At $3 each, I thought they were reasonably priced, especially for sugar free baked goods. The walnut cookies were just okay for me. I wasn't a fan of the texture and was expecting them to be a little chewier. I liked the raspberry cookies though. It was delicious and I couldn't tell they were sugar free. The customer service was good. I stopped by close to closing time, and the woman helping me was still friendly and pleasant. I'm so glad I found this diabetic friendly bakery.

The timing initially made me nervous, but fear not-they're on top of things and your cake will be ready as promised! The folks at Fortune Bakery were so friendly and accommodating. Joe was totally game to take on my design requests (orange and white roses with vines; Chinese character for double happiness) and even offered to open up the bakery early on Saturday morning so we could pick up the cake and deliver it to our venue nearby in Pasadena (note: you must arrange for your own cake pickup). We ordered a vanilla with strawberry sheet cake for our guests (fed 75 guests with plenty leftover) and a single layer 7"inch vanilla with mango cake for us to display/cut. The cake was as delicious as expected and a huge hit with our guests. I was more than happy to eat leftover cake for breakfast for a week and look forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary with a vanilla mango cake for many years to come. Immediately after not getting answers she left without placing flowers on the cake leaving three bare white cakes. She made no attempt to contact me (the person who made the order) until after she already left. My bridesmaids knew the situation after getting in touch with me and made many attempts to reach her but because she quickly left and wasn't responding to our calls. We were never able to resolve the situation and the cakes were left as is unfortunately. Communication was fine up until the end when it mattered most. She has an automated answering machine that won't let you get into direct contact with her and the only other way to reach her was email. I'm really disappointed that this happened to us on the day of the wedding. We had confirmation that she would be there at 3 and my husband arrived at the venue at 3:05 so within that timeframe she was already gone.
