Literally have been waiting for my 2 boba drinks for 15 minutes as I write this review. The lady was working on a plate or something as I came in. She made me wait a few minutes before taking my order. Then she proceeded to finish the plate she was making. Didn't apologize. Didn't even pretend to start on my drinks. I saw 4 customers walk in and back out after they waited too long to even be seen. If I knew it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Having 1 staff at a spot like this is not typical for a Friday evening. I am really disappointed In this spot, as I have always been able to get quick service here in the couple of times I've visited. Safe to say I won't be coming back. read more

Great papaya salad and Bahn Mi sandwiches are too! Service is a little slow, but the owners work hard to get the orders out. Need to support our local community on more mom and pop shops rather then these franchises that kill business ownership. Try it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

I love Thai Tea slushie the way they make it better than other boba stores because it tastes so perfect for me. I tried it out at hmong new year around 4 years ago with my hubby. I fell in love after drinking it and I asked for more. read more

This is my favorite boba place in Fresno. The prices are fair, the selection is great. I tend to go for the green tea or guava boba. I also like that they have stamp cards so you eventually get a free one :) Service here has always been friendly. read more

Came here with high expectations and quite honestly I was let down. I got the coconut milk tea, which was very watered down, along with boba that tasted like Windex. The sweetness of the tea was not bad, as I do not like sweet drinks. I did however like their 'wall' with all the names, I feel like it gave a creative touch to the place. The lady behind the counter was also super sweet and provided me with a marker to write my name. I've had better boba drinks in the past and I think I'll just stick to my usual places. read more

Normally the boba drinks are really good but this time it was really bad. The milk tea tasted so water down that I could barely taste the flavor I got and the boba was so hard it felt like chewing on rubber. Waste of 14 dollars. Ending up tossing it. So disappointed read more

Ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and the quality of the drink was horrible. The boba itself was really hard and not fresh. The drink itself tasted nothing like a brown sugar milk tea and had a bitter taste to it. Do not recommend and will not be going again. read more

15 Tea was a nice surprise. It is a small, cute shop in the general RiverPark shopping area across from In-N-Out. The interior of the store is nice and clean. Prices are fair, and service is fine, but not overly friendly. I bought a coconut milk tea, and although it was good, it was blended like a smoothly, not liquid like a traditional milk tea, which was odd. For $5 I also got a huge pork Banh Mi, the bread was delicious, however I didn't enjoy the vegetables on it, since I feel that the way they were pickled gave it an odd taste. The place is nice and neat. The staff are very nice. However I ordered the house milk tea and it was a bit too sweet and underwhelming. Bahn mi was a blah! The pickled vegetables that they had was so sour that it made it hard to eat the sandwich. I ended up having to throw the other half of the sandwich away. The thai tea wasn't too shabby. read more

This is the only boba joint in riverpark. It is a family owned and run business. I love supporting local businesses and had to give the place a go. They also serve papaya salad, Vietnamese sandwiches and various drinks. I got the taro boba slush, $4 plus tax. It tasted a bit watered down and I feel like I could still taste some of the powder. It wasn't the best I have had. My friend got the strawberry lemonade and it was actually pretty good. It was refreshing but I wouldn't go out of my way to get lemonade from here. Just went there for the first time and ordered spring rolls a coconut milk tea and their papaya salad. The tea in the spring rolls were good. The spring rolls were very large and very fresh. Holy crap. The papaya salad reeked of sewer! I couldn't even get it into my mouth. It was so bad. The closest thing I can relate it to is the smell of a dirty empty dumpster. I'm a huge fan of papaya, and have had plenty of papaya salad in my life, this was atrocious. But, the spring rolls and the milk tea were excellent. So there's that. read more

I live near this new tea shop, and I'm so excited. The owner is very sweet and friendly. They have a stamp card for buy 5 teas, get the sixth free! They're decently priced too! My boyfriend got the coffee smoothie and I got a tangerine tea, both medium, and they both included boba without an additional charge. Most places I've been to you have to ask, so I thought that was really cool! The coffee smoothie was amazing, not overly sweet, and strong in an espresso flavor and I really liked that. My tangerine tea was very sweet and I'd recommend next time to get it less overpowering, but overall I will definitely be back to try more of the menu! read more

Just ok. The customer service was good, although the girl there kept talking loudly about her trip to Vegas and how much money she was going to spend. They have a stamp card but will only give you one stamp PER transaction which is not common. Usually, it's one stamp per drink. Oh well. Will definitely try again after they've been open longer. I really enjoyed their taro smoothie. Most places make their smoothies too sweet, but this was the perfect amount of sugar content. Their boba is included in the smoothies and it tastes fresh. I've also heard great things about their mangonada and I can't wait to try it. read more

Their Milktea is so terrible, so much powder at the bottom of the drink, and the milktea itself has no tea flavor whatsoever, the taro doesn't taste good either. Also super water down, not creamy at all. My friend and I tried taro and mocha milktea. Both not good. All the Milktea came with boba apparently but one of my friend got a regular tea which wasn't supposed to come with boba, however it did. She didnt want boba in it. Their large size looks like 20oz which is 5 bucks, you can get much better Milkteas with that price at other boba places. I haven't try their other drinks or appetizers so I can't speak for them read more

I ordered a milk tea and it was simply not drinkable. There was so much unmixed flavoring powder at the bottom of the cup it was coming up the straw in clumps. The drink was sickening sweet, it tasted like I was drinking pure sugar. I did not taste the tea at all, I don't even know if there was any. Being that this is a fairly new business, I will give it another shot in the future, maybe it will improve. First impression was not positive. It was a waste of money. read more

The food and drinks here are surprisingly very good. Vietnamese food in Fresno has always been overpriced and lacking in quality. But the pork sandwiches here are better than ones I've had in little Saigon down in socal. The reason for the 3 star rating is their customer service. IT TAKES FOREVER! Maybe this because of the time it takes to make good food, but more likely it's because they're understaffed. Every single time I've come here, I've had to wait twice as long to get my order in and started compared to other boba shops. I've even tried calling in ahead of time, but I still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to pay because there usually only one person taking the order and making the food.... I've noticed myself avoiding this place if I'm in a rush despite their food quality. It's a shame. Please hire and staff more people so you can be more efficient ! read more

Stopped in today for the first time on my lunch break and was pleased to see the clean, uncluttered atmosphere! I had a raspberry green tea which comes with boba. The menu is very straight forward and simple, which I love! The only reason they are not getting five stars is the cups. As much as I love a full drink, it spilled as I was trying to get the straw in and the lids cause the drink to spill if it gets anywhere near the lip. I'm willing to give it another try, but I hope they change out their cups or lids. read more

I waited 35 mins for a boba drink ... there were two ladies working. They had an order of 10 sandwiches. So walk-in customers had to wait. I was on lunch with my coworker. I told my coworker we are late to work. The gals working didn't apologize and looked at us like it was our problem ... well it was for going there. I love this place! I always get the taro smoothie in regular. I think that the sizes and price for what you get is worth it. The boba is perfect for me, I used to not like boba but I started to like it! They are always pretty fast making the smoothie not a long wait time. This is my favorite place to go in Fresno for boba and I still come here even if I live 15 minutes away.
