I jumped on their site and contacted Katherine, who gave some wonderful recommendations about flavors and the style that would be best (considering we were visiting from out of town). She remained very responsive and accommodating, answering all my questions thoroughly. When we received the cake pops, I was stunned by how absolutely beautiful they were. We had a separate dessert for guests and this was used for cutting purposes and for brunch the next day. Katherine gave us fabulous ideas and options. She helped us pick out samples on cupcakes and personally delivered them to us. It was so hard to choose which flavors to go with. She had great suggestions for our cake size and design and we went back and forth with photos for inspiration. She also helped me pick out a serving platter and offered to rent hers to us. 12 Oaks really cares about their product and it is very apparent.
