Our technician, Mark, arrived on time and was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was so patient as I poorly explained the sequence of events, and never did I feel rushed through his entire visit. My husband is out of town, and Mark was so great to relay everything he said to me and repeat it to my husband over the phone (over 2 separate calls), so we could both have a thorough understanding. Never did I feel like we were being price gouged; in fact, he did his best to work within our budgetary means and managed to fix the current problem! He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain how things work in a manner that an inexperienced, non-plumber can understand. He went above and beyond showing me a few other helpful ways to maintain our plumbing and fixtures, so we don't need to summon a plumber on a regular basis. I even learned about the hard water that we have across the valley, and how pressure works from the main line to the house. I feel as if I went to a mini-seminar about house plumbing...lol...I actually learned quite a lot! And a side note for women who are home alone, because I know this can be a concern for some when it comes to bringing a male technician into your home...Mark was an absolute doll. So I called a plumber who told me to call the American leak detection association . He said they charge me about $350 and then he would come out and fix the problem for an additional charge. I had no idea what that was so I googled it and they came up with a three star rating. I went back onto yelp and typed in leak detection and the Leak Specialists came up with an almost 5 star rating. I called and Daniel answered. Right off the bat he gave me a few troubleshooting tips to try to determine what might be happening in case it wasn't necessary to come out. I really valued that because most plumbers would've just came out without asking too many questions and charge the upfront fee. He was able to come out at 7am on the dot the following morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue all within a short span of time. His prices are beyond fair for plumbing.
