Passing through to Denver and found this place to grab a coffee. Quaint little shop with sandwiches. The French Dip was a hit!

Their pastries looked amazing yet we had already had breakfast, I got the Snickers Latte which was very yummy and the hubby got an iced raspberry mocha. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Next time I'm in Raton I'm going to try the Reece's latte. read more

Feeling urgent for real coffee and perhaps a pastry after bland motel breakfast back in Amarillo, we pulled off the highway after a Yelp search and readily found 111 Park. My intuition and personal observation signaled a gender inclusive management and clientele. Just right for these two lefties on our way to far, far Colorado from rightest Central Texas. We came for coffee and were pleasantly surprised. This is more than just a coffee bar - pastries, muffins, and lunch! Butter pecan muffin was excellent. Roast beef green Chile panini was good. The chicken avocado wrap was also good. Espresso coffee good. Very nice and cheery staff. read more

Didn't get to try coffee - wore a mask, but was shoited out of the store by a disrespevtful young girl when we decided not to purchase because we didn't want to give our personal information .... something we just don't do anywhere. When we said we'd cancel our order. She started yelling at us - all the way out the door, and others there started laughing. DON'T GO HERE if yoiu value respect and civility. We were looking for somewhere other than McDonalds to get a quick breakfast. We stumbled across Enchanted Grounds on Yelp and decided to go here. We were very pleased with our visit. I had the breakfast burrito with sausage and green chilies. It was a great burrito and the chilies were good and hot. We also had the breakfast sandwich and a latte as a family all with very positive reviews. This is a nice coffee shop with staff who care about providing great service. Awesome coffee shop! We got stranded in Raton while driving back to Tx from Colorado due to terrible weather. I only drink espresso so gas stations & most small towns don't have anything for me so I was thrilled when this place showed up on my map. The owner & staff were SUPER friendly and very welcoming. Coffee was great and there's even food options. We came back in the morning for another espresso and some breakfast pastries which were awesome. Super happy we found this place and will be stopping by again on our trips between Tx & Colorado! read more

Stopped here for a much needed coffee during a drive from Enid, Oklahoma to Colorado Springs. It was not too far out of the way from I25, so that was nice. I ordered a mocha and a muffin. The lady who took my order was friendly, but they seemed woefully understaffed for the amount of people trying to order. It took a lot longer then I was expecting to get my drink. After receiving my drink, I left with my muffin and coffee back to the car only to discovered that my mocha was completely missing the mocha (aka no chocolate)! I went back in to ask for a pump of chocolate and the owner insisted on remaking it, but since I was in a hurry I asked her to just stir in some chocolate syrup. It was nice of her to offer, but I was a bit out of patience after the long wait. In short, the mocha, once it was made in to a mocha, did help a lot on the rest of my drive. However, the muffin tasted store-bought (like those bags of hostess mini-muffins) and the time it took to get a simple drink was a bit too long for me. I could see this being a nice place to sit down, but for a grab-and-go coffee I would not recommend it if time is a factor. read more

Good coffee shop, friendly folks, just off the pretty little downtown of Raton. We only ordered espresso drinks (middle of a road trip) but they have a nice menu of things to eat too. Hubby ordered a cappuccino, they actually asked "wet or dry?" and delivered on the requested dry capp! No complaints on my iced latte either. There were some nice local characters sitting around chatting with each other and the baristas, local art and jewelry for sale, and clean bathrooms. If you stop I hope you can make time to walk down Main Street or around the block in this revitalized historic frontier town. read more

The sandwiches and salads were great (we got the veggie sandwich and house salad). The smoothie did not taste like fresh fruit so that was a bummer, and the Gouda Mac was over cooked. I still give them four stars though because service was great and the sandwiches and salads were really good and I'd go back again. read more

We loved this place! Came in with a huge order & they were so friendly and accommodating. Really can't emphasize how pleasant the staff was at 9 AM in the midst of a pandemic serving a family of 6 that ordered all specialty drinks & lots of food items! I typically don't like breakfast burritos (not a fan of eggs), but I had seen a positive review of their's, so I ordered one & it was seriously the best one I've ever had! This little place was a wonderful find for me in Raton! The service was super friendly and the coffee was delicious. I had the salted caramel latte made with almond milk. She accidentally made it for me hot and then re-made it for me iced when she realized I'd originally ordered it iced. I tried it both ways and it was so yummy! Roast beef green chili panini at Enchanted grounds espresso bar and cafe in downtown Raton, NM. Order at the bar and the friendly staff will bring you the delicious food. The panini was spicy and has a kick to it. The clam chowder was surprisingly hearty and warm! Definitely worth a visit. read more

When you're doing that long drive from Denver to Santa Fe (or vice versa) this is a great little spot for excellent sandwiches and coffee.

Found this little gem while traveling to Denver for a flight. I would definitely recommend taking the short detour off I-25 for excellent coffee and awesome service. I didn't get a chance to sample the food during this visit but I will definitely be making a return trip whenever in the area. read more
