I have finally found the best bubble tea in DFW! I would wholeheartedly recommend every single item I have ordered off of their menu to a friend. The inside of the shop is very clean and decor is super cute & perfect for instagram. Plant pot milk tea (pictured) - So yummy and very creative. The cookie crumble and cream at the top was such a nice treat. Not to mention, it was really cute. I don't normally order basic milk teas but I was so glad I did. I was able to choose from three different organic tea based and customize the sweetness of my drink. Honey boba milk - The first two times I had this drink, I didn't even realize that there wasn't any tea in it because the milk tasted so good! It wasn't overly sweet, it was just flavored really nicely. The boba was nice and soft, way better than what I have gotten at Kung Fu Tea (my former go-to spot) or 85 degrees. Matcha blend - Now this is good matcha!! It tasted extremely clean and the blend was very smooth. It wasn't overly sweet, no artificial vanilla or grainy grassy taste. So happy that I found this place last week. (And that I've liked it enough to go back twice since then.) They take orders and deliver on Grubhub. So the hubby wanted a bubble tea and kept asking over and over again. So I looked online and this place was near us so I drove us over. It's in a rather busy strip mall so parking can be at a premium if you come at the wrong time. The shop itself is pretty small. There's no one up front to take your order so you have to do it on a tablet, no problem for me but I did notice several people having issues with the ordering system causing a large line to go out the door. Favorite boba place I've been to by far!! They have dairy friendly options which are great for lactose intolerant people like me too!! Very delicious, authentic, not overwhelmingly sweet, very high quality boba, and a diverse menu with loads of toppings options. I came here for years because it was the closest boba tea place from my house but it has never been anything more than mediocre boba tea with an insane price tag. There's a lot to say about this place and most of it is bad. I went here last week and my boba tea took over 45 minutes and was not what we ordered. I am not joking. We got there at 8:15pm, didn't get out drinks till 9:05pm, and there were still people waiting after us for their drinks. Our total for two boba tea drinks was $17. INSANE! Once we got the car it was obvious that our drinks were completely wrong. Not to mention, the drinks were given in backwards order. So the people that had been there the longest already were at the bottom of the list and the people that just ordered were getting there drinks within 20 minutes. We didn't get a refund either because the only employee there hadn't been trained and was left there alone in the store. Shame on the managers of this place!! This poor employee was almost in tears so stressed without any idea how to get the machine that takes orders to function or how to make any of the drinks besides the classic boba tea. They didn't know how to give a refund or anything at all. They didn't even know how to log into the system app. The owners of this place should be ashamed. I will never be returning here. Please save your money and go somewhere else. It is insanely expensive and just doesn't taste good. It was my first time here and I enjoyed it so far. I'll be coming back for sure. Came here with my bf and we got Italian sodas; he got the sunset and I got the sapphire Italian soda-fancy names for mango and lavender cream sodas. Both were refreshing! This place is small but very cute! Designs were modern and earthy like an inside garden almost. They have this little nook hallway where you can pick and choose your drink and topping and seal it yourself. Pretty cool spot! I was craving boba and came across this place on my maps. Theres no street sign so I never even knew this was even here and I go to Little Lilly Sushi all the time. The employees are really nice and patient. The dining area is really clean and neat i like all the tea cups on the wall. Sadly they do not have matcha green tea or a large selection of smoothie drinks like other boba places. I got the thai tea for hubby, jasmine green tea with strawberry pop jelly for me and a mango oolong tea for my mother in law. I really like that you can choose how much sweetness you can add to the drink because other boba places dont offer that, and I don't like overly sweet anything. I did 25% in my green tea and it was perfect. Their small is still a good size, its wider than the large so not really sure the true size difference. Hubby said the tai tea was good unfortunately he spilled his before I got a picture so thats why there isn't one. My jasmine green tea was perfect, nice strong tea flavor and the jelly's for a nice yummy surprise. My mother was expecting a smoothie but they didn't have that option (just mango no yogurt or anything else) but for a mango flavored tea it was still good. A cute little bubble tea spot in Fort Worth! So excited that the bubble tea scene here is slowly growing. 1102 Express is quaint little version of the one in in Arlington and Temple. It has your typical mix of milk tea flavors and toppings with the ability to change the level of sweetness and choose your own tea base (black, oolong, jasmine). The guy at the counter was super helpful and pointed out that the Buckwheat, Hojicha, and Genimacha were flavors that other tea places usually don't have. I wasn't feeling adventurous today, so tried their almond milk tea with a jasmine base + boba. I had it at 25% sweetness and it was just right for me! My friend got the red thai tea + boba at 100% sweet and enjoyed her drink as well! The cups are freaking adorable with rounded bottoms. The only problem we had were the boba kept on getting stuck in the straws, which is not a problem I've ever encountered at a bubble tea place! It was weird, but otherwise, the consistency of the boba was just right. They have 2 tables for 2 and seating along the windows and against the wall. It was cozy and perfect for a meet-up with a friend. They also had a dessert counter with cupcakes and puddings, so maybe something to try in the future. Overall, a cute little place to check out! I wish I could give this 5 stars but the service is terrible so I can't keep coming back here. The drinks are inconsistent and staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. My first problem is that I showed up right when they opened and was told the boba would take an hour to be ready. I left and came back later that evening and was told they were also out of chocolate drizzle. I said I didn't want the drink anymore since it was for someone else and was told they could not refund me for the drink, even though it was never made because they were out of the ingredients. I ordered Taro tea with boba and herbal jelly, which came out to around $6.80. The taro didn't taste quite right, and the boba were a little firmer that I was expecting. I just wasn't that impressed. Kudos though for the decor, and the friendly service! The store appears to sell more than boba, with some macarons and some other treats available at the counter. The employees here have always been so sweet and so kind. They are consistently in a good mood and welcoming. The only reason why I'm rating it a one is due to the owner. There have been a handful of times where I overheard him, yelling and being down right rude to his employees, I understand when they are doing something wrong it may be said in a certain manner.
