7/11/25 Really appreciative of this place! I wanted boba and after ordering it and not getting it I called and spoke with Don. Told him what happened and he said he would have no problem giving me boba and even apologized for their mishap. Arrived, let Don know, paid for it and received. He was GREAT! Gave me good amount! Wished a good day too! REALLY DELICIOUS boba & GREAT service! Highly recommended!

I was handed a card with a free regular drink after the 5th purchase! I misplaced the 1st card. This was my 2nd time here. A wonderful mom and pop boba tea shop with great drinks, sandwiches, with good general service and store ambiance. Would definitely return whenever I'm at this side of town.

My daughter and I were craving for boba and wanted to try something new. We drove across town to be disappointed. The drinks were soooooo sweet that I thought I was drinking sugar flavored water. I didn't make any modifications so it tasted like it was 450% sweet. Boba wasn't extremely soft either. The store was stuffy so it was a bit hot. I thought the money all over the world display that was donated was pretty cool. The fish tank in there held beautiful huge fish but that tank was way too small for them. It was sad to see. The small amount of food they had was pretty inexpensive. The person in front of me ordered spring-rolls and a Vietnamese sandwich and it looked pretty good. We will have to come back to try the food next time but definitely not the drinks!

This place is actually terrible. Went there with my friends and the moment we walked in it was a combination of smells I wouldn't be able to describe. I ordered a jumbo matcha and it was oxidized. Never thought a business would legally be able to serve that. The taste was abominable, the moment I walked outside I threw the drink away.

Went on my lunch break. It was a hot day but it was nice and cool inside. Service was quick and the person helping me was nice. I got their lychee green tea, it was on the sweeter side but otherwise still delicious. I also got their spicy pork sandwich and it was very delicious. Bread was warm and crispy and the pate was so good! Def would go back!

My drink came with three kinds of boba: regular boba, taro boba, and crystal boba. The regular boba was fine. No issues. The taro boba was yummy, but the texture was kinda hard. The crystal boba was so hard that I could barely chew it and ended up spitting out a lot of it. Two stars for my drink. Wouldn't order again. My friend got a raspberry tea with boba, which she said was good. The service was very nice, and the shop was cute with lots of tables. Price was reasonable. Four stars for service and price.

I saw this place on yelp, close to my work and I was hungry for a snack. I ordered a bahn mi sandwich pork, asked to add spicy chicken as stated on the menu. The chicken was small chopped up meat very bland and no flavor to it. The bread was hard to bite off not like other places where it's crunchy and easy to chew. The pork was a few thin slice of red meat loaf, taste very bland. The carrots taste old. I would not recommend this place for bahnmi.

The dude and I were craving boba and I wanted to try a new boba place since we were in the area on 08/09/20. We came around 6:30pm. When we entered it was SO hot inside! Since there is no dine in due to COVID-19 it makes sense not to have AC. It was much cooler outside abc that says a lot since the Central Valley is known for the heat! Any who the owner/staff was friendly. They had a pretty big selection on flavors but I had to try the Taro since the reviews raved about it. They have different milk options like whole, 2% and fat free even half and half. I opted for fat free milk since I am cutting calories. I also got the boba which was good. The Taro drink was decent like 7/10 it taste better than other Taro boba drinks I had. It had more flavor than others but still underwhelming as I know the potential it has as I had bomb Taro drinks. The dude ended up getting the Watermelon Slush which was like 6/10 it was decent but lacked that good addictive Watermelon flavor. The boba was good and chewy. They also sell food items here which we didn't try but over all it was a good exciting experience. However Pearl Tea House so far is my favorite but if I am in the area and craving boba I will drop in.

So here's the deal. I'm sure their boba and other tea drinks are great. But I'm not really a big boba drinker. But the reason this place is so great is their banh mi! 5$ for a LOT of banh mi. I go for the spicy chicken (which honestly isn't that spicy). But man it's just so much food for 5$. You really can't go wrong. I'll definitely come one day to try their drinks. and the space itself is laid out nice for studying (group or solo). Their plant game is also pretty solid which always just makes everything better. Anyway, long story short,5$ for decent banh mi.. you just can't go wrong. read more

Sorry to give this place a low rating cus the man was really nice, even offering me a sample of their house milk tea.. but I told him no thanks. I left from the casino and was feelin for a milk tea and the closest place that Was still open happened to be the spot. Once I walked in I noticed the menu was already not to my liking.. They didn't really have a Lot of milk tea options. No toppings options... just boba and rainbow jelly. I wanted to walk out but I felt bad and ended up getting a matcha milk tea regular size. I even asked him if he has anything like an Hokkaido milk tea and sadly, no. Just basic simple ones. I didn't watch them make my drink but why I got the feeling they used powder??? I got my drink and started drinking in the car and I already didn't like it. Don't taste like a real matcha milk tea would taste. The milk tea look more like watery tea.. then I looked at the bottom and u can see the powder that's not mixed up all the way. I stopped drinking it after that. I can't believe I even drank half of it already. He gave me a stamp card so when I come back I can get another stamp, I think 5 to redeem for a free drink... well you see, the thing is, I'm not coming back. Sorry. read more

Quick and efficient with a good amount of options. I do like how they appear to really be following covid guidelines to ensure safety of consumers and staff. I really enjoy the passion fruit boba green tea. Price range is about right as well. Cool location in that it is in river park area. So you can grab your tea, cross the street and do some shopping. read more

The drinks here were pretty good! I tried the mango milk tea and also some of the lychee green tea. Both were good but the lychee green tea was especially good, it even came with an actual lychee in the drink! The boba was actually really chewy and soft even though we had left it for like 30 minutes before drinking. We got less sweetness on everything, which I think was a good idea and it was still sweet enough for my taste. read more

This place is a hidden Gem. Found it my searching boba place near me and decided to try. 100 percent recommended friendly service and great boba. I got the tarp my husband tried the coconut and my son choose the cookies and cream. All of them great but the coconut smoothie was the best. Going back to try more flavors for sure! read more

This place is a hidden gem. One day my coworker went here and picked up a sandwich. When he brought it back to rhe office it caught my eye. The next day I decided to give this place a shot and wow! I am so glad I did thus place is pretty simple but everything I have had is amazing. Their spicy chicken sandwich is such a blast of flavor absolutely love it. And there teas can are optional on the level of sweetness which is a big plus for me since I like my tea on the less sweet side. All and all this place is great and I highly recommend for a easy and fast lunch option. read more

BIG BOBA DRINKS. If you want to fully satisfy your boba cravings, you'll get PLENTY here. Their smoothies/smoothies come nice and icy. The flavors are somewhat typical, but they are quality flavors and fully satisfying. Their boba is delicious. And I've gotten their bahn mi many, many times and it's the best $5 I spend. I've been wanting to try this place for the longest and today I finally dropped in. Very quaint, and comfortable. After driving around town trying to find the briley nurse mates no luck. This was just convenient and next door to nurses boutique. 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 for the atmosphere it's very inviting 5/5 for an easy and simple to read menu 5/5 for the lychee gt!! 5/5 for the banh mi. After a couple hours of driving and finishing off my errands the bread was crunchy and packed to the max with my favorites: pickled di-Kon and carrots. It packs a punch with spicy! The few jalapeño slices did it! Yum! Skimpy on the meats but that's ok! It's 5/5 for me 2/5 service. Gentleman didn't seem too inviting. Just a simple hi, read my order back and your order will be up momently Tea was very very light and refreshing. Didn't taste of heavy syrup and it was topped off with a lychee piece. I dislike boba so maybe next time I'll voice it louder no boba please but it wasn't a bother. I'd come again if I was on this side of town. read more

I've been going for a few years now and it's one of my top favorites. I love the stamp card system they have because my bank must be real mad when they see these statements. Workers are great and they even have cute little games to play while you wait. Thai tea slush is the best and the mangonada is my second favorite. read more

Can I just say... YUM? My husband and I came in at 8:30PM, a half an hour before the shop was closing, but man, we got some great service! The menu is clear, straightforward, and simple. Boba is included on the first screen of drinks and has to be added for orders on the second screen. $4 for Medium, $5 for large, and all apps are $5 as well. We ordered a Guava slush, a Thai Tea slush, and a "Vietnamese sandwich," or Bahn Mi as you might know it. The sandwich only comes as one type, pork (which I'm not usually a fan of), but when I unwrapped it, I was surprised at how large it was and how amazing it smelled. Definitely using fresh ingredients, which were still in quality condition half an hour before closing. Honestly, I was incredibly pleased with the sandwich - all the right flavors, great texture, satisfying portion, and I'd definitely go back in the future just for that. However, I tried both the slushes and they were great, not too sweet, and the boba had a good texture as well. In general, our service was quick (we were the only ones in the shop, though two others came in while we were waiting). The store was clean and the decor was nice, not too overbearing. I love the bamboo theme too! I would be happy to make this my regular boba location, with a decent lunch sandwich to boot. read more

To start off the place looked clean and had a clear menu that wasn't overly complicated. Im not super adventurous when it comes to tea and boba. I ordered a mango boba and it was excellent. Not too sweet and plenty of flavor. The worker, however, was rude. No smiles, no sound of cheer. I would like to assume they were having an off day. It happens to everyone. Not too sure if I'll be back anytime soon, if I do go back I hope the worker is in a better mood. read more

Really liked my smoothie, also ordered the Pork sandwich for 5 bucks. Everything is priced around 5 dollars which makes ordering very easy. We all enjoyed our drinks. Will be back again to try other drinks. Only thing is there was only one person working the front so we had to wait for her to finish the order ahead of us before she took our order. Please hire another person to at least take the orders and you will have more customers. read more

We came in for the Neopets promotion and ordered the "Aisha" bubble tea. It was just the right amount of sweet, with fresh, soft boba with just the right amount of chewiness. The counter folk were friendly and when we asked to buy the promotional blind box we were informed that they were sold out but they let us buy the display item which really made my day! I'll for sure be back, even though it's a bit out of my way.

Their coffee is also top-notch; the Funky Monkey (white chocolate mocha with peanut butter and banana) is my go-to, and the large size packs four shots of espresso, which is perfect if you like a strong coffee.
