My girlfriend and I are usual customers here. We would go here every week because of the authentic Vietnamese snacks. Would give 1 star for the customer service but I'll leave a 2 here because we loved this place. Long story short, we ordered a split half 1 rose milk tea and 1 jasmine tea (no milk, no sugar). The guy called us inside again to double check the order (base tea for the milk tea) since the girl took our order was in training. In a bit later, we got our drink, but instead of 1 jasmine tea, we got Jasmin milk tea no sugar. We came back with the receipt and ask about it, the same guy came out and explained they can't do milk tea and no milk tea with a Split cup. There are 2 problems with this: 1. We did order that and got it done before. But it's okay if the menu/policy changed whatever 2. The guy came out explained to us is the same guy double checked our order. When we asks for the refund with our receipt, he said can't and blamed it on the girl took our order that she's in training and that's what he just repeatedly saying. I didn't want to write a bad review because we loved this place, but thought everyone should know that DON'T EXPECT A REFUND if THEY get your order wrong. read more

Please do not go here. Don't support this business. The customer service is good. I have no problem with the employees. I have a problem with the owners they're terrible people they treat their employees poorly. They fire them without a verbal explanation or warning, they will only send them an email telling them why. They also have no prove of their claims. They don't train them probably and then the employees get in trouble for it or terminated. I'm advocating for these people who have families to support and they fire them with no valid reason. Some of these people are college students and they take of advantage of them. Please don't support these people. I will be contacting HR so their businesses can be looked at. They forget or have never acknowledged their employees keep the business running. Take care of your employees just as well as you take care of your customers! read more

Worst service ever. The young lady argued with me back and forth after getting my order wrong. I asked for a smooth and she gave me French smoothie. I asked her if she heard me say smoothie and she said yes but said she made a French smoothie because she assumed that I wanted a French smoothie because I asked for mixed flavors. The shop's design is really cute. I guarantee that you never see any place this cute before. This place is good for young people or college students coming out here to hangout, study. They have some kind of unique teas served in unique "gas station" look with lots of topping of your choices. They also have good snacks as well. Try it out!
