The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

I initially signed with a solar company from the west coast of Florida for a Tier II residential…read moresolar project for my home on the Treasure Coast in June of 2021. For 5 months, there was zero communication regarding the project status, so I cancelled in December 2021 and signed with PES Solar. As it turned out, I did not need a Tier II system (which requires additional liability insurance) to cover my energy consumption. The original company oversold me on the system size. By April 2022, I was up and running after a one day installation. All the crew were prompt in arrival, professional, polite during the process and did an excellent clean-up before their departure. There was a minimal delay before installation with my building department as I needed to file a "Change of Contractor" form, to assign responsibility to PES Solar from the company I had initially signed with. Because of the time of year I began service, my FPL bill dropped to the monthly minimum for the first 2-3 months until we entered into the hottest summer months. At that time, I did receive a couple of bills over the FPL monthly minimum but were under $80 for the month. I did not have any credits built up on my account from Jan - Apr which are the cooler months. Since that time, my monthly bill has been the same every month except the last billing cycle of the month which reflects the annual reconciliation/credit from FPL. So in conclusion, my residential rooftop solar project is doing everything I had hoped and how I was told it would perform. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The system has the top of the line equipment and PES Solar moved the project along seamlessly. I will and have recommended PES to many. PES also pays $500 per referral for any one who buys a system. The representative I spoke with said I would need to pay a $249 service fee for them to send someone out and determine the issue. I paid the fee and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. The tech that came out said he was going to put in a warranty claim for four of the microinverters. I called PES Solar on June 4 to confirm the information and was told that the claim was submitted and panels would be sent directly to me. Once I receive them, give them a call and they would send someone out to install them. I called on June 23 to find out when I should expect to receive the panels, and was told that they "pushed" through some update and now it's just two panels that were out. They needed to send a tech out again to try some things on the panels to see if they could get them up and running. Someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. No one called. I called on June 30 and they are closed the whole week for Independence Day. I called three times on July 7 and left two voicemail messages to have someone call back. I didn't receive one. I called July 8 and left a message. My husband also called and left a message. No call back. My husband called yesterday, and now the mailbox is full. I'm not sure what's going on, but this is very irritating. We have two panels that are producing no energy and a provider that doesn't seem to care.

Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

However, like many companies, it appears HD is now a slave to the good ol' American dollar. If you look at the reviews on their Facebook page, you will see the positive reviews have suddenly declined! Like other roofing companies, I believe HD is running the business model of: hire as many sales reps as possible and when they burn out, keep their commissions! Several commissions have been modified or just flat-out denied for any variety of reasons they can come up with. Be aware that your sales representative may end up working for you for free, so be kind! To all existing customers: it seems negative reviews might get your job completed, even after the office/rep stops answering your calls. To future customers: just be aware that this company no longer cares about workmanship or customer service. They are about their bottom line only.

I did extensive online research for a company to come remove the current insulation, sanitize and install new insulation. As like many of us do, once I started looking Facebook magically started putting adds for it on my feed for insulation companies. S.U.N. Energy was one of the first I saw. They were advertising a great special for the month of June in my area. When I researched them directly I found they had some very good views but a few things concerned me. 1. I was did business with a local paver company that had an "A" rating with the BBB and it was the worst contractor experience of my life. So I gave them a shot. In all honesty they were the best insulation company that I interviewed. They gave me Free estimate over the phone. When I expressed my concerns about them not being a local company, they drove down (3 hours) to give me some face to face time. I dealt with Shawn and it was a pleasure. He thoroughly explained the process to me and multiple options for payment. No high pressure sales. He was also the team leader that showed up on time to our home to get the job done.. He and his crew were all fantastic. They made what is by nature a very messy job as manageable as possible. They took all necessary precautions and cleaned up after themselves. It was very good transaction and based on my experience I would highly recommend this group. My original concerns were completely unwarranted, even if they did come from a Facebook advertisement.
