Great service and the staff strive to make things go on time. The reps for the company show respect and do not add unnecessary items.

We also had the team install a built-in filter system to avoid having to change those flimsy fiberglass ones every other month. And, then we paid for the service plan (very reasonable). Every six months, on the spot, they follow up w/ me about scheduling. They do outstanding work. Leo, Daniel, and all of the professionals that provide service are respectful, thorough, and as I have said in other postings--patient. You do not get that attitude that you get w/ some businesses. What I very much respect is the promptness in addressing issues. Leo and the team quickly respond. I know that when I call, I am going to speak to someone, and the individual (be it Leo or Ed) quickly get me scheduled. There are none of those insane auditory wait/holds--they are on their game. I will add this one in closing--When we looked at replacing our HVAC system, we had three businesses provide estimates. I am not going to "throw shade" at two of them--but let me say. . . they were "cra-cra" on their estimates. Leo sent a professional over who discussed options--there was none of that crazy over-the-top pressure sell maneuvering by the other two. I will offer a word of caution on one--no name mentioned. But if an HVAC person starts trying to sell you insulation--run. We had one actually tell us we had no insulation above our garage--guess what? Spoiler alert--we did. Again--if you want to streamline your HVAC needs-- NexGen HVAC & Plumbing will have your back--and keep you cool:)

My AC system supposedly has a leak and instead of finding the leak and fixing as I have a warranty the tech only offered to add refrigerant at a cost of $350 and then see what happens next year. This is how Nexgen treats their customers. Stay away!! Total rip off. My maintenance plan also included a filter replacement that I have received for the last 4 years but today they tell me it's no longer available. Sounds like Nexgen will sell you a new AC system and promise warranty and maintenance but when it come to backing up their warranty or service it's a different story. So Disappointed in this company.

I don't like leaving negative reviews…read moreand as a former business owner, I always strive to resolve things with the business before taking to the internet. This is a lost cause. We called over a week in advance for an inspection on a house we are closing on, already in escrow. I let the person booking know that we needed a sewer inspection and that contingencies were being removed so it was crucial that we get the inspection as promised. I was told we would get an estimate for services in advance. Despite calling back three times prior to the inspection, I never got an estimate. It was too late to find a new service. On the day, we were able to get a price, which seemed fair. Our window was 12p-2p. Alan, the tech, showed up at 2:30 and only when it was time to do the video inspection of the sewer did they discover that the battery for the video unit was not charged. They dispatched another battery, but our realtor had to leave by 3:15, and there was just not enough time. How do you show up to do a video inspection and not have a charged battery, not have a backup, and not KNOW in advance your battery is dead? OK, not great. Alan promised us he would return at 10:30 the next morning. I explained to him that this meant we'd have to book another night at the hotel, and incur expenses for the dogs, food etc. All in all, it cost us an additional $350 because of their failure to bring a charged battery, Not happy. My jaw hit the floor when Alan informed us that there'd likely be an additional charge to come back the next day which was a Saturday, but then quickly backtracked, saying it wasn't his call. We spoke to someone on the phone who assured us that since the error was theirs, they wouldn't uncharge us for having to come back the next day. Well, thank you SO MUCH. Needless to say, the next day, after having incurred a $350 hotel stay, plus dining, toiletries, etc. NO ONE SHOWED. The realtor was with us, having left her family for the appointment. After 40 minutes of trying to figure out where the hell Alan was, we were told that unless we paid the additional $150 - again DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE WHICH ALREADY COST US AN ADDITIONAL DAY AND $350 - no one would show. And they didn't!! UNREAL. The guy we spoke to on the phone was cold, displayed no remorse or empathy, It felt like a total shakedown. What a great grift - have your battery not charged and up-charge people for it when you can hold them up in the wild. We ended up calling USA Drain and Plumbing who were courteous, understanding, and sent someone right out to do the job at a fair price. They also wrote a great report. Again, I hate to write bad reviews as you can see from the vast majority of my reviews. This one though left us no choice. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars.

Thankfully we found Marcos and A-Team Drains instead. Of the four companies that came out to give an estimate, Marcos is the only one who didn't charge us for the inspection needed to give a thorough estimate. He and Sylvia in the office helped us dial in the estimate until when it was time to pull the trigger on a contractor, A-Team Drains was the only possible choice. They made the decision that easy. Being it was a timely repair, they were able to get us on the schedule within a week and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the process. On the day of the work, Marcos and his employee explained everything in detail about what to expect, the scope of the job and what they had to do. They were both meticulous in preparing the area for digging up the sewer line, working with the company that installed the liner, and buttoning up the work when everything was completed. Invoicing and documentation was extremely thorough and Sylvia readily answered the billion questions I had for her. Dealing with contractors can be a crapshoot sometimes, but I would not hesitate to recommend Marcos and A-Team Drains. They took the sting out of a necessary, yet painful, repair.

You can look into drain and actually see lots of roots. Using the hose in my garden a couple of days later, a pool of water formed at a drain - it was still plugged up. I showed him the picture attached of tool used by previous company to clear roots, and though he said he had it, he refused to use it because he didn't want to "be responsible" if it damaged the pipes. So now I'm out $700, have sewer line plugged up with roots, and have to hire another company to come clear the roots from the pipes so water doesn't sit in pools instead of draining away. What a bad experience with "A-Team Drains."
