fee. This is the place I have been coming since ownership of my vehicle. One I feel as though this fee could be incorporated in the price and tell me we offer discounts if you pay cash. Second because you say this is a new processing fee then make sure customers are aware before they agree to service not after. I was very upset. I see this happening in many business and the customers aren't aware. Many people don't complain well I am that one. If I decide to return then that's my choice and I am now aware of your 4% fee. You didn't even offer rides to home within a certain mileage range or a vehicle. I spent extra on Uber and service fees. It may not seem like a lot to you the owner but it is to me. I don't like your policy and I would say hidden. Very angry

My mother was promise a car to be delivered at a certain time and was reached out to at the exact time to be told it was not happening. It was not her message that upset us but the way she spoke to us. My mother had cash not asking for a hand out at all. After Carla spoke to us her boss he then called with no apologies and said fine go somewhere else. Not a place I would buy a car and you shouldn't either.
