What a fantastic experience! Starting off with meeting their salesman Julien who showed up on time, wearing a company shirt and listened to what type of system I wanted and what my budget was and then presented me with 3 options all within my budget and within 2 hours of our meeting! Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. Half of our A/C went out yesterday, they visited yesterday afternoon, and just finished a great installation of our new unit a couple of hours ago today. They were very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They worked in 113 degree weather out side, and about 135 degrees in the attic! The presentation, inspection, and proposal by John Daps yesterday was low keyed and very informative- and turned out to be $10,000 cheaper than our previous proposal- and he had his crew here by 9:00 AM. Their service was mediocre at best, and despite the endless wait times and bureaucratic runaround, the issues with my AC were never truly resolved. Then came one of the hottest summers I've ever experienced, and--unsurprisingly--our AC finally gave out completely. Desperate to find someone who could help that day, in 124° heat, I reached out to Next Level Air Conditioning, and that's when Adrian came to the rescue. He showed up within the hour--a level of responsiveness I was definitely not used to. He quickly got our AC temporarily up and running and was completely honest about the condition of our system. He took the time to walk me through everything, from our mismatched furnaces to our aging compressors--essentially a setup held together with bubblegum and duct tape. He was upfront about the fact that our system wasn't likely to last much longer but was willing to work with us to get everything replaced in a way that made sense for us. We recently had a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump installed to replace our aging gas furnace and Goodman central air, here in Palm Springs. Octavio did a great job selling us the system and gave us a great deal. He really explained the ins and outs of the heat pump and answered all our questions regarding rebates and just about anything else we could think of.
