Superb customer care! We called yesterday afternoon for a plumbing urgency (bathtub filling up and toilet overflowing when washing machine discharged its water), and they had a technician out to us today. Our technician, Mark, arrived on time and was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was so patient as I poorly explained the sequence of events, and never did I feel rushed through his entire visit. My husband is out of town, and Mark was so great to relay everything he said to me and repeat it to my husband over the phone (over 2 separate calls), so we could both have a thorough understanding. Never did I feel like we were being price gouged; in fact, he did his best to work within our budgetary means and managed to fix the current problem! He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain how things work in a manner that an inexperienced, non-plumber can understand. He went above and beyond showing me a few other helpful ways to maintain our plumbing and fixtures, so we don't need to summon a plumber on a regular basis. I even learned about the hard water that we have across the valley, and how pressure works from the main line to the house. I feel as if I went to a mini-seminar about house plumbing...lol...I actually learned quite a lot! And a side note for women who are home alone, because I know this can be a concern for some when it comes to bringing a male technician into your home...Mark was an absolute doll. Very friendly, sweet, and non-threatening. Very kind, never talked down to me even though I was oblivious when it comes to plumbing, and I felt perfectly safe with him in my home. Be sure to request him if this is a concern of yours! Finally, to Wes Clarke Plumbing, THANK YOU for hiring quality people and for providing great customer service for your clients. Your boy, Mark, deserves a raise...a bonus, at the very least! He is the reason why we will be your repeat customer going forward. This was my first experience with Wes Clarke plumbing and I have all positive reviews for them. They were very responsive, communicated exactly what that needed to do and provided an quote. with in two hours they were out to deal with the main sewer line that was backed up. Ginger in the office was super easy to talk and Frank the pumber who performed the work was friendly and knowlegable. There were two projects involved. The first was correcting the installation on a new faucet so that it didn't leak. The second was taking out a huge under the sink water filter and just hooking up the cold water delivery system again as long as it continues to deliver water and not leak, I would consider this success. While I felt it was a little pricey, These are people who I trust to come back if anything goes wrong. read more

So impressed with this company! My 92 year old mom's house burned down the LA fires, so she was living with us in La Quinta. She stopped up the toilet in her bedroom, and we plunged and used our home snake, but nothing would clear this clog... (And now the floor was flooded with a disgusting mess.) When I called Wes Clarke Plumbing at I:05pm today, I was pretty upset over a leak from my refrigerator's ice maker. A neighbor worked hard to stop the leak, but said I should have a professional plumber check to make sure the new ice maker connection wouldn't leak in the future. Ginger answered my call to Wes Clarke, understood how upset I was, and said someone would be here in 2-3 hours. And Dave arrived at 4:00 pm. He was courteous, friendly, went right to the fridge, checked the connection to make sure it was installed correctly, with no leak, and checked the wall and adjacent room's wall. After a thorough inspection, Dave assured me that the new connection to the ice maker is secure. I'm beyond happy that he eliminated the fear of any further leak in the wall. Dave is amazing...knowledgeable, kind, and very personable. If you have a plumbing problem, just call and request Dave. Even though I have a home warranty policy, I have not found anyone they have sent or any other plumbing company, for that matter, to have the dedication to high quality work and incredible integrity. Every time I have contacted them, the reception has been friendly and professional. In my latest case, some work had been done to repair a leak behind cabinets that the warranty company said was fixed but wasn't. Wes Clarke plumbers repaired the leaks quickly avoiding a flood in my kitchen. A later issue in the same area prompted me to call them again. They were here within three hours, analyzing the problem and fixing it before damage could be done. Colleen is an outstanding plumber with over 30 years of experience. We had another plumbing company come to figure out why we were not getting hot water in certain parts of our house, they wanted to charge us to purchase a whole new water recirculating pump and/or water heater. Our house is only 5 years old. So we called Wes Clark to get a second opinion, and im so glad we did. The warrenty company referrals both gave me the same opinion which included going through the drywall in my bathroom wall to replace a part. Wes Clarke Plumbing customer service/scheduling needs to do a much better job (our first appointment never made it to the calendar. Replacement appointment - plumber did not have but one of the 3 items on his list to repair (and therefore had to leave to go to the next appointment) and office manager did not inform him he needed to replace the hot water heater recirculator (he did not come with one). We were having work completed on our new home. The two missed appointments resulted in a delay of our project. They seem concerned enough to be making a effort to improve service in the future. read more
